Bettelverordnung Fürstenfeld

Der zust?ndige Landesgesetzgeber hat bereits seiner Auffassung nach unerwünschte Formen der Bettelei (aggressives oder Betteln durch Minderj?hrige) verboten. Ein weitergehendes (absolutes) Bettelverbot mittels ortspolizeilicher V der Gemeinde ist mangels Vorliegens eines ?rtlichen Missstandes verfassungswidrig.     

O型口蹄疫病毒VP1基因和牛集落刺激因子基因的融合表达

将O型口蹄疫病毒VP1基因和牛集落刺激因子(GMCSF)成熟肽基因共同克隆到原核表达载体pGEX6P1中,转化RS21后经IPTG诱导,实现了重组融合蛋白BoGMCSF/VP1在大肠埃希氏菌RS21中的高效表达,表达产物经SDSPAGE和Westernblotting分析,重组的蛋白质分子质量约为66ku,与预期大小相符。表达蛋白占菌体总蛋白的30%,表达产物以包涵体形式存在;包涵体提取物经变性复性,用透析方法提纯,得到高纯度的表达蛋白。     

A family with unusual Kell genotypes

A family in which kKp^a, kKp^b, KKp^b and K^o are segregating confirms the depressing effect of Kp^a on the products of other Kell genes in cis. The significance of such unusual Kell genotypes in forensic testing is discussed.     

小白鼠肝脏5’—核苷酸酶活力与死亡时间的关系

小白鼠死亡后，肝脏不离体恒温保存，定时定量制备肝浸出液为酶样品，催化5’-腺苷酸（5’AMP）生成腺苷和无机磷酸，后者在还原利存在下与钼酸试剂发生蓝色反应，其颜色深度与磷酸含量成正比。用722型分光光度计测定光密度（OD值），计算酶活力。在三种温度下，经5次重复实验，发现小白鼠死亡后在3O℃12小时、18℃21小时、7℃24小时，其酶活力降低均呈明显的规律性。说明此酶用于一定温度和时间范围内的死亡时间推断具有参考价值。     

Population data on the forensic genetic markers: phosphoglucomutase-1, esterase D, erythrocyte acid phosphatase and glyoxylase I

Blood specimens from white and black sample populations from Baltimore, Maryland, were analyzed for the four most forensically important, polymorphic red cell enzyme systems-phosphoglucomutase-1, esterase D, erythrocyte acid phosphatase and glyoxalase I. The distributions of the phenotypes for each marker in each racial group were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The population data were similar to previously reported data for Whites and Blacks from different geographical locations within the United States.     

鸡传染性支气管炎病毒SY毒株生物学特性及其S1基因分子遗传变异分析

通过生物学特性研究 ,验证了分离自沈阳地区的SY毒株确实为 1株鸡传染性支气管炎病毒。病毒中和试验表明 ,SY血清型不同于参考毒株T、H52 、M41及国内其他流行株如HD、XB、DB等 ;S1基因序列分析表明 ,SY核苷酸序列及推导的氨基酸序列与参考毒株Beau、M41、H12 0 、N1 62、Gray、6/ 82和Ark99等毒株的同源率都低于 80 % ,进化关系与各参考毒株也相距甚远 ,糖基化位点出现 3个新位点 ,氨基酸疏水性区域也存在差异。     

Cerebral massive hemorrhage in congophilic angiopathy and its medicolegal significance

The principles of a special type of senile cerebromeningeal angiopathy, these days usually named “congophilic angiopathy”, are demonstrated on the basis of eight cases, complicated by spontaneous massive intracranial hemorrhages in seven and late traumatic hemorrhage in one of them. The occurrence of massive hemorrhages associated with congophilic angiopathy has until now only rarely been reported. The medicolegal significance of this vascular disease is emphasized by the eighth, traumatic, case, which became forensically relevant; the late massive hemorrhage had to be regarded as significantly favoured by amyloid angionecrosis, which is the main feature of congophilic angiopathy.

Es kann der Bezeichnung des Vertrags als Miete oder Pacht zumindest in Grenzf?llen Indizwirkung beigemessen werden.
