以和谐人格助推美丽中国建设

美丽中国是人与人、人与自然、人与社会之间和谐及共生共荣的状态。当前美丽中国的愿景与现实尚存在较大反差。要缩小反差,实现上述三种和谐,归根结底取决于人与上述三者之间的互动行为。在人类行为中稳定地发挥作用的人格对人的行为模式则又起着基础性作用。建设美丽中国必须培育国民的和谐人格。和谐人格的构建要在提升价值理性,调节本我欲望;协调各种冲突,修炼坚强自我;增强伦理意识,壮大超我能量中实现。     

20世纪中国土司制度研究的理论与方法

20世纪 ,在对中国土司制度研究的理论与方法上 ,可分为两个时期 ,2 0世纪前 4 0多年为初创时期 ,后 5 0余年为发展时期。但所谓的发展 ,只不过是研究形式的发展 ,其基本方法仍沿袭了传统的实证法 ,在分析研究方面做得还不够。应将土司制度作为“民族政策”来研究 ;研究方法做到实证法与理论分析法相结合 ,召开针对具体问题的研讨会 ;做好资料的汇集整理 ;成立“中国历代民族政策研究学会”。只有这样才能把中国土司制度的研究引向深入。     

柱切换HPLC法分析尿中吗啡和O^6—单乙酰吗啡的研究

目的建立用柱切换HPLC技术分析尿中吗啡和06-单乙酰吗啡的方法.方法尿样用硼砂缓冲液(pH9.2)稀释后进入预处理柱(YWG-C18,33mm×5.0mm,10μm),用H2O洗去杂质,再用CH3OHH2O(6040)将被分析组分洗脱进入分析柱(Lichrospher(R)100CN,125mm×4.0mm,5μm),分析流动相为CH3OH磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.86)=2278.紫外检测器波长为286nm.结果尿中吗啡和06--单乙酰吗啡的线性范围分别为50～1 600n/ml和100～1 600n/ml.吗啡和O6--单乙酰吗啡的精密度均小于4%.吗啡和O6-单乙酰吗啡的检测限均为40n/ml.结论用CSHPLC测定尿中吗啡和O6-单乙酰吗啡,方法准确、灵敏、快速、简便.     

陈水扁“五·二○”讲话的主要内容及实质

陈水扁在台湾选举获胜后,于５月 ２０日发表了“就职演说”。在这篇５０００字的讲话中,陈水扁以所谓民主的胜利来总结台湾选举的经验,并再次承诺“全民政府,清流共治”的施政理念。但在两岸关系的定位问题上,却颠倒次序、刻意模糊。陈水扁“五·二○”讲话费尽心机、用心良苦,但他仍不承认一个中国原则,搞隐性“台独”,以拖待变,抗拒和拖延两岸统一进程,企图以“人权牌”使台湾问题国际化,对此我们要进行坚决的斗争。     

Striking hard rock veins. Multinational Corporations and Miners’ Unions in Mexico and the United States, 1906-1952

ABSTRACT

This paper analyzes simultaneous strikes during the first half of the 20th century in North America. The transformation of production in copper, lead, zinc, and silver mining districts determined the formation of a working class that operated between Mexico and the United States. Therefore, the labor conflicts combined market circumstances and management-imposed homologation of work structures across firm divisions with the international coordination of miners. The paper describes the emergence, growth, and demise of a regional industrial system.     

瞿秋白与共产国际直接指导召开的中共六大

中共六大是由共产国际直接指导召开的,是中共党的历史上惟一一次在国外召开的代表大会。瞿秋白作为上届党中央的主要负责人和盲动主义错误的主要施行者,既是大会筹备和召开的主要组织者和主持人,又是大会的主要被批评对象。在中共六大上,瞿秋白因犯过盲动主义错误,失去了共产国际的支持,其领导职务被工人出身的向忠发接替。由同一个人来承担党代会批评甚至是批判的接受者以及唱主角的组织者,这在中共历次代表大会中是惟一的一次;而一个在党的代表大会上唱主角的党中央主要负责人又没有被大会当选为继任,这同样也是中共历次代表大会中的惟一一次。另外,六大诞生了中共党的历史上惟一一任工人出身的总书记。可以说,这么几个"惟一"都与共产国际的直接安排密切相关。     

Finger in the Dyke or the Floodgates Stemmed? Sections 29–40 of the Employment Act 2002

This article considers Sections 29–40 of the Employment Act 2002 in the context of post-War developments in labour relations culminating in the National Industrial Relations Court. It considers the development of Employment Tribunal which rather than being the last resort intended by the legislators, has become the first resort of complainants, often for trivial matters by employees; or by employers taking an extremely broad view of Gross Misconduct by employees. Due to the volume of cases and the shortage of Chairs, cases are constantly delayed and postponed. The article posits that these are the principle reason behind the framing of Sections 29–40 of the Employment Act 2002 which introduced a new Section 9(1)(a) into the Employment Tribunals Act 1995. This has given the Chair of an Employment Tribunal the authority to strike out a weak case at a Pre-Hearing Review that will strike the case out once and for all at this juncture. The aim is to encourage employers to have proper procedures and for employees to follow them. This article suggests that in fact the reforms will have the opposite effect; that they have introduced another layer of legal complexity which will further increase the number of cases brought before the Employment Tribunal.     

Widerruf des Widerrufs eines gerichtlichen Vergleichs

Nach stRsp hat der gerichtliche Vergleich zugleich den Charakter eines zivilrechtlichen Vertrags und einer Prozesshandlung. Er kann nicht resolutiv, wohl aber suspensiv bedingt abgeschlossen werden. Der rechtzeitig erhobeneWiderruf verhindert den Eintritt der prozessrechtlichen Wirkung des Vergleichs (und damit das Entstehen eines Exekutionstitels). Einer sp?ter abgegebenen Erkl?rung, den Widerruf zurückzuziehen und die Wirkungen des Vergleichs wiedereintreten zu lassen, kommt nur rechtsgesch?ftlicher Charakter zu, sie kann aber nicht mehr die durch den Widerruf beseitigte Wirksamkeit des Vergleichs wiederherstellen. Im Widerruf des Widerrufs eines gerichtlichen Vergleichs liegt auch materiellrechtlich nur ein Angebot auf neuerlichen Abschluss des Vergleichs, das fristgerecht angenommen werden müsste.     

经济全球化、G20与国际货币体系改革

在经济全球化背景下,防止经济危机或风险,需要世界各国特别是主要经济国家之间的宏观经济政策合作。20国集团及其旗下的财长和央行行长会议,就是在联合国框架之外形成的适应经济全球化的实现跨国监测、防范、应对危机的新机制,它的重大意义还在于：它不仅意味着对传统的世界经济旧秩序的突破,而且孕育着国际经济新秩序的萌芽。中国的人民币应借势加速国际化进程。     

鸭肠炎病毒UL6基因B细胞表位的预测及其主要抗原域的原核表达

采用DNAStar Protean程序,综合运用二级结构、亲水性、可塑性和抗原性指数等参数,对鸭肠炎病毒(DEV)CHv毒株UL6基因(GenBank登录号EF055890)的氨基酸序列进行了B细胞表位预测。结果显示,UL6蛋白羧基端第Thr507~Gln515、Thr521~Met529、Asp531~Phe539、Gly544~Asn562、Thr568~Gln585、Lys592~Val604、Ala681~Ala778和Tyr780~Lys790区域内含有优势B细胞表位。以DEVCHv毒株基因组作为PCR模板,利用Oligo6.0软件设计了1对引物,整体扩增涵盖上述具有优势表位的基因片段,将其亚克隆到原核表达载体pET-32a( )中,获得表达载体pET-32a-UL6M,再将其转化至E.coliRosetta(DE3),经IPTG诱导,外源基因获得了良好表达。以兔抗DEV多克隆血清进行Western-blot分析,抗血清可与该融合蛋白发生特异性反应。提示,该氨基酸片段可能含有软件预测的线性表位区。
