高校管理人员幸福指数测量指标体系研究

了解并提高高校管理人员的幸福感,对于提高高校管理效率、提升人才培养质量具有非常重要的意义。文章界定了高校管理人员幸福指数的内涵,并从主观体验、价值成长、社会幸福三个维度构建了高校管理人员幸福指数测度指标体系,从考察高校管理人员的生活满意、积极情感、健康体验、自我价值、成长发展、自主感、人际和谐、家庭氛围、社会信心等角度设计了相关测试项目。

武汉市中央花园社区 推行“一诺双评三监督”的物业质量监管模式

中央花园社区是全封闭物业管理型小区,有近20年的历史,物业管理的矛盾和问题尤为突出,"物业服务差——物业费收缴率低——物业服务更差"的恶性循环,影响居民群众生活质量和幸福指数的问题。2014年10月,中央花园社区采取"承诺开门、好评有奖"的方式,顺利完成物业管理费上调工作;2015年和2016年,进一步完善深化物业监督的评价机制,探索推行"承诺+评价=兑现"的路径和方法;2017年,借助打造"红色物业"契机,推行独具特色的物业质量监管模式"一诺双评三监督",探索形成物业监督工作法。经过4年摸索,该社区成功实现物业费涨起来,服务质量升起来,物业企业赢得声誉,居民群众赢得实惠等成效。     

老旧小区改造:强了治理,暖了民心

如容颜衰老一般,建于上世纪八九十代的老旧小区如今面临设施设备老化、服务功能弱化、环境质量较差等问题,成为现代化都市“灯下黑”。2018年以来,浙江省杭州市拱墅区紧扣群众需求、城市需要,对老旧小区实施综合改造。在共商共建共管的改造工作中,群众幸福指数提高了,社区治理也上了新台阶。
