深化金融体制改革 完善金融市场体系——学习党的十八届三中全会精神体会

党的十八届三中全会针对深化金融体制改革提出,完善金融市场体系。其中,深化金融体制改革的目标是深化金融体制改革、完善金融市场体系;深化金融体制改革的措施和手段是健全多层次资本市场体系、完善人民币汇率市场化形成机制和加快推进利率市场化及加快发展民营金融机构。     

全面深化改革的动力体系分析

改革开放是决定当代中国命运的关键抉择。改革只有进行时,没有完成时,全面深化改革是当代中国的必然选择。当前我国改革已经进入攻坚期和深水区,如何激发全社会的力量继续推进改革尤为重要。因果链条上促进社会发展的因素错综复杂,改革的动力不可能是单一的,而应该是一个多层次的动力系统。从全面深化改革的内部根本和直接推动力、理论对实践的指导动力、实践主体动力、上层建筑的反推动力四个层面对改革的动力体系进行系统的分析,对于处理当下多方面的矛盾和问题,集中各方力量全面深化改革有着极大的时代价值和实践意义。

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态摆在全局工作的重要位置,作出一系列重大决策,实施一系列重大举措,既进行了彪炳史册的创新创造,取得了极其伟大的成就,也积累了丰富的宝贵的历史经验,在实践中不断深化对意识形态建设的规律性认识,为开启全面建设社会主义现代化强国新征程提供了坚强思想保证和强大精神力量。     

The use of Hemastix® severely reduces DNA recovery using the BioRobot® EZ1

Abstract: The choice of reagents for presumptive tests for blood, and subsequent extraction methodologies, can significantly affect both the quantity and quality of purified DNA. Blood samples directly tested with Hemastix^® yielded <1% of the DNA recovered from untested samples when purified using the Qiagen BioRobot^® EZ1 and EZ1^® DNA Investigator kit. Full short tandem repeat profiles were obtained from both tested and untested samples, suggesting that the Hemastix^® reagent(s) affect DNA binding, rather than produce DNA damage. The Hemastix^® inhibition of DNA yield could be overcome by the addition of MTL buffer to the sample prior to extraction. Laboratories may wish to modify current procedures for extracting blood samples, utilize other extraction/purification methodologies, or inform their submitting agencies to avoid direct exposure of questioned bloodstains to Hemastix^® reagents.     

Social Justice Issues in the Management of Religious Diversity in Australia

New religions, both those arriving by way of the cultural baggage of migrants and those which are part of the panoply of recent New Religious Movements and the New Age, have challenged and changed Australia's religious demography, but have been incorporated into Australian society in a comparatively peaceable way due to Australia's very tolerant religious institution. The effective management of this new religious diversity has been made possible by previously existing norms and expectations (i.e., institutions). The attempt to enact federal legislation to protect freedom of religion and belief in response to ICCPR Article 18 spearheaded by Australia's Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission provides an opportunity to examine a particular case of the management of religious diversity. Groups that viewed the consequences of religious difference from a social justice perspective supported the legislation, and those that essentialize religious difference opposed it.     

猴源环孢子虫的分离与分子鉴定

采用饱和蔗糖漂浮法、改良抗酸染色法和孢子化试验首次从广东某猴场的猴粪中分离到疑似环孢子虫卵囊。为了对其进行分子鉴定,采用巢式PCR和普通PCR方法,针对环孢子虫属18SrDNA和ITS基因设计了3对引物,扩增其目的片段,并进行了序列分析。结果显示,卵囊大小为7.5～10μm,经改良抗酸染色的卵囊染色程度不一,孢子化卵囊内含2个孢子囊,每个孢子囊内含有2个子孢子。通过PCR扩增,获得的18SrDNA目的片段长712bp,测序结果表明该猴源环孢子虫18SrDNA基因与Cyclosporacolobi、狒狒环孢子虫、人环孢子虫的相似率较高,在进化树上位于同一分支。获得的ITS-1+片段长760bp,其中ITS-1序列高度特异,在GenBank中未见同源性序列。结果表明,从猴粪中分离的疑似环孢子虫卵囊应属于环孢子虫。
