促进微型企业发展的法律机制研究——对重庆现行扶持政策的评析

微型企业作为以创业带动就业为设立目标的市场主体,对促进就业、改善民生发挥着积极作用。重庆市对微型企业发展量身定制了一整套政策扶持体系,但由于政策本身的不稳定性,加之这套体系中存在着若干不合理之处,影响了其功能的发挥。运用法律机制,修改政策中不合理之处,将政策的效力提升,以此来促进微型企业发展,可以更好地发挥微型企业改善民生的正功能。     

DNA Barcoding in Forensic Entomology – Establishing a DNA Reference Library of Potentially Forensic Relevant Arthropod Species,

Throughout the years, DNA barcoding has gained in importance in forensic entomology as it leads to fast and reliable species determination. High‐quality results, however, can only be achieved with a comprehensive DNA barcode reference database at hand. In collaboration with the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office, we have initiated at the Bavarian State Collection of Zoology the establishment of a reference library containing arthropods of potential forensic relevance to be used for DNA barcoding applications. CO1‐5P’ DNA barcode sequences of hundreds of arthropods were obtained via DNA extraction, PCR and Sanger Sequencing, leading to the establishment of a database containing 502 high‐quality sequences which provide coverage for 88 arthropod species. Furthermore, we demonstrate an application example of this library using it as a backbone to a high throughput sequencing analysis of arthropod bulk samples collected from human corpses, which enabled the identification of 31 different arthropod Barcode Index Numbers.     

A Comparison of DNA Extraction Using AutoMate Express™ and EZ1 Advanced XL from Liquid Blood,Bloodstains, and Semen Stains

In this study, DNA was extracted using an AutoMate Express? and an EZ1 Advanced XL from liquid blood, fresh and aged bloodstains, and fresh and aged semen stains. Extracted DNA was quantified by real‐time PCR using the D17Z1 locus. Short tandem repeat typing was performed using an AmpF?STR^® Identifiler kit. The yields of DNA obtained by the AutoMate Express? were higher from fresh bloodstains and fresh semen stains, almost the same from aged bloodstains and aged semen stains, but slightly lower from liquid blood compared with those obtained by the EZ1 Advanced XL. The addition of dithiothreitol or the use of PrepFiler? lysis buffer improved the EZ1 Advanced XL results from fresh bloodstains, but not for liquid blood and aged bloodstains. Our results demonstrated that the PrepFiler? lysis buffer is the main contributor to the higher DNA yields of the AutoM ate Express? for fresh bloodstains.     

重组猪源CD40L体外诱导猪肺泡巨噬细胞IL-1β和TNF-α的分泌

本试验旨在研究重组猪源CD40L蛋白(recombinant porcine CD40L,rpCD40L)的生物学活性。利用Alexa Fluor 488标记rpCD40L后,在体外与CD40+原代猪肺泡巨噬细胞(porcine alveolar macrophages,PAMs)作用,荧光显微镜观察rpCD40L与PAMs的结合,并通过qPCR、ELISA检测作用12 h和24 h后PAMs IL-1β和TNF-αm RNA与蛋白水平的变化。结果显示,荧光标记的rpCD40L与CD40+PAMs作用后,PAMs呈现绿色荧光,rpCD40L与PAMs作用后在基因和蛋白水平促进了IL-1β和TNF-α的表达。结果表明,课题组前期获得的rpCD40L能够与CD40+PAMs结合,且诱导PAMs IL-1β和TNF-α的分泌。     

论杜夫海纳的艺术语言差异观

上世纪中叶，在索绪尔语言学发生深远影响的理论背景下，杜夫海纳从审美经验现象学基本立场出发，以索绪尔语言学基本观点反观艺术，认为艺术与语言存在很大程度的相似性，但不能完全把艺术等同于语言而纳入语言结构加以研究。这种始终包含在审美经验现象学艺术思考中，从艺术与语言的相似性出发，却最终达至二者差异性和非同一性的艺术语言差异观，一方面体现了上世纪美学及文艺理论的语言学转向，特别是索绪尔语言学理论的影响，另一方面也表现出现象学美学研究方法对后者的超越。     

Grundrechtsverletzung durch mangelhafte Begründung des Haftbeschlusses

Jeder Beschluss eines Oberlandesgerichtes über die Fortsetzung der Untersuchungshaft muss einerseits mit Bestimmtheit angeben, welcher – in Hinsicht auf die mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit als begründet angesehenen strafbaren Handlungen rechtlich als entscheidend beurteilte – Sachverhalt angenommen wurde, und muss andererseits klarstellen, auf welchen ganz bestimmten Tatumst?nden (Beweisergebnissen) diese Sachverhaltsannahmen ruhen. Geschieht dies nicht, liegt eine Grundrechtsverletzung vor.     

Auftrag des Verlassenschaftsgerichts nach § 10 Abs 1 Z 2 WEG 1975 an den überlebenden Ehegatten-Wohnungseigentümer hat ab dem 1. 7. 2002 eine mögliche Eigentümerpartnerschaft (§ 14 Abs 1 Z 2 WEG 2002) zu berücksichtigen

Seit 1. 7. 2002 hat das Verlassenschaftsgericht im Auftrag gem § 10 Abs 1 Z 2 WEG 1975 an den überlebenden Ehegatten-Wohnungseigentümer nach § 56 Abs 8 iVm § 2 Abs 10 und § 14 Abs 1 Z 2 WEG 2002 auf die m?gliche Begründung einer Eigentümerpartnerschaft an den beiden zu gemeinsamem WE verbundenen H?lfteanteilen des Mindestanteils hinzuweisen.     

热敏纸表面上汗潜指纹的显现

茚三酮溶液显现法是显现普通纸表面汗潜指纹的常用方法。但是由于热敏纸表面涂有热敏涂料,使得上述方法在该客体表面汗潜指纹的显现中难以奏效。不过,在此方法基础上改良发展而来的1,2茚二酮法、二甲基氨基肉桂醛法、过量丙酮冲洗法、半醇酮茚显现法等4种方法能取得较好效果。     

Wohnkostenbeihilfe bei Wohnungswechsel nach Antritt des Wehrdienstes

Zur Vermeidung von H?rtef?llen soll im Fall des Wohnungswechsels nach Antritt des Wehrdienstes ein Anspruch auf Wohnkostenbeihilfe nicht wegfallen. Zur Vermeidung allf?lliger Manipulationen durch das Beziehen einer Wohnung nach Antritt des Wehrdienstes ist aber bei der H?he des Anspruches auf die Kosten jener Wohnung abzustellen, in der der Anspruchsberechtigte zum Zeitpunkt der Wirksamkeit der Einberufung gewohnt hat. Ein zwischenzeitiges Wohnen in einer fremden Wohnung ist unsch?dlich.     

3种基因型鸡传染性支气管炎病毒免疫对tl/CH/LDT3/03株的保护性

以鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)S1基因比较为基础,分析了IBV tl/CH/LDT3/03型毒株与中国其他流行IBV毒株之间的关系,选择5株代表3种基因型的毒株进行动物免疫攻毒试验,以发病率、死亡率、抗体产生及在不同脏器中的病毒检出率作为指标来评价异种毒株对tl/CH/LDT3/03株的保护性。结果显示,同种致弱毒株对tl/CH/LDT3/03强毒株具有良好的保护性,而异种毒株对tl/CH/LDT3/03强毒株的保护性低。
