女性艺术与崇高

世界艺术史上的女性艺术家及其作品和男性艺术家笔下的女性往往被排斥在真正意义上的崇高之外，她们既不能成为朗吉努斯所说的：“伟大心灵的回声”，也不能代表康德所认为的：“无法把握的同时也无法与之较量的无限形式”。在此情境之下，“女性”艺术和“女性”艺术家若想摆脱“女性”这个充满歧视意味的语汇，成为艺术和艺术家，则必须在“躲避崇高”的时代语境中“重建崇高”，用自己的语言和自己的视角来审视自身的特点和价值，批判不公正的两性关系，促进形成一种更为和谐的社会关系。     

运用艺术教育推动高职人文教育的发展

重视人文素质教育是高职学院一贯的教育理念。人文素质教育的核心是涵养人文精神。而艺术教育是以人为中心的教育,其目的在于培养人和提高人的素质,其实质符合人文精神教育。人文性已经成为艺术教育的坚实基础。本文运用人文与艺术教育关系的理论,旨在阐述艺术教育的作用及其对高职学院艺术教育活动的指导意义。     

群众路线十议

党的群众路线所说的，要依靠的群众，就是占人1：290％以上的人民大众；对待群众的正确态度就是始终确立以工人阶级、农民阶级为主体的广大人民群众真正的历史地位；群众广泛分布在现实世界或真实世界和虚拟世界或网络世界中；群众路线简洁地说就是，两个“一切”、并要有一个“来”和一个“去”，两个“结合”、并要有一个“集中”和一个“坚持”；群众路线的实质就在于为民、务实、清廉；实行群众路线，要深入群众、组织群众、领导群众；贯彻执行群众路线遇到的最大障碍是腐败；群众路线与民主政治不是对立的，而是紧密相连、相辅相成的；群众路线的核心问题是保持党同人民的血肉联系；要把开展群众路线活动的大力气下在建章立制、推动体制机制改革上。     

The Effect of Medical Marijuana Laws on the Health and Labor Supply of Older Adults: Evidence from the Health and Retirement Study

Older adults are at elevated risk of reducing labor supply due to poor health, partly because of high rates of symptoms that may be alleviated by medical marijuana. Yet, surprisingly little is known about how this group responds to medical marijuana laws (MMLs). We quantify the effects of state medical marijuana laws on the health and labor supply of adults age 51 and older, focusing on the 55 percent with one or more medical conditions with symptoms that may respond to medical marijuana. We use longitudinal data from the Health and Retirement Study to estimate event study and differences‐in‐differences regression models. Three principle findings emerge from our analysis. First, active state medical marijuana laws lead to lower pain and better self‐assessed health among older adults. Second, state medical marijuana laws lead to increases in older adult labor supply, with effects concentrated on the intensive margin. Third, the effects of MMLs are largest among older adults with a health condition that would qualify for legal medical marijuana use under current state laws. Findings highlight the role of health policy in supporting work among older adults and the importance of including older adults in assessments of state medical marijuana laws.     

Legal grounds to process personal data under Spanish legislation after the ECJ Judgment of 24 November 2011 (the ASNEF and FECEMD case)

Spanish law on personal data protection regulates (among other issues) the legal bases that permit the processing of data in a way that is similar to that set out in Directive 95/46/EC. Consent constitutes the general rule although data may be processed without it if necessary for administration functions, within the framework of a contractual relationship, in order to safeguard the vital interests of the data subject or if they are included in sources accessible to the public. However, unlike the Directive, legitimate interest is not recognised as an independent reason for processing data, whereas a legal ground that is not set out in community law is included, i.e., sources accessible to the public. This paper analyses these two cases, taking as its starting point consent, along with the consequences that the ECJ Judgment of 24 November 2011 regarding the interpretation of Article 7 of Directive 95/46/EC may have and giving attention to the revision of this Directive itself.     

中韩仪式剧比较研究

本文以中国的＂还坛神＂和韩国的＂东海岸别神祭＂为主要研究对象,对中韩两国仪式剧进行比较,寻求其普遍性和特殊性。从演出形态来看,中韩仪式剧主要集中在仪式的娱神酬神阶段演出,其基本形态是祭夹戏;但中国仪式剧较多的是以戏代祭,韩国仪式剧一般是先祭后戏。从艺术品格来看,二者具有拙朴、风趣、即兴的艺术品格,均包含了一些游戏的特质。但中国仪式剧较多的具备戏曲萌芽的特征,韩国仪式剧较多的具备原始演剧的特征。     

Anwendbarkeit von Bestimmungen des MRG bzw WGG

§ 20 Abs 1 WGG idF des 2. W?G stellt klar, welche Normen des WGG welche Bestimmungen des MRG in Geb?uden, die durch eine gemeinnützige Bauvereinigung errichtet worden sind, verdr?ngen. Für bis zum 28. 2. 1991 verwirklichte Sachverhalte ist danach noch altes Recht anzuwenden, für danach verwirklichte ohne Rücksicht auf den Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses das neue Recht des § 20 WGG. Die WRN 1999 dehnte den Anwendungsbereich des WGG auch auf Geb?ude aus, die von einer gemeinnützigen Bauvereinigung in gro?em Umfang saniert wurden. Für in solchen Geb?uden aufrechte Mietverh?ltnisse, die dem MRG unterliegen, hat ein automatisches Einpendeln in die Bestimmungen des WGG nicht stattgefunden, dieses setzt vielmehr das Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen des § 20a WGG voraus.     

区域间合作与东亚区域主义

区域间合作以其特有的区域效用在东亚区域主义的产生和发展中发挥了互关重要的作用.在此条件下运行的东亚区域主义形成了一些独具特色的自身特征,包括东盟主导、弱制度运行,政府驱动、公民社会跟进,软安全优先、多领域推进,进程导向、奉行渐进主义等.当然,这也滋生了一些难以祛除的自身缺陷,如内聚力不足、外倾性明显,大国作用不足、中小国作用明显,"硬力量"不足、"软力量"明显等.就此,东亚地区主义陷入排他性和开放性之间的"两难选择".     

通向东亚共同体之路：合作与创新——新形势下的综合性战略思考

未来10年至20年，东亚共同体建设可考虑推动东盟与中日韩“10＋3”合作机制升级，努力把“10＋3”建成“东亚核心共同体”。中日韩在加强合作的同时，可与东盟的经济、政治安全、社会文化等三大共同体相呼应，以“10＋3”为框架共同建立“可持续发展的东亚经济共同体”、“可持续安全的东亚安全共同体”和“和谐友爱的东亚社会文化共同体”。在这一过程中，要妥善处理中日韩之间的关系、中日韩与东盟的关系、“10＋3”与“东亚峰会”之间的关系、美国与东亚共同体的关系，以及东亚共同体建设与借鉴欧洲经验的关系等五大关系问题。
