Recent problems of the historic centres in Spain

In the last thirty years, historic centres that were considered as impoverished urban structures that ought to be replaced are now viewed as crucial enclaves of urban identity that ought to be protected. The singularity of the old city increases its importance in our global world. The value of the city as a living cultural legacy, with all its embedded symbolism, is thus recognised. We can find some problems within these spaces, as for example, depopulation and dwelling price increase with their consequences： degradation in some parts and revaluation in others, especially in those with progressive increase in the service economy.

罪犯改造质量是指罪犯经过一定时间的改造达到的守法公民的程度。从矫正技术的角度认识罪犯改造质量评估,对改革监狱工作具有重要的意义。在现代社会条件下,监狱不仅是专政的机关,更重要的是刑罚执行机关。对罪犯的改造状况进行科学的评估,必须走出监狱机关“泛政治化”的窠臼,必须摆脱传统的评价罪犯改造质量的经验型、主观性和理想化的模式。从矫正技术的视角来研究罪犯改造质量评估,关键是把评估数量化,最大限度地减少人们主观的干扰。目前的问题是要改革监狱工作的体制、机制,提高监狱人民警察的职业化程度。     

误证中的记忆错误现象

证人的证言是证据的一个重要成分,在审判中起着重要作用。证人证言中的一个重要问题是证言的可靠性问题,即证人的证言是否属实,是否是对案件的真实描述。造成误证的原因很多,除了证人作证的各种动机等主观原因外,还有许多是由记忆机制这一客观原因造成的,这一情况是不容忽视的。本文将对由记忆机制导致的记忆错误做一些初步概述,并对如何避免记忆错误出现和如何唤起证人的真实记忆做一些初步探讨。     

Current state and progress of research on forensic biomechanics in China

Forensic biomechanics gradually has become a significant component of forensic science. Forensic biomechanics is evidence-based science that applies biomechanical principles and methods to forensic practice, which has constituted one of the most potential research areas. In this review, we introduce how finite element techniques can be used to simulate forensic cases, how injury criteria and injury scales can be used to describe injury severity, and how tests of postmortem human subjects and dummy can be used to provide essential validation data. This review also describes research progress and new applications of forensic biomechanics in China.

• The review shows the main research progress and new applications of forensic biomechanics in China.
• The review introduces eight cases about the application of forensic biomechanics, including the multiple rigid body reconstruction, the finite element applications, study of mechanical properties, traffic crash reconstruction based on multiple techniques and analysis of morphomechanical mechanism about blood dispersal.
• Though forensic biomechanics has a great advantage for the evaluation of injury mechanisms, it still has some uncertainties owing to the uniqueness of the human anatomy, the complexity of biological materials, and the uncertainty of injury-causing circumstances.

     

短串联重复基因座突变率的分析研究

分析亲子鉴定案例进行中的STR基因座的突变率。采用chelex 100快速抽提DNA,DNA扩增,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、银染色法,参照标准品进行DNA分型。在300例已确定亲生关系的案例中,有11例出现STR基因座变异,其中D11S554基因座6例,D19S253基因座2例,SE33、D12S391、D13S631基因座各1例。结果提示:用STR基因座进行亲子鉴定,必须考虑STR基因座突变因素。     

Writing as ‘Compearance’ in Diário da Queda by Michel Laub

Diário da Queda (2011) by Michel Laub has been described as autoficção (autofiction), the Brazilian translation of the concept coined by Serge Doubrovsky to describe the narrative working-through of trauma through fictional autobiography. This article re-examines the definition of ‘autofiction’ and argues that Laub's narrative process more closely resembles Jean-Luc Nancy's notion of a singular voice ‘compearing’ experiences in a process of ‘sharing’ that, when combined with touch and affection can – according to the novel – more successfully help to overcome trauma. At stake are questions regarding the inheritance of Holocaust memory, as well as its politicised deployment in contemporary conflicts.     

溺死相关浮游生物基因座的复合扩增体系

目的构建溺死相关浮游生物基因座的复合扩增体系,验证体系特异性并评估其在法医溺死诊断中的应用价值。方法针对溺死相关浮游生物同源基因序列,设计特异性引物,并用FAM、HEX、TAMRA、ROX、SIZ荧光染料分组标记,构建复合扩增体系;进行体系特异性验证;以16例实验猪样本评估体系检验效能;复合扩增体系、硅藻形态学MD-VF-Auto SEM检测法及硅藻rbc L基因PCR-CE检测法分别检测28例案件样本,比较分析应用效果。结果该复合扩增体系共包含14个基因座,可特异性扩增35种浮游藻类和3种浮游细菌,人、3种人体共生菌及8种浮游细菌均为阴性。以该体系检测溺死实验猪,阳性率为90%,非溺死实验猪均未检出;检测溺死案件样本,阳性率为96%,非溺死案件均未检出。复合扩增体系与MD-VF-Auto SEM法检测案件尸体肺、肝和肾的阳性率均不具有统计学差异(P>0.05),但其与硅藻rbcL基因PCR-CE法检测案件肝和肾的阳性率均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论本文针对多种溺死相关浮游生物14个基因建立的复合扩增体系,具备多种靶物种的特异性遗传标记,且所需检材量小,提高了检测效能,在法医溺死鉴定中具有良好的应用前景。
