传染性腔上囊病病毒超强毒致弱株GZ20 VP2 基因的克隆和序列分析

根据已发表的52/70株传染性腔上囊病病毒(IBDV)基因组序列,设计并合成了一对特异扩增IBDV VP2基因的引物.以超强毒IBDV(vvIBDV)致弱株GZ20基因组为模板利用RT-PCR技术扩增出了1.5kb的cDNA产物,将VP2基因克隆于pUC119质粒上,得到重组pUC119质粒.并对VP2基因全序列测定,序列分析和聚类分析表明,该致弱株与无毒疫苗株PBG98和弱毒株CU-1非常相似,而与经典强毒株、超强毒株和变异株相差较大.这提示该致弱株属于标准血清Ⅰ型弱毒株.     

Egypt’s Foreign and Security Policy in Post-R2P Libya

Abstract

The post-intervention situation in Libya poses foreign and security policy challenges for Egypt. Egypt’s definition of the Libyan problem centres on two fundamental aspects: it is depicted as the consequence of an unfinished R2P military intervention, and perceived as part of a regional war against Islamist terrorism. All practical steps being taken by the authorities in Cairo are based on this dual framing. The implications of its positioning are, firstly, a securitised approach to foreign policy, including limited military interference and proxy support and, secondly, the emergence of a partisan position. To date, the impact of Egypt’s foreign policy line in the Libyan theatre has been limited and hence its viability risks being thrown into question.     

REVISITING THE CRIMINOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES OF EXPOSURE TO FETAL TESTOSTERONE: A META‐ANALYSIS OF THE 2D:4D DIGIT RATIO*

As criminology has become more interdisciplinary in recent years, biosocial criminology has earned a place at the table. Although this perspective comes in many forms, one important proposition has gained increasing attention: that the 2D:4D finger digit ratio—a purported physical biomarker for exposure to fetal testosterone—is related to criminal, aggressive, and risky/impulsive behavior. Strong claims in the literature have been made for this link even though the findings seem to be inconsistent. To establish the empirical status of this relationship, we subjected this body of work to a meta‐analysis. Our multilevel analyses of 660 effect size estimates drawn from 47 studies (14,244 individual cases) indicate a small overall effect size (mean r = .047). Moderator analyses indicate that this effect is rather “general” across methodological specifications—findings that are at odds with theoretical propositions that specify the importance of exposure to fetal testosterone in predicting criminal and analogous behavior later in life. We conclude with a call for exercising caution over embracing the findings from one or two studies and instead highlight the importance of systematically organizing the full body of literature on a topic before making decisions about what does, and what does not, predict criminal and analogous behavior.     

Blunt Craniofacial Trauma as a Manifestation of Excited Delirium Caused by New Psychoactive Substances

The body of a 19‐year‐old male was found apparently concealed underneath bushes with recent head and facial trauma, and multiple superficial abrasions. Subsequently, it was discovered that the decedent had been running into objects and buildings following the ingestion the evening before of what was thought to be lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD). Blood staining of a nearby wall close to where the body was lying was in keeping with the described behavior. Toxicology revealed 3,4‐methylenedioxymethamphetamine (Ecstasy), in addition to two only recently available drugs 2‐(4‐bromo‐2,5‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐N‐[(2‐methoxyphenyl)methyl]ethanamine, (25B‐NBOMe), and 1‐(3,4‐methylenedioxyphenyl)‐2‐(1‐pyrrolidinyl)‐1‐butanone, (MDPBP). At autopsy, the skull was fractured with cerebral swelling, contusions, and subarachnoid hemorrhage. Death was due to blunt cranial trauma against a background of mixed drug toxicity. The case demonstrates a rare cause of death in a drug‐induced acute delirium, as well as highlighting two new designer street drugs that may result in significant aberrant behavior.     

FUT1基因座2个点突变对α2-FUT表达影响的重组分析

探讨H缺乏分泌型个体FUT1基因座2个点突变（T460CG1042A）对基因表达产物α2－FUT活性的影响。应用基因重组技术,分别构建了R含有1个点突变的质粒pRc／CMVFUT1点亚克隆重组子。经转染COS－7细胞后检测发现,重组于pRc／CMV－T460C和pRC／CMV－G1042A表达的α2－FUT活体分别是野生型FUT1基因（pRc／CMV－H）的1．0％和9．3％,免疫组化法也证实了2个重组基因有H抗原的表达。上述2个点突变的协同作用是FUT1基因座表达产物完全失活的原因。     

在大鼠颅脑损伤慢性病程中BCL-2蛋白的表达

用免疫组化方法研究在实验性大鼠颅脑损伤慢性病程中BCL－2蛋白的表达变化,为颅脑损伤后经过一段时间死亡者确定损伤与死亡的关系提供依据。结果发现：BCL－2蛋白广泛表达于正常大鼠脑内,在伤后3d,其表达降低,至伤后1周降低明显,伤后4周恢复正常。提示在颅脑损伤后4周内死亡者,其死亡与颅脑外伤关系较密切。用免疫组比方法观察BCL－2蛋白在脑内的表达变化,对颅脑损伤后4周内死亡者脑损伤的确定有一定价值。     

论网店实名制及工商登记的必要性与可行性

北京市工商局于2008年8月1日开始实施的《关于贯彻落实〈北京市信息化促进条例〉加强电子商务监督管理的意见》要求在网络上出售、置换自用物品,且以营利为目的的个人应当进行工商登记,从而成为第一个对网络经营活动要求进行监管的机构。对此,舆论争议不断。本文从诚实信用、保护知识产权等多视角阐明了网店实名制工商登记的必要性,并提出建立该项工商登记可行性建议。     

蓝舌病病毒NS2蛋白单克隆抗体的制备及其应用

本研究旨在制备针对蓝舌病病毒(bluetongue virus,BTV)非结构蛋白NS2的单克隆抗体,进而用于C-ELISA鉴别BTV自然感染动物与BTV灭活疫苗免疫动物。通过原核表达BTV NS2蛋白的高保守多肽(1~228 aa)来制备抗原,并通过免疫BALB/c小鼠制备抗BTV NS2蛋白的单克隆抗体,结果,获得1株分泌单克隆抗体的小鼠杂交瘤细胞,命名为BTV-2A4。鉴定结果显示,该单克隆抗体的亚类/亚型为IgG1/κ;其抗原表位在NS2蛋白的91~138 aa区间;能特异性地与1~24型BTV的NS2蛋白反应;可应用于Western-blot、间接免疫荧光、间接ELISA及C-ELISA技术。C-ELISA应用的试验数据表明,BTV疫苗免疫动物及未被BTV感染动物的血清中检测不到NS2抗体,而BTV感染动物的血清中大多可被检出NS2抗体。     

Urteil ohne Klage – eine Anomalie des Gesetzes?

Im Zuge der überarbeitung der Bestimmungen über die Zwangsversteigerung von Liegenschaften durch die EO-Nov 2000 wurden auch die Bestimmungen über die Versteigerung einer gemeinschaftlichen Liegenschaft in den §§ 352 bis 352c EO neu gestaltet. Die Neuregelung der Verteilung des Meistbots gem § 352c EO wirft allerdings eine Reihe von Fragen auf. Der folgende Beitrag skizziert den Ablauf des Verteilungsverfahrens, beleuchtet den Gegenstand und das Ziel des Verteilungsverfahrens sowie die Frage des Kostenersatzes.
