宗教渗透特征探析

宗教渗透是境外敌对势力"和平演变"战略的重要组成部分,旨在破坏祖国统一,颠覆我国社会主义制度。宗教渗透具有六方面显著特征:政治恶意性、文化侵略性、活动国际性、手段多样性、组织秘密性、破坏严重性。认清这些特征有助于实际工作部门正确合理地处理宗教渗透问题。     

The communicative policy maker revisited: public administration in a twenty-first century cultural-choice framework

In recent years, public administration thinking shifts the focus from the internal public organisation behaviour towards cross-boundary operation that is, operation across governments and sectors. Public bureaucrats become agents in a multiple-interest political environment within which not only technical management issues are discussed, but also dynamic public values are shaped through a dialogical process. In a cultural choice framework, governments operate different service portfolios and the source of allocation problems occurs due to interdependencies between these functions and variation in public preferences. Beyond service production costs, there exist variable characteristics, such as citizen interest, market competition, and managerial structure and operating behaviour in the aggregate responsibilities governments take. Progressive public administrators need to respond to a threefold challenge: The global versus local challenge to define cultural variability; the leadership challenge to interact with citizens; and the cross-boundary challenge to develop a collaborative rather than a competitive future.     

Japan’s Quest for “Soft Power”: Attraction and Limitation

Japan is seeking to project its “soft power” through the allure of manga and anime in its public diplomacy. The production, diffusion and global consumption of manga and anime are driven by market forces and consumer tastes and not by the Japanese state. However, the latter is seeking to harness this popular culture to burnish Tokyo’s international image. Despite the attractiveness of Japanese pop culture and other more traditional forms of public diplomacy, Tokyo’s pursuit of “soft power” and a good international image is undermined by its failure to overcome its burden of history.

Behind Harold's Bloomsday Book: Gothic Secrets in Literary History

Harold Bloom's influential theory of literary influence has been widely regarded as utterly patriarchal, and yet some feminist critics have adapted rather than attacked it. The theory argues that a great poem aggressively rewrites and thereby conceals its precursor in order to appear as completely original. Bloom's theory of precursors invites in its turn an application of itself to itself, and his Anxiety of Influence seems to trail several possible antecedents, such as Shakespeare and Freud. A more powerful precursor, however, is a novel written by a woman: Mary Shelley's Frankenstein . Just as Bloom's theory postulates only fathers replicating themselves through generational struggle and identification, so Mary Shelley's Gothic shocker represses the mother as both a source and an object of desire. What Bloom's theory thus represses behind its model of masculine sublime poets is a feminine Gothic novel. There is, however, a crucial difference: whereas Shelley's novel is profoundly critical of Victor Frankenstein's paternal shortcomings, such overweening Gothic masculinity provides the very basis of Bloom's Anxiety of Influence (1973), conceived as it is in the immediate post-Vietnam era. Such strong revision notwithstanding, behind the strong critic who re-asserts American masculinity after Vietnam stands the madman in the laboratory, and behind him stands the repressed mother, otherwise known to literary history as the Madwoman in the Attic. What she reveals is that literary history is Gothic rather than sublime, and that it will not ultimately cover and compensate for the worst creation of men: war itself. Even the enquiring spirit of the New Historicism emerges as a function of this Gothic exposure.     

地方文化资源与高职院校“思想道德”课程的融合——以广东潮汕为例

高职院校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教材体现了国家规划课程教学的规范性,在此基础上应提倡创新和灵活。地方文化资源能够丰富高职院校"基础"课教学内容,活化教学,使"基础"课教学更加具有针对性和实效性。在地方文化资源融入"基础"课的实践中必须坚持正确的政治方向,分清主次关系,去伪存真,加强实践教学。     

通信使文献所见东亚汉文化圈的差序格局——以《东槎日录》为例

《东槎日录》作为一部重要的朝鲜通信使文献,详细记录了17世纪后期,朝鲜使臣泛槎海路出使日本的见闻及感受,对于研究日本江户时代的风土民情、朝日邦交,乃至东亚文化格局均有重要意义。本文拟以《东槎日录》为中心,从朝鲜使臣的视角切入,考察在汉文化圈的整体语境之下,中国、朝鲜和日本彼此间的叙述、认识与想象,进而加深对东亚文化格局的理解。     

浅谈贵州民族文化旅游资源的可持续开发

本文分析了贵州民族旅游的优势:节日多、服饰变化多、分布广和特色鲜明等。通过研究现有的民族资源开发形式,发现我省民族旅游资源还有很大开发空间,但在开发中存在着交通条件差、旅游景点质量不高等问题。文章对这些问题进行了分析并提出了建议:注重民族特色、打造旅游品牌,促进交通网络等基础设施建设,重视与邻省市的旅游连线,保证旅游业与民族文化产业的有机结合,从而推动全省民族旅游资源的可持续开发。     

Modeling ideological polarization in democratic party systems

There are mounting claims that increasing ideological polarization is reshaping democratic party systems with important effects on the functioning of electoral politics, the correlates of voting choice, turnout, and even the representativeness of government. Yet, our knowledge of what causes party system polarization is still developing. The primary research goal is to systematically combine and test existing theories predicting levels of party system polarization across 21 established democracies. Polarization levels have generally risen since the mid-1990s. A pooled model finds that characteristics of the electoral system and the party system largely determine the continuity of party system polarization. Polarization levels also appear linked to short-term factors such as citizens’ declining confidence in the economy and increasing concerns about immigration. The conclusion discusses the implications for party systems and politics in affluent democracies.     

论数学的价值及数学教育的价值取向

数学是科学的工具与语言,数学为人类提供精密思维的模式,是推动生产发展、影响人类物质生活方式的杠杆、人类思想革命的有力武器、促进艺术发展的文化激素。数学教育的价值是其科学价值、实用价值及文化价值的整合。     

避开喀斯特生态脆弱环节,建构环境友好型社会经济发展模式的思考

文化生态学是西方文化人类学家斯图尔德就文化对生态环境的适应进行研究时提出来的命题,其内涵指的是具体民族文化对所处生态环境的适应过程和适应方式。而这一命题却遭到了另外一些人类学家内亭等人的质疑,认为由于社会历史文化过程的不同,两个民族即使处在同一生态环境中也会具有不同的生态行为。本文正是在对两种学术观点进行讨论的基础上,提出任何民族的文化适应,不仅有生物性适应的一面,而且还应有社会性适应的一面,因而需要引入“社会性适应”这一概念才能解释文化对生态环境适应的复杂性。为此,如果我们从文化的社会性适应入手,探讨避开喀斯特生态脆弱环节,在民族地区建构环境友好型社会经济发展模式就可具有可能性。
