目的 观察强力止晕汤治疗肝阳上亢兼痰湿中阻型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效,及其对患者脑血流动力学参数的影响。方法 选取80例肝阳上亢兼痰湿中阻型后循环缺血性眩晕患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,治疗组患者加用强力止晕汤,两组疗程均为14 d。治疗前后分别观察两组患者中医症状评分、椎-基底动脉血流改善情况,治疗14 d后及治疗后3个月的近期疗效和远期疗效,两组患者的不良反应。结果 治疗组患者治疗后眩晕、头痛、头重如裹、烦躁易怒、失眠多梦评分和总评分降低程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05),左右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度升高程度和左右椎动脉、基底动脉搏动指数降低程度均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的近期疗效和远期疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应(轻度胆红素异常、胃肠道反应、心慌)的总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 强力止晕汤对肝阳上亢兼痰湿中阻型后循环缺血性眩晕有较好的临床疗效。  相似文献

The rapid growth of new developments in communication technology has brought electronic monitoring to the forefront of today’s workplace concerns. This is an area that in recent years has drawn considerable attention amongst the media, academia and legal scholars demanding that employers do not intrude into employees’ online privacy via electronic monitoring in the workplace. However, electronic monitoring at work is not one-sided and it is arguable that employers have legitimate reasons to justify their action. This paper aims to examine employers’ justification for conducting electronic monitoring by highlighting the potential risk of financial and legal liabilities that employers may incur as a result of employees’ misuse of online services at work.  相似文献

The detection of insider threats is one area of ongoing work at the CERT® Insider Threat Center. This paper addresses the legal landscape surrounding employee privacy in the workplace. While this broad area implicates many different types of law, this paper focuses on some current issues that employers may want to be aware of when implementing policies and practices to mitigate the insider threat, including monitoring of current employees. Electronic, physical and other methods of monitoring are discussed, which can reveal insider threat indicators. Relevant federal and state laws are also discussed.1  相似文献

Reducing turnover in America’s jails is a significant fiscal concern and a serious organizational challenge. When determining how to improve retention, the private sector has been influenced by the literature on generational relevance. To explore whether similar cohort-driven motivators might be productively directed toward reducing jail turnover, the application of generational relevance theory to jails was empirically tested. To assess the impact of retention-related variables on various age cohorts working in America’s jails, a national survey was administered to jail staff throughout the country. Results indicate that less than half of the variables included in the analysis reached levels of statistical significance when analyzed by generational cohorts, and even among significant variables, over one-third were age-driven by nature. Although the findings do little to advance the cause of generational relevance theory, they are not without merit for jail administrators seeking to reduce turnover, pointing toward the universal appeal such intrinsic factors as treating people fairly, creating a positive work climate, and assuring that employees are listened to, have input, and are recognized, respected, and appreciated. Essentially, results indicate that reducing jail turnover is more likely to be a product of initiatives that are generically requisite than generationally relevant.  相似文献

The Grand Chamber has ruled that the data retention directive was invalid ex tunc since it seriously interfered with the fundamental rights to respect for private life and protection of personal data and exceeded the limits of the principle of proportionality which are provided for in the Charter. The scope and temporal effects of this ruling should be clarified, especially its legal impacts on national laws of Member States which enacted the directive. In addition, the findings of the Grand Chamber on geographical safeguards have far-reaching implications on the retention and storage of personal data in the EU.  相似文献
