建立绿色税收体系发展民族地区循环经济--以贵州为例

发展循环经济是落实科学发展观,建立节约型社会的必由之路、是全新的社会经济发展模式,以“资源———产品———再生产资源”为表现形式,通过资源的循环利用,最终使整个社会建立在节约型和生态型结构上。借鉴国外为发展循环经济而实行的税收制度,结合贵州省的实际情况,提出促进贵州省循环经济发展的绿色税收对策。     

Britain's Oddest Election?

Fringe political parties did well in the European Parliament elections in June 2005. The British National party won their first seats; altogether, four in ten British voters supported a party not represented in the House of Commons at Westminster. YouGov questioned more than 32,000 electors at the time of the election, in order to find out who voted for each party and why: the sample was big enough to enable robust analysis to be done on the BNP, UKIP and Green vote, as well as the supporters of Labour, the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats. YouGov's findings show that there was disillusionment with the traditional main parties, and fears for the future, that were felt by voters across the political spectrum, and not just the supporters of the fringe parties.     

Filters of influence: The help-seeking process of African American single mothers living in poverty seeking mental health services for their children

There are a disproportionate number of African American children living in poverty who are in need of mental health services. African American children who live in poverty tend to underutilize mental health treatment due to the barriers their caregivers face; however, far less research has been conducted on the percentage of children who do access mental health treatment and the experiences of their caregivers in maneuvering through the barriers in their environments. This grounded theory study systematically generated a help-seeking theory that was constructed through the experiences of single African American mothers living in poverty who accessed mental health treatment for their children.

俄罗斯是中国最为重要的邻国之一,也是中国前十位贸易伙伴国。处于经济转轨时期的俄罗斯在市场经济体制改革、国内经济结构调整以及加入世贸组织等多重因素推动下,国内市场开放度已经大体相当于中国目前的开放程度。但俄罗斯经贸政策变动频繁,且可操作性较弱,实施中具有很多不确定性,而技术性贸易壁垒和"灰色清关"为主的海关程序是目前中俄贸易的主要障碍。     

Political Neo-Malthusianism and the Progression of India’s Green Revolution

Academic literature on India’s economic history often portrays the nation’s Green Revolution as a single package of technocratic reforms that eventually led to sustained growth in India’s total agricultural production – the quintessential triumph of science over political resistance. This account, though, is a dramatic oversimplification, which has led both social and natural scientists to criticise the Green Revolution’s normative consequences without fully addressing the political and economic forces that led to its varied results. To date, India’s Green Revolution lacks the established historical periodisation necessary to begin putting these accounts in dialogue. To remedy these issues, this article introduces the adapted concept of political neo-Malthusianism, which deconstructs the relationship between agricultural production, dependence on foreign aid, and the period’s political battles. Understanding this nexus allows not only for a deeper understanding of the politics that shaped various Green Revolution policies’ implementation, but also moves towards an understanding of its larger place in Indian economic history.     

The Electoral Politics of Housing

This article surveys the territorial politics of housing policy with particular reference to the Conservative Party. It examines the how attempts to establish a new planning framework under the previous Coalition government came unstuck and sets out the implications of the planning impasse for home ownership and ‘generation rent’. The territorial and tenure dimensions of the 2015 General Election are considered and possible future Conservative conflicts over land release are explored.     

中国限制外国企业对知识产权滥用的立法思考

中国加入世界贸易组织 ,外国企业和跨国公司利用专利许可 ,对中国企业产品和技术连续发起狙击 ,引发国民对知识产权滥用的关注。中国应从国际贸易规则的原则与方法出发提高对限制知识产权滥用的认识 ,建立制裁国外、国内市场知识产权滥用的系统完整的法律体系。尽管各国反击知识产权滥用的立法层次与力度不同 ,但中国已有能力根据不断变化的形势、特点及自身要求 ,制定具创新意义的限制知识产权滥用的法律 ,设立独立的权威的反垄断执法审查机关。     

论女子拳击运动员比赛中的心理障碍及对策

随着女子拳击运动的发展,拳击运动逐步受到女子运动员的青睐。随着比赛的增加,也反应出了女子拳击运动员的心理问题。本文运用体育运动心理学的有关知识,简要分析女子拳击运动员在竞赛中易产生心理障碍的原因,提出了克服心理障碍的心理训练方法和手段,对提高女子拳击运动竞赛水平起到一定的指导作用。     

相对优势地位理论质疑

相对优势地位理论强调了企业之间的相互力量对比,并认为当交易方在一定情况下具有类似在市场中处于垄断地位的企业的市场力量时,会使得交易相对方“依赖于”该企业,从而引起竞争法上的效果。依据对资产专用性理论,从沉没成本引起的利益判断、进入障碍和市场划分的关系的分析,以及对相对优势地位理论的相关判例的解析,可以看出该理论存在重大的缺陷,其实施不仅无法规范市场竞争秩序,还会造成理论和实务上的混乱。     

绿色壁垒与我国经济的“绿化”

绿色经济已成为世界经济的发展趋势,“绿色壁垒”也相伴而生。我们必须站在可持续发展战略的高度,选择以可持续发展为主导的工业化模式,提升我国的产品质量。要联合发展中国家,反对发达国家苛刻的环境壁垒要求,保护我国的合法权益。积极争取国际组织的环保技术与资金支持,发展我国“绿色产业”。
