灯盏花素滴丸质量标准研究

目的:研究灯盏花素滴丸的质量标准.方法:采用分光光度法对主药灯盏乙素进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定了灯盏乙素的含量.结果:采用分光光度法(<中华人民共和国药典>2000版一部附录VA进行测定,在284 nm和335 nm的波长处有最大吸收.该方法的线性范围为0.436～2.18 μg,平均回收率为 99.84%, RSD=0.91%(n=6).结论:该方法专属性强,线性良好,具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏等优点,可以作为质量控制的方法.     

Determination of salvinorin A and salvinorin B in Salvia divinorum-related products circulated in Japan

Two major salvinorins, salvinorin A (SalA) and salvinorin B (SalB), in three Salvia divinorum dried leaf products and nine of its “concentrated extract” products circulated in Japan were determined. These ingredients were extracted twice with acetonitrile and decolored with graphite carbon powder. SalA and SalB were confirmed by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry in product ion scan mode, and quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection (for SalA) and by mass spectrometry in single ion monitoring mode (for SalB). The SalA/SalB contents (μg/mg) were in the range of 3.2–5.0/0.10–0.17 in the dried leaf products and 4.1–38.9/0.26–2.42 in the “concentrated extract” products. These findings would be useful for analysis of S. divinorum-related products circulated in the drug market.

借助于计算机技术的英语网络无纸化考试系统,对节约考试成本,提高考试效率,确保考试结果的公平、公正、科学、及时等具有重要的意义。广东省英语A、B级网络无纸化考试模式由五大子系统组成,采用WEB和WindowsMedia技术,便于客户端的维护,具有较强的网络故障适应能力,可进行听力或口语在线考试,实现了考试管理的创新。     

鸡盲肠扁桃体中B淋巴细胞的发育

通过免疫组织化学方法,应用IgM、IgG和IgA单克隆抗体研究了IgM~+、IgG~+和IgA~+B淋巴细胞在鸡盲肠扁桃体中的出现、迁移、组织定位分布以及数量变化规律等一系列发育过程.结果显示,IgM~+细胞在胚胎20日龄时开始出现,而IgG~+和IgA~+细胞均在雏鸡出壳后1日龄时出现.在定位分布变化上,4日龄之前,B淋巴细胞主要分布在黏膜上皮下固有层中;4～7日龄时,B淋巴细胞则主要分布在黏膜固有层的中上部区域,随后各日龄B淋巴细胞均匀地分布在黏膜固有层中;14日龄时,黏膜固有层中出现主要由B淋巴细胞组成的生发中心,21日龄时可见轮廓更清晰的生发中心存在于黏膜固有层中下部区域,并且生发中心中存在大量的IgM~+、IgG~+和IgA~+细胞.在数量变化上,B淋巴细胞随着日龄增长数量持续增加,直至35日龄时趋于稳定,各日龄的B淋巴细胞数量始终以IgM~+细胞最多,IgA~+细胞次之,IgG~+细胞最少.证实,鸡出壳后初期盲肠扁桃体的体液免疫功能逐渐增强,并在35日龄时达到成熟水平.     

高等院校实验室的网络化管理

高等院校实验室的网络化管理应遵循一定原则,在技术实现方面应把握几个关键环节。实验室网络管理系统下的Internet模式应与标准的TCP/IP、HTTP协议和B/S、C/S结构很好融合,从而使高校实验室管理走向标准化、规范化、科学化、信息化。

A Conversation Between Utopia and Anti-Utopia:The Behavioristic Utopia Walden Two

After the Second World War, the American behavioral psychologist B. F. Skinner created a new utopian illusion. Instead of designing the high-technological utopia which used to be popular in the early 20th century, B. F. Skinner described an experimental community in his novel Walden Two. Walden Two embraces the proposition that the behavior of humans is determined by environmental variables, and that behavioral engineering which systematically alters environmental variables can shape and reinforce human behavior, generating a utopia. Walden Two answers the controversial issues put forward by the anti-utopian novels such as Brave New World, Anthem, and The Clockwork Orange. It is considered to have played a pivotal role in the development of the utopian ideal of the 20th century.
