行政诉讼疑难案件的处理方法——对105件法律适用类批复、答复的研究

Remote Wiping and Secure Deletion on Mobile Devices: A Review

Mobile devices have become ubiquitous in almost every sector of both private and commercial endeavors. As a result of such widespread use in everyday life, many users knowingly and unknowingly save significant amounts of personal and/or commercial data on these mobile devices. Thus, loss of mobile devices through accident or theft can expose users—and their businesses—to significant personal and corporate cost. To mitigate this data leakage issue, remote wiping features have been introduced to modern mobile devices. Given the destructive nature of such a feature, however, it may be subject to criminal exploitation (e.g., a criminal exploiting one or more vulnerabilities to issue a remote wiping command to the victim's device). To obtain a better understanding of remote wiping, we survey the literature, focusing on existing approaches to secure flash storage deletion and provide a critical analysis and comparison of a variety of published research in this area. In support of our analysis, we further provide prototype experimental results for three Android devices, thus providing both a theoretical and applied focus to this article as well as providing directions for further research.     

‘Greatpowerness’ as the key element of Russian self-consciousness under erosion

The article analyzes changes in attitudes to and interpretations of Russian ‘greatpowerness’ (velikoderzhavnost') between the years of 2000 and 2014, that is to say during President Putin's period of rule. The concept of Russia as the great power was changing during this time in two respects: first, there was an increasing reticence of self-assessments; second, we observe prioritization of protecting the country's own, mostly regional, interests as opposed to expansion which would be characteristic of a great power. Moreover, this period clearly demonstrates contradictions and dangers, engendered in the process of losing self-perception as that of the great power. The readiness of Russian political elite to part bit by bit with the status of the great power and to go to the status of a regional power is combined (as the events around Ukraine have shown) with unwillingness to sustain the new status of the country with the help of the capabilities of a soft power. Lack of these, as well as of the skills in their use, and finally, a desire to raise the rating of trust in the government with the help of “a small victorious war” have formed the basis for the aggressive upsurge towards Ukraine. In the absence of serious hard and soft capabilities, the splashes of aggressiveness in Russian foreign policy and of anti-Western sentiments in domestic political life are unlikely to have any lasting effect. They are able, however, to generate extremely negative long-term consequences for the country.     

法律世界观紊乱时代的司法、民意和政治——以李昌奎案为中心

李昌奎案代表了一类"简单的""难办案件",无论法官如何决策,处理结果都不能取得良好的法律效果和社会效果。该案反映出这是一个法律世界观缺乏整体性和融贯性的时代。民意、司法与政治之间复杂的互动,以及社会对刑事司法系统的不信任,虽非中国特有的问题,但暴露出部分中国司法人员和学者对司法公信力、合法性、稳定性的理解是单维、偏颇的,缺乏健全的司法理念。经由对该案的讨论,本文强调,司法应该弥合而不是加大法律与社会的差距,如果司法要参与社会变革,它必须满足民众对公正的基本心理需求。另一方面,新媒体的兴起,使人们得以在事件流中辨识法律的社会意义,多元的法律世界观有可能获得融贯。     

关于“软权力论”研究的几点思考

研究“软权力论”，要对其整体的理论建构过程熟稔在心，要正视其所隐藏的独特的美国民族性，要认识到软权力与硬权力是相偕而行、水乳交融的关系。惟有如此，才能避免肤浅的、狭隘的研究模式，从而得出真正裨益于现实的研究结论。

“主义”认同与“问题”探析——中央党校“主体班”课程的政治学分析(1990—2010)

中央党校各个主体班培训课程都重视主义和问题两个方面。从不同班次来看,培训课程在主义认同和问题探析方面有不同侧重,这反映了不同培训班次学员在权力体系中的不同位置以及在权力生产和再生产体系中的不同作用。从不同时期中青班的课程来看,培训课程的变化体现了中国共产党治国纲领中既有坚守主义认同方面的硬核,也存在主义认同和问题探析方面不断调整的保护带。     

谈高校图书馆电子资源的管理与利用

电子资源的普遍利用，使图书馆服务方式和服务内容发生了改变，由于电子服务和传统服务所依托的技术不同。所以，对图书馆管理人员的要求也不同，现代化图书馆管理人员应该具备计算机网络及信息开发的服务能力，以能确实适应快速发展的信息资源，给读者提供高效准确的服务。     

血清中盐酸曲马多的膜式固相萃取及GC／MS／SIM测定

目的建立血清中盐酸曲马多的膜式固相萃取(SPE)气-质联用分析方法。方法1mL血清用2mL0.1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6)稀释后,用含有C18和强酸型强阳离子交换基团的SPECC18AR/MP3固相萃取柱萃取,洗脱液为含2%氨水的乙酸乙酯;选择SKF525作为内标物,用GC/MS/SIM定量测定。结果在加标量为0.1、0.2和0.5μg/mL的血清样品中,盐酸曲马多的回收率分别为98.9%、92.5%和84.8%,5次测定的RSD分别为3.2%、8.7%和10.9%;线性范围为0.1～4μg/mL,多项式回归相关系数r2=0.9939;检出限为21ng/mL;同一根萃取柱,连续使用5次,没有出现堵塞和污染,回收率及RSD未见下降。结论本方法适合于法医毒物分析。
