眶壁爆裂性骨折法医学鉴定相关问题探讨(附21例分析)

眶壁爆裂性骨折在眼损伤鉴定中占有相当的比重，有关其法医学鉴定相关的问题，在法医临床学方面少见分析报告。本文对21例眶部爆裂性骨折案例进行统计分析，对其致伤方式，眼部X光片与头颅CT及眶部CT片比较，眶壁骨折伴有眼球结构的损伤情况，眶壁骨折部位及复视情况，鼻眼相关损伤等问题分别进行了统计分析；进一步阐述了眶壁爆裂性骨折是一种人体保护机制的理由；提出了眶部爆裂性骨折早期易于漏诊、眶部X光片显示率低易造成眼损伤鉴定失误的临床特征，以及鼻眼相关损伤的问题。同时，提出了作者就此类损伤法医学鉴定的一些建议，以资法医同仁共同探讨。     

益气活血化瘀法干预老年股骨干骨折患者术后高凝状态临床研究

目的 观察益气活血化瘀法对老年股骨干骨折患者术后高凝状态的影响。方法 将60例老年股骨干骨折患者随机分为中药组和西药组各30例,两组均采用闭合穿针髓内钉治疗,中药组术后给予益气活血化瘀法治疗,西药组给予利伐沙班治疗,比较两组干预前后D-二聚体、凝血酶原时间（prothrombin time,PT）,血小板计数（platelet count,PLC）以及患肢周径的变化。结果 两组患者术后凝血指标均较术前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组手术前后凝血指标差值比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组术后均无下肢静脉血栓发生。中药组干预前后患肢周径的变化值大于西药组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 益气活血化瘀法与利伐沙班均能改善股骨干骨折患者术后的高凝状态,预防DVT的发生,但益气活血化瘀法治疗效果优于利伐沙班。     

薄层螺旋CT扫描在肋骨骨折法医学鉴定中的应用分析

目的 明确薄层螺旋CT扫描及其图像后处理功能对肋骨骨折的诊断价值.方法 取2018年在本鉴定所进行肋骨骨折摄片复查的被鉴定人为研究对象,年龄为41～80岁,共计125例,所有对象均在本鉴定所进行薄层螺旋CT扫描,根据现场CT影像学检查进行图像后处理并作出诊断,采用卡方检验对相关数据进行分析.结果 本所复查的案例中,64...     

多层螺旋CT检查在尸体颈椎损伤中的应用

对需要在尸体检验时进行颈椎多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查的情形进行讨论,研究利用MSCT对疑有颈椎损伤的尸体进行颈椎检查的方法,并对一例疑似颈椎损伤尸体的颈椎提取后进行MSCT检查。发现对疑似有颈椎骨折尸体提取颈椎进行MSCT检查,可以快速精确地显示颈椎的细微骨折及骨折的空间分布,从而推断致伤方式。解决了传统尸检中费时费力,容易漏诊和误诊的问题。     

Preventing violence through hip hop: an evolutionary perspective

ABSTRACT

For decades Hip Hop cultural practices have been disparaged for allegedly inciting and being responsible for the eruption of urban violence. This assumption, likely built upon pre-existing biases regarding the street culture and ethnic minorities where Hip Hop emerged, ignored how some of the genre’s main elements – particularly freestyle rap, breakin’ or breakdancing and graffiti tagging – initially served the purpose of providing at-risk youths with real alternatives to direct physical violence in their day-to-day lives, and continue do so today. It has also ignored broader analogies with other cross-cultural and cross-species manifestations of similar practices that have served for millennia as effective mechanisms for reducing the likelihood of potentially lethal violence. By presenting these manifestations – namely song dueling and mark making – in comparative terms with Hip Hop’s freestyle song and dance battles and tagging territorial contests, this article seeks to highlight the relevance and potential of Hip Hop for preventing violence while also suggesting a common evolutionary backdrop within the context of strategies aimed at minimizing intraspecific aggression.

The Self-salvation of Capitalist Society——Giddens' Criticism of Historical Materialism and the Third Way

Giddens fully absorbs the Marx's capitalism critical theory of capital criticism as the core by including Marx in historical framework of late modernity. Based on fracture of modernity, Giddens criticizes historical materialism and develops structural theory of understanding of the developed capitalist society. Thereby, Giddens shows the current status of modernity: pluralistic structure and high risk of society dominated by the forces of globalization. According to the principle, Giddens proposes “the third way” as self-salvation of capitalist society: adhere to the ideals of socialism, beyond the traditional opposition of government and market, making full use of the balance between state and market to build a society of positive welfare. Laying aside political label of “the third way”, the exploration of the balance between government and market is of great practical significance for China to promote the balance between government and market, and to manage the challenge of globalization. However, the position of Postmodernism indicates that Giddens criticism of Marx's historical materialism is a failure undoubtedly.     

用MSCT沿鼻骨斜面多平面重组技术鉴定鼻骨线性骨折

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)沿鼻骨斜面多平面重组(MPR)技术在鼻骨线性骨折法医学鉴定中的应用价值。方法以MSCT轴位平扫和沿鼻骨斜面多平面重组(MPR),对98例头面部外伤患者进行检查。结果 MSCT轴位平扫诊断:鼻骨正常和线性骨折(单侧或双侧)分别为29例和69例,阳性率70.4%。MSCT沿鼻骨斜面多平面重组(MPR)复诊:鼻骨正常的和线性骨折分别为19例和79例,阳性率80.6%。结论采用MSCT沿鼻骨斜面多平面重组技术可发现常规MSCT轴位平扫未能检见的鼻骨线性骨折,对法医学鉴定具有更高的应用价值。

本文基于整体分离技术原理,针对犯罪现场遗留的木材,探讨木材无断口分离痕迹检验的必要性和可行性。利用年轮特征的稳定性和特定性研究木材无断口整体分离检验鉴定技术方法及其程序。为检验鉴定提供客观依据和现实可能,为诉讼提供可靠证据。     

中医辨证治疗围手术期跟骨骨折16例

目的:探讨跟骨骨折围手术期应用中医辨证治疗方法和临床疗效。方法:对16例(18足)跟骨骨折手术病人围手术期采用中医辨证治疗,评价临床疗效。结果:16例进行7~14个月随访,参照踝-后足评分系统,优10足,良7足,可1足。结论:中医辨证治疗围手术期跟骨骨折有较好的效果,应重视围手术期处理,减少皮瓣的感染和坏死的发生。
