东亚区域的生产分工、产品需求结构与贸易模式转型

东亚区域生产分工经历了产业间、产业内和产品内三种分工形式以及雁行和生产网络两种分工模式的演进路径,并且影响着东亚区域内产品需求结构的变化。对外部最终产品市场的严重依赖是东亚区域产品需求结构的主要特征,东亚区域外需主导型的贸易模式亟待转型。中国在东亚贸易模式转型过程中将发挥重要的作用。

从公共政策合法性基础看当前我国贫富差距问题

公共政策合法性存在的基础有二 :一是社会公众对现行政治体系下社会各组成部分的利益分配模式的认同 ;二是社会公众对政治体系中统治者所推崇的主流意识形态的承认。其中第一方面基础是最主要的。当前 ,我国社会收入分配不公 ,贫富差距不断扩大 ,这必然动摇公共政策合法性的基础 ,导致对公共政策合法性的冲击。因此 ,必须采取相应措施 ,缩小贫富差距 ,维护公共政策合法性     

粮食直补制度的缺陷与粮农收入直补法律制度的构建

我国粮食直补制度实施以来作用不大,问题不少,亟须进行制度重构。各种完善该制度的建议虽不无道理,但未解决根本问题。因此,必须对该制度进行转型,从而建立我国的粮农收入直补制度。     

The information infrastructures of 1985 and 2018: The sociotechnical context of computer law & security

This article identifies key features of the sociotechnical contexts of computer law and security at the times of this journal's establishment in 1985, and of its 200th Issue in 2018. The infrastructural elements of devices, communications, data and actuator technologies are considered first. Social actors as individuals, and in groups, communities, societies and polities, together with organisations and economies, are then interleaved with those technical elements. This provides a basis for appreciation of the very different challenges that confront us now in comparison with the early years of post-industrialism.     

急性吗啡染毒大鼠脑内吗啡的形态学观察

用免疫组织化学法对急性吗啡染毒大鼠脑内吗啡的分布进行研究。结果表明，吗啡存在于人脑的前连合、外侧嗅束、海马伞、胼胀体、扣带、穹隆；间脑的丘脑终纹、丘脑网状核、乳头丘脑束；脑干的脑桥横纤维、锥体束、脚间核；小脑髓质和脊髓白质中。注射吗啡10分钟后即可在脑少数部位出现吗啡。本研究为吗啡研究提供了形态学基础，并为吗啡染毒者的诊断提供了一个新的依据。     

论目前我国市场经济下的利益分配问题

目前,我国的社会主义市场经济体制还不完善,现行的利益分配格局还不健全,人们之间的利益冲突和利益矛盾凸显。随着社会主义和谐社会的推进,我国市场经济下的利益分配存在的问题已经具备了解决的可能性和必要性,可以通过发展经济、健全法制和利益分配格局以及加强思想政治教育等途径来解决。     

Why Low-Income Households Become Unstably Housed: Evidence From the Panel Study of Income Dynamics

ABSTRACT

Because of a severe shortage of affordable housing in the United States, an increasing number of low-income households suffer from housing instability. However, little evidence exists as to why they experienced housing instability, although they were stably housed at other times. By applying hybrid models to the Panel Study of Income Dynamics data, this study estimates the effects of potential household-level predictors on the likelihood of experiencing housing instability. The results show that changes in family employment structure, job insecurity, automobile ownership, and the number of adult family members within a household correlate with housing instability after controlling for changes in household income and housing costs. Moreover, I find that households with children are particularly vulnerable to housing instability. These results contribute to identifying valid household-level predictors of housing instability and developing preventive policy interventions that help unsubsidized low-income households achieve housing stability.     

Capability Failure and Group Disparities : Some Evidence from India for the 1980s

This paper advances a particular measure of deprivation - called the Capability Failure Ratio (CFR) - on the dimensions of longevity, knowledge and income, and suggests how an (inequality-) 'adjusted' version of the CFR may be derived. These measurement concerns are explored in the context of relevant State-wise data for the Indian Union. The paper thus makes an attempt to enrich the analysis of human predicament by sensitising 'measures of central tendency' to distributional concerns.
