新生代农民工就业存在的问题及其对策

作为城市化进程中的特殊群体,新生代农民工已经成为我国经济社会建设中的主力军.本文分析了新生代农民工在就业方面遇到的问题,并提出应从建立健全法律法规体系、完善和健全社会保障体系、改革户籍制度、搞好教育培训工作等方面来解决新生代农民工就业问题.

感化教育在押人员是公安监所工作的一项主要任务,是确保监所安全和从事公安监所管理工作的监管民警必须掌握和运用的基础工作。研究＂80后＂在押人员感化教育问题,是做好转型时期监管工作的基础,是提高监管工作质量和深挖犯罪工作科学化的有效途径。     

Forensic analysis of soils using single arbitrarily primed amplification and high throughput sequencing

Soil is a remarkably complex, diverse, ubiquitous, and easily transferred material which can reveal highly useful information to assist forensic investigations. In spite of its potential usefulness, the use of genetic soil analysis appears to be currently underestimated in forensic practice. Herein we report on the use of single arbitrarily primed amplification followed by high throughput sequencing of DNA fragments for the comparison of soil samples. The composition and functional attributes of soil microbial communities from three different locations were compared and shown to be different based on the metagenomic sequencing data obtained.     

Knowledge generation,political action and African development: A polycentric approach

ABSTRACT

Knowledge generated to meet societal needs is the bedrock of development. Africa's development crisis is marked by the persistent gap between the application of intellectual rigours and political action. Despite abundant development potential (human and natural resources, and scientific knowledge), coupled with reform declarations and commitments by African leaders over the past four decades, development remains illusory. This article examines the relationship between key development players (African public officials and African scholars), and how generated knowledge is applied to respond to the needs of African citizens. Using the Institutional Analysis and Development (IAD) framework (otherwise known as new institutionalism) this article examines weaknesses in the interaction of knowledge, political action and development, while at a local level African citizens, through shared strategies and problem-solving interdependency, are effectively transforming indigenous knowledge inherited from their parents to confront daily challenges. The article suggests ways of bridging the gap between development players by proposing an African Development Institutional Mechanism (ADIM) aimed at enabling key development players to operate in synergy.     

从代际更替的角度看潜在的新生代浙商培育

浙商转型与浙商的代际更替紧密联系,老一代浙商创业者将在今后的一二十年时间内完全退出历史舞台,文章提出接替他们的新浙商群体的主体部分不是“富二代”,而是崛起中的草根创业者。潜在的新生代浙商群体具有明显的“代特征”,即生活条件优越化,人力资本知识化,自我定位主流化。与老一代浙商相比,潜在的新生代浙商成长环境发生了巨大的变迁,在物质环境方面发生了从“山多地少”、“条件恶劣”到“衣食无忧”、“分层明显”的变化;知识环境方面发生了从“农民出身”、“艺工起家”到“读书学习”、“知识经济”的变化;群体意识环境方面发生了从“边缘生存”、“模仿创新”到“融入主流”、“网络时代”的变化。潜在的新生代浙商培育需要在变化的环境中因势利导。     

二代测序技术在法医遗传学中的应用研究进展(2011～2016)

对生物检材进行DNA分型是解决法医遗传学实践中个体识别和亲权鉴定问题的重要步骤,法医学实践中复杂生物检材和复杂亲缘关系鉴定等一直是现有的检测分析技术的难点和挑战。随着DNA技术的发展,新的检测分析技术不断引入到法医遗传学领域,以期提高检测效能。二代测序技术具有测序通量高、成本低等特点,能够获得样本DNA详细序列和相对含量等信息,有助于生物检材的检测和案件的分析。二代测序技术在法医遗传学领域的应用受到广泛关注,相关的应用研究逐渐增多。本文就目前法医遗传学领域借助二代测序技术对遗传标记分析的研究进展进行总结,希望能为相关研究和应用提供参考。     

代际公正的制度伦理建构

代际公正的实现以有效的社会制度为依赖条件。制度伦理设计与制度伦理实施是保障代际公正实现的两个必不可少的方面。制度伦理设计以代际关系的可持续发展为重要目标,以对弱势群体的伦理关怀为突破口。公正是制度伦理实施的根本要求,它包含普适原则与忠实原则。     

Routine forensic use of the mitochondrial 12S ribosomal RNA gene for species identification

Since July 2004, Mitotyping Technologies has been amplifying and sequencing a approximately 150 base pair fragment of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) that codes for 12S ribosomal RNA, to identify the species origin of nonhuman casework samples. The approximately 100 base pair sequence product is searched at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/BLAST and the species match is reported. The use of this assay has halved the number of samples for which no mtDNA results are obtained and is especially useful on hairs and degraded samples. The availability of species determination may aid forensic investigators in opening or closing off lines of inquiry where a highly probative but challenging sample has been collected.     

新生代农民工身份认同困境分析

新生代民工身份认同的困境主要包括身份分类的矛盾和未来归属的矛盾两个方面。新生代农民工产生身份认同困境主要存在个人身份建构与社会建构之间的矛盾。社会距离是导致其自我认同困境的直接原因,相对剥夺感是导致自我认同困境的重要原因,追求生存目标与现有体制之间的矛盾是导致身份认同困境的根本原因。要解决新生代农民工的身份认同的困境问题,必须从内部条件、外部环境和政策建构等多个层面着手。     

基于冲突理论的“80后”群体内潜在冲突研究

伴随着改革开放成长起来的“80后”农民工和“80后”大学生作为我国新生代群体的代表,经过二十多年的成长,已经或正在成为中国社会的生力军。然而,面对城市就业、教育、社会保障等稀缺资源,新生代群体内必将为争夺较好职业、获得向上流动的条件而展开激烈的竞争,甚至是冲突。借鉴西方社会冲突理论的研究成果,及早正视这一潜在冲突并采取措施,是有效化解冲突、维护我国长久稳定发展的必要手段,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的应有之义。
