试探构建和谐网络生态的基本原则

虚拟网络社会与现实社会交融共存,共同构成人类基本的生存环境。虚拟社会毕竟不同于现实社会,引发了一系列的网络社会的问题。要建立和谐良好的网络生态环境,就必须遵循一些基本的网络交往原则。     

Studying the New Communication of Politics

A research agenda set forth in the 1975 book Political Communication is well suited for study in an era when conventional mass communication gives way to less centralized channels. Features of this approach include a focus on behavior and cognitions rather than inferred attitudes, close attention to measurement of media experience, conceptualization of curvilinear processes that occur over time, comparative theorizing that can be tested across different national systems, and reconceptualization of communication as a process defined more by its functions than whether it occurs via mass media or interpersonal channels.     

法治视野下的公安行政程序问题研究

我国公安机关办理治安案件存在的问题大多集中在程序上,重实体,轻程序的执法习惯在法治呼声高涨的社会中很容易制造社会矛盾。关注和研究公安行政执法程序问题,解析公安行政执法程序执行上的困难,从加强行政执法程序性训练,完善法律规制以及发挥调解、听证等程序的法律价值等几方面着手,积极回应社会对公安行政执法的程序法治要求。     

技术与社会的互构——以信息通讯技术在商村社会的应用为例

技术与社会的关系是一个重要命题。本文以产业和社会结构发生剧烈变化的商业农村为个案,探讨技术与社会的关系,研究发现固定电话与手机的应用深刻地影响了商村的经济生产,它们在应用中的悖论现象则表明技术亦受社会的型塑:当熟人社会瓦解,信任机制发生改变时,固定电话因其完备的管理制度被使用者赋予隐秘的社会内涵;商村产业特征及经营策略压缩了经营者的私人空间和时间,致其将手机定位于商业信息传递的工具;漂泊的打工者在封闭的空间中更加渴求交流,因而在手机使用上表现出更强烈的情感倾向。此外,本文还想强调是使用者发挥了主体性,穿梭于信息技术产品与社会结构之间,赋予信息技术产品以生动的社会内涵,从而形成了具有地方社会特色的技术应用情况。     

Is linking communicating?

File-sharing sites such as the Pirate Bay which provide an index of searchable bit torrent files or some type of list or catalogue of links to massively copyright infringing content (whether for streaming or downloading) have raised the question whether the providers of these links are infringing the “communication to the public” right. In these cases there are two potential infringers 1) the person who has uploaded the work without the authorisation of the copyright owner (and the uploading is likely to infringe the reproduction right) and 2) the person who sets the link to the uploaded work. This article is concerned with the liability of the person setting the link.     

新刑诉法中监听措施若干问题的完善——以我国台湾地区相关立法为参考

2012年《刑事诉讼法》的修正将监听措施纳入了刑事诉讼法的规制,是促使侦查程序法治化的一个重要标志。但不可否认的是相关规定仍然存在不完善、不科学之处。我国台湾地区的通讯监察制度经2007年修改后进一步得到完善,鉴于两岸的文化意识和法律传统有诸多相似之处,其在案件范围、适用对象、审批程序、监听通知、非法证据排除等方面,对我国大陆监听制度的完善具有重要的借鉴意义。

本文从推动海峡两岸文化教育交流合作,促进祖国和平发展和平统一出发,阐述了高校民主党派基层组织成员在促进两岸文化教育交流合作中的责任、能力和作用,提出了高校民主党派基层组织应当尽快将资源优势转化成工作优势,把隐性优势转化成现实优势,把优势转化成工作动力的倡议。     

当代中西文化交流的新内容

党的十一届三中全会之后,我国实行了改革开放政策,同时全球化的浪潮席卷了全世界。主动开放的内部因素和全球化的外部压力,促使当代中西文化交流呈现出新的内容,主要表现为:中西政治机制上的借鉴创新、经济活动的跨国经营管理、中西文化艺术交流和日常生活中的中西文化交流——语言、互联网络、洋快餐、跨国婚姻等的多重变奏。     

Towards contextualising stakeholder relationship indicators for corporate–community relationships

Abstract

In circumstances that are substantially different from the norm, new ways of thinking about those alternative contexts are necessary. In the context of corporate governance and corporate social investment (CSI) the relationship between corporate donors and community organisations is regarded as important, but the indicators used to describe this relationship need revisiting. The argument in this article is that context-specific indicators are needed to bring the true nature of the corporate–community relationship to the fore. In addition, a suggestion is made that such indicators be both rigorous and relevant in describing the relationship. In an interpretative, qualitative exploration of data from individual interviews it was revealed that well-known relationship indicators were inadequate to describe the relationship between corporate donors and community organisations accurately. The article could serve as the first step in reviewing stakeholder relationship indicators from organisational communication research and adapting these indicators to a specific context.
