亲子鉴定中STR基因座的基因突变分析

目的探讨Identifiler^TM荧光标记复合扩增试剂盒15个STR基因座在亲子鉴定中的基因突变特点。方法应用Identifiler^TM荧光标记复合扩增试剂盒检测676例亲子鉴定案，对其中1～2个突变基因座加做HLA等位基因检测或Y—STR基因座检测。结果在认定亲子关系的676例中，观察1304次减数分裂，Identifiler^TM荧光标记复合扩增试剂盒中的15个基因座确定19例突变，其中D18S51基因座4例，D2S1338基因座3例，D8S1179、D16S539、vWA、D7S820、D13S317基因座各2例，D5S818和TH01基因座各1例，D21S11、FGA、D3S1358、D19S433、TPOX、CSF1P0基因座未见突变；一步突变的17例，二步突变的为1例，四步突变的1例；1个基因座发生突变的18例，2个基因座同时发生基因突变的为1例；突变来自父亲与来自母亲的比例为13：2，4例来源不能确定。结论用Identifiler^TM荧光标记复合扩增试剂盒检测到1—2个基因座发生突变，须增加对其它遗传标记的检测。     

The Effects of Dextromethorphan on Driving Performance and the Standardized Field Sobriety Test

Dextromethorphan (DXM) is abused most commonly among adolescents as a recreational drug to generate a dissociative experience. The objective of the study was to assess driving with and without DXM ingestion. The effects of one‐time maximum daily doses of DXM 120 mg versus a guaifenesin 400 mg dose were compared among 40 healthy subjects using a crossover design. Subjects’ ability to drive was assessed by their performance in a driving simulator (STISIM^® Drive driving simulator software) and by conducting a standardized field sobriety test (SFST) administered 1‐h postdrug administration. The one‐time dose of DXM 120 mg did not demonstrate driving impairment on the STISIM^® Drive driving simulator or increase SFST failures compared to guaifenesin 400 mg. Doses greater than the currently recommended maximum daily dose of 120 mg are necessary to perturb driving behavior.

大蒜素对卵巢癌细胞株HO8910生长的抑制作用

目的：观察大蒜素对卵巢癌细胞株HO8910的抑制作用。方法;用不同时间不同剂量大蒜素作用于HO8910,通过肿瘤细胞药敏试验。观察肿瘤细胞存活率,并通过透射电镜观察一定剂量的大蒜素作用于HO8910一定时间后,肿瘤细胞形态的改变。结果：50-100μg/ml大蒜素可显抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。且在作用2h时即出现显的抑制,随着作用时间的延长,抑制作用愈明显,72h害到高峰,透射电镜结果显示：50μg/ml的大蒜素作用HO891024h。细胞肿胀。细胞膜破碎,胞浆脱落。细胞核裸露;小剂量（25μg/ml)则HO8910呈现细胞凋亡样改变;细胞胞浆呈空泡,染色质边集,核仁固缩,胞质呈片状脱落。结论：大蒜素可显抑制HO8910的生长,且有明显的时间及剂量效应,大剂量的大蒜素对HO8910细胞呈直接杀伤作用。而小剂量则诱导细胞凋亡。     

To P or not to P? The Usefulness of P‐values in Quantitative Political Science Research

This contribution gives a short overview over the mechanics of significance testing in inferential statistics, in particular linear models, and tries to put the discussion about the usefulness of p‐values into a broader perspective of scientific practise. This discussion needs to be embedded into the larger debate about the credibility crises faced by empirical social science research. In particular, it seems of utmost importance to discuss what the profession as a whole, journals, publishers, as well as editors can do to encourage better research practise that generates reliable and useful empirical findings.

知识军事的悄然兴起,对军事人才的素质提出了新的、更高的要求.为此,应该完善包括社会化评估、要素权重取向和为其提供支持的分类体系在内的,适应知识军事需求的人才测评体系.并在此基础之上,建立军事人才选拔的创新机制,其中包含科学确定选才主体、扩展与延伸遴选范围和健全人才选拔法规体系三个部分.     

Implicit attitudes toward violence and their relation to psychopathy,aggression, and socially adaptive behaviors in forensic psychiatric inpatients

In order to investigate the relation between implicit attitudes toward violence and different aspects of violent and social behavior in Dutch forensic psychiatric inpatients, an implicit association test was related to measures of psychopathy, aggression, and socially adaptive behaviors. Results indicated that all patients had negative implicit attitudes toward violence. Although implicit attitudes toward violence were unrelated to several self-report measures of aggression, there was a significant positive relation between these attitudes and the antisocial facet of psychopathy. Furthermore, it was found that implicit attitudes toward violence were significantly negatively associated with coping behaviors and the level of moral awareness, indicating that patients with more negative implicit attitudes toward violence more often reported these behaviors, which can be assumed to inhibit aggression. As the present study was only correlational in nature, our findings need to be further explored in prospective research.     

单克隆抗体酶联免疫吸附抑制试验测定G2m(n)因子及成都地区汉族频率调查

作者应用单克隆抗体,首次建立了检测人类免疫球蛋白同种异型 G2m(n)因子的酶联免疫吸附抑制试验。并调查了成都地区汉族群体 G2m(n)因子的频率。在被调查的517份血清中,G2m(n)因子阳性率为79.69%。由此计算出 G2m(n)基因频率为0.5493,方差为0.0004。     

对锯痕中锯路波反映锯齿特点的研究

为了充分利用现场遗留的锯路波痕迹,推断作案用锯的种类,笔者用木锯制作了大量带有锯路波的锯痕,并对实验样本进行分析测量,采用统计学中二独立样本的t检验方法对断面形态与锯齿组合的关系进行分析,找出了锯路波波纹方向与进锯方向夹角和锯齿角度的关系、进锯方向上的波距与同侧齿距的关系,为工具痕迹的锯痕检验提供参考。
