ROMANTIC PARTNERS' INFLUENCE ON MEN'S LIKELIHOOD OF ARREST IN EARLY ADULTHOOD*

Female romantic partners' influence on official crime occurrence for men across a 12‐year period in early adulthood was examined within a comprehensive dynamic prediction model, including both social learning and social control predictors. We hypothesized that relationship stability, rather than attachment to partner, would be associated with reduced likelihood of crime, whereas women's antisocial behavior would be a risk factor, along with deviant peer association. Models were tested on a sample of at‐risk men [the Oregon Youth Study (OYS)] using zero‐inflated Poisson (ZIP) modeling predicting 1) arrest persistence (class and count) and 2) arrest onset class. The findings indicated that women's antisocial behavior was predictive of both onset and persistence of arrests for men and that deviant peer association was predictive of persistence. Relationship stability was protective against persistence.

企业会计文化以企业为载体,是企业文化的重要组成部分。本次调查旨在对我国企业会计文化建设的影响因素分析有真实、全面和实时的认识。根据调查结果,超过八成的被调查人群对我国目前企业会计文化建设持不乐观态度。企业领导对会计的重视程度、会计人员素质的高低、会计管理制度是否健全以及整体管理水平的高低等内部环境因素对规范会计管理、完善会计组织、提高会计管理水平起着较为重要的作用。会计的外部环境因素主要包括经济因素、政治因素、法律因素、文化教育因素和科学技术因素等。

Social Influence and the Power of Minorities: An Analysis of the <Emphasis Type="Italic">Communist Manifesto</Emphasis>

In this paper, we investigate the strategies that a minority uses to exert direct influence toward social change through the qualitative analysis of a document that has prompted people toward collective action and change, namely the Communist Manifesto. To inform and guide the qualitative analysis, a social psychological model of social influence was used (G. Mugny, The Power of Minorities, Academic Press, London, 1982). According to this model, in order for minorities to exert influence it is important to target those in the majority that, although perhaps numerous, are powerless. The minority needs to create and maintain an antagonism with the powerful majority while, simultaneously, it needs to boost the identity of the powerless majority and to invent itself as the group that can guide them to overthrow the powerful. The analysis suggests that the minority follows three strategies: (a) The declaration of a world vision suggesting a system of categorization that objectifies power relations and creates different targets for influence and for conflict; (b) The construction of the minoritys identity as a particular group that is part but prototypical of the target of influence–the population; (c) The creation and maintenance of relations of antagonism with that part of the majority that holds the power. This enables the minority to avoid being portrayed as deviants, enables them to stand as equals to the majority, and creates the impression that the minority has the potential to overthrow the powerful majority from its position.

目前高校贫困生所出现的群体性的心理问题,严重影响了贫困生的身心发展和学业进步,也影响了高等教育的整体效果。文章认为应对贫困生进行有效的世界观、人生观、价值观的教育,建立疏导机制、激励机制,通过进行心理调适等方式,鼓励贫困生超越自我,帮助贫困生战胜心理障碍。     

丽江古城纳西和汉文化的相互影响与整合

自明代以来, 一批又一批的汉族移民定居古城, 陆续接受了纳西人的语言、服饰及生活习俗, 同时也将内地儒家文化、佛教文化、道教文化带入了纳西古城。在历史的进程中,藏、白等民族也有不少人定居古城, 与纳西人通婚。多民族多元文化的和谐共存、互补, 使这座古城不断焕发出勃勃生机与活力, 成为一个突出体现了中华各个民族“你中有我, 我中有你”的多元一体文化格局的典型社区。
