西方国际关系研究的新课题、新视角

扫描西方国际关系研究领域最近10年的进展,从10个方面归纳了新的研究课题与探索方向,对各个分支学科及流派融合贯通、相互借鉴的大趋势做了分析。它从国际关系学这个特殊的侧面,揭示了全球化时代对国际问题研究的强烈冲击和再造。     

透视日本小泉首相的第2次访朝

日本首相小泉闪电般地进行第 2次访朝 ,虽然有“内病外治”的作秀成分 ,未必会有助于其国内困境的解决 ,但是在打破朝日关系僵局、解决长期困扰双方的“绑架问题”方面 ,还是取得了积极的成果。同时 ,在重新确认《朝日平壤宣言》精神、重开朝日邦交正常化谈判方面 ,也并非乏善可陈。     

物权公示原则的多重视角

物权变动的公示问题是物权法的一个重要问题和重要制度,各国对此采取了不同的立法例,学界也多有争议。本文认为,物权公示作为一项原则,我们对其理解和把握,不能仅仅停留在直接效力层面,它还具有安全功能、伦理基础和证据意义,并且在物权法中居于基础地位。是一项有着深厚制度底蕴和法律技术支撑的重要原则。     

试论社会转型及现代化治安秩序的重建

我国的社会转型和体制转轨必然导致社会失序。若要重建社会秩序,必须首先建立良好的社会治安秩序。在深化改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的条件下,一些传统的社会治安控制手段表现出明显的滞后性,原有的运行机制和管理体制也难以适应新的需要。因此,要从根本上实现社会治安面貌的明显好转,必须趋利避害,重构中国特色的社会治安管理长效机制。     

Frayed Connections,Fraught Projections: The Troubling Work of Shirin Neshat

Moore discusses the work of visual artist Shirin Neshat exhibited at the Serpentine Gallery, London, from July to September 2000, which comprised the photographic series Women of Allah and the video installation trilogy Turbulent, Rapture and Fervor . Her emphasis is on the way in which Neshat's work addresses the critical issues of positioning, representation and cross-cultural reception. The exhibition was marketed as referring to 'the social, cultural, and religious codes of Muslim societies in general, and Iranian society in particular'. Moore argues, however, that the images tend to project a departicularized cultural context that encourages a neo-orientalist interpretation. She first analyses Women of Allah in terms of symbolic projections of womanhood during the Islamic revolution in Iran and in light of post-revolutionary gendered realities. A critique is also mounted of Neshat'snostalgic self-investment in the revolutionary scene. In a discussion of the later video trilogy, Moore disentangles gendered and cross-cultural binaries in order to theorize the space between the dual screens. Her conclusion is that this intermediate space figures the ambivalence of a displaced cultural perspective. As such, it forces a spectatorial enactment of the frayed or troubled connections that the artist makes between two cultural locales.     

多维视角下的心理契约解读

心理契约是当代管理学与管理哲学所关注的一个重大主题,本质上是一种情感契约,是指组织与个体彼此间对于对方所抱有的一系列微妙、含蓄的心理期望,而这种心理期望则随着环境的流变处于不断的波动状态中。基于系统论对心理契约的概念进行解读,其实质是把心理契约如实地看作是一个动态的系统,而不是心理现象的简单堆积。     

韩国20世纪90年代成长小说特征研究——以《鸟的礼物》和《洪鱼》为中心

本文选取20世纪90年代韩国最具代表性的成长小说作品《鸟的礼物》和《洪鱼》,以成长小说中的儿童视角、成长母题、成长方式等角度进行文本分析,试推出90年代韩国成长小说的共同特征。     

水利·国家·农村——以水利社会史为视角加强对传统社会国家社会关系的研究

本文较为系统地阐述了农村政治与国家政治的关系,对目前学界对于传统国家水利治理和水利社会的研究做了较完整回顾,并且在此基础上提出从水利社会史角度截取典型地区对传统国家社会关系进行研究和探讨的可行性分析.     

Power Preponderance and Domestic Politics: Explaining Regional Economic Integration in Latin America and the Caribbean, 1960-1997

As the global economy expands, there is an increasing opportunity for trade between diverse regime types. Simultaneously, human rights have become an increasingly important issue as regimes are faced with greater pressure to adopt democratic policies. As a result, it is common for contemporary western political rhetoric to advocate the use of trade policies in an attempt to deter human rights violations. Within the political science literature, the liberal position asserts that increased trade will lead to improved human rights practices. Critics of this view, on the other hand, argue that trade policies do not alter a regime's treatment of its citizens. The extent to which the level of trade in a country affects human rights remains a point of contention. This paper sets out to empirically test the liberal perspective regarding the effect of trade on human rights practices. A pooled cross-sectional time series analysis is utilized to investigate the effects of trade on human rights. We examine developing countries from 1976 to 1996. We find support for the liberal position, specifically that trade is negatively related to human rights violations.     

从微观视角解析职工互助保障

近年来,职工互助保障在各级工会的大力支持下得到长足发展。其以低成本、低风险,自愿参加、不以盈利为目的的特点,受到越来越多的职工群众的关注和欢迎。职工互助保障与社会保险、商业保险既有相通之处,又存在巨大差异,是我国综合社会保障体系的重要一环。通过从微观视角细致分析某个单位或单个职工群众个体在参加职工互助保障后所带来的变化,有效推动最终达到职工互助保障增强职工保证功能、覆盖全社会职工保障网络体系的目标。
