尿液、血液中γ-羟丁酸的气质联用法分析

目的为尿液、血液中γ-羟丁酸(gamma-hydroxybutyricacid,GHB),γ-羟丁酸内酯(gamma-butyrolactone,GBL)和1,4-丁二醇(1,4-butanediol,1,4-BD)的鉴定提供方法和依据。方法100μl尿液或血液以GHBd6为内标,经乙酸乙酯提取、BSTFA衍生化后,用GC／MS法分析。结果测尿液中内源性GHB的线性范围是20-800ng／ml,R2=0.9995,最低检出限为10ng／ml(S／N≥3);测尿液、血液中外源性GHB的线性范围为5-60μg／ml,R2分别为0.9999和0.9928。相对回收率为99％-104％。以所建方法测定了健康志愿者尿液中内源性GHB含量,并考察了健康受试者外源性GHB的代谢情况。结论所建方法准确、便捷、省时、选择性好,适用于法医毒物学鉴定。     

利用AP-PCR对柔嫩艾美球虫不同地理株及其杂交株多态性的研究

用随机引物PCR(AP PCR)技术对鸡柔嫩艾美球虫(Eimeria tenella)黑龙江株(H)、山东株(S)及黑龙江株与山东株的杂交株(F1)进行了研究,同时对 2 个不同地理株的子代株与亲代株和F1 株的亲缘关系进行了分析。结果,鸡柔嫩艾美球虫不同地理株之间以及同一地理株的亲代与子代之间存在DNA多态性;并且不同地理株间的种内变异程度较大(Si=0.642 3~0.637 0);同一地理株亲代与子代之间的亲缘关系也稍有改变,但其变异程度不大(Si=0.983 0~0.981 1)。对F1 株的AP PCR分析发现,F1 株与H株、S株的相似值分别为0.692 9、0.682 5,介于H株与S株相似值和传代株间的相似值之间。结果表明,F 株既具有两亲本株的遗传性状,又发生了变异。     

Polymorphism of eight X-chromosomal STRs in a Japanese population

Eight X-chromosomal short tandem repeat (X-STR) markers were analyzed in 258 unrelated Japanese (144 males and 114 females) using Mentype^® Argus X-8 PCR Amplification Kit (Biotype AG) which contains DXS7132, DXS7423, DXS8378, DXS10074, DXS10101, DXS10134, DXS10135 and HPRTB. The DXS10135 locus proved to be highly polymorphic marker (PIC: 0.945) and the DXS7423 showed the lowest value (PIC: 0.453). The exact test for genotype distribution showed no significant deviation from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.

Zur Parteistellung des WE-Verwalters im wohnrechtlichen Au?erstreitverfahren nach § 52 Abs 2 Z 1, letzter Halbsatz, WEG 2002 idF WRN 2006.     

云南大麻DNA的提取及检测初步研究

目的探讨云南大麻DNA的提取及检测方法。方法运用改进的SDS微量法提取大麻总DNA,对所得DNA进行PCR检测。结果用所筛选到的大麻引物检测了云南大麻的DNA遗传标记特征,图谱清晰,结果稳定。结论本方法能有效提取并检测大麻DNA,为实现大麻的品种鉴定、遗传多态性研究及来源追踪提供有价值的科学依据。     

资源开发型投资的体制困境与破解之策

在生态环境内生性的条件下，资源开发型投资必然陷入投资生态恶化的怪圈，经济增长目标会因社会成本的无法约束、呈现发散而落空，因此，摈弃GDP的单边规则，以非盈利、多元化的价值观为主导，建立以维护生态环境和文化遗产保护为目标的新型社会经济框架，实现人文和生态环境的弹性恢复，形成以产权为核心，独立的民间组织（NGO）与政府机构相互协调的投资决策机制，是实现这一战略的宗旨。     

The effectiveness of NGO self‐regulation: theory and evidence from Africa

Non‐governmental organizations (NGOs) play an increasingly important role in public service provision and policy making in sub‐Saharan Africa, stimulating demand for new forms of regulatory oversight. In response, a number of initiatives in NGO self‐regulation have emerged. Using cross‐national data on 20 African countries, the article shows that self‐regulation in Africa falls into three types: national‐level guilds, NGO‐led clubs and voluntary codes of conduct. Each displays significant weaknesses from a regulatory policy perspective. National guilds have a broad scope, but require high administrative oversight capacity on the part of NGOs. Voluntary clubs have stronger standards but typically have much weaker coverage. Voluntary codes are the most common form of self‐regulation, but have the weakest regulatory strength. This article argues that the weakness of current attempts to improve the accountability and regulatory environment of NGOs stems in part from a mismatch between the goals of regulation and the institutional incentives embedded in the structure of most self‐regulatory regimes. The article uses the logic of collective action to illustrate the nature of this mismatch and the tradeoffs between the potential breadth and strength of various forms of NGO self‐regulation using three detailed case studies. 趋势面拟合在机场噪声监测评价中的应用

机场周围飞机噪声的噪声级LWECPN数据来自网格布点监测,这些数据可视为连续曲面上的离散点。寻求利用有限的监测数据,拟合机场周围飞机噪声影响区域内噪声级的曲面分布,根据噪声级精确度允许误差的要求,采用统计检验的方法,确定拟合函数模型的精确度,从而得到机场周围飞机噪声的噪声级等值线分布图。     

死后不同时间大鼠心肌膈肌β肌动蛋白mRNA的检测

目的探讨死后不同时间心肌和膈肌β肌动蛋白mRNA(β-actin mRNA)的降解变化。方法大鼠断颈处死后置于21℃的温度控制系统,采用RT-PCR技术检测大鼠心肌和膈肌组织-βactin mRNA在死后即刻至12d的变化,并对电泳图像进行半定量分析。结果在死后即刻,以及保存2,4,6,8,10,12d的大鼠心肌组织样本中均可检测到β-actin mRNA,而膈肌组织仅在死后即刻和保存2,4,6d的样本中检测到-βactin mRNA;-βactin mRNA的扩增产物在死后12d内呈下降趋势。结论RT-PCR技术检测大鼠心肌和膈肌组织中的β-actin mRNA,其在死后12d内的降解呈现一定规律。
