国际体系转型与中国国际话语权提升战略

中国在国际体系转型的大背景下,提升国际话语权显得非常必要。中国经过改革开放30多年的发展,国家强劲崛起为国际话语权的提升提供了条件。中国可以从“中国特色”范式的形成、中国理论水平的提高、外交政策的调整及国际传播能力的增强等四个方面入手,提高自身的话语权。     

中美双边投资协定对中国经济的影响——基于美国双边投资协定范本(2004)的分析

中美双边投资协定将是2010年在北京进行的、两国第二轮战略与经济对话的主要关注点之一。通过分析比较中美双边投资协定可能给中国带来的收益与冲击,本文认为,如果在美国双边投资协定范本(2004)基础上达成该协定,不仅难以达到促进中美间直接投资和证券投资增长的目的,而且会使中国在外资准入限制与资金跨境流动管理方面面临巨大的风险。     

Decomposing the Vote: Individual,Communal, and Cantonal Sources of Voting Behavior in Switzerland

This article considers individual, communal, and cantonal sources of voting behavior in the 2007 National Council elections in Switzerland. Using hierarchical linear models, it is shown how the vote propensity for the five main parties (CVP, FDP, Greens, SP, and SVP) varies across individuals, communes, and cantons. Key explanatory factors at each of these levels are explored, as well as cross‐party differences in the effects of these factors.     

文化透镜下的畲族历史

本文从文化视角阐析了畲族历史上在经济、政治、文化等方面的边缘化地位,旨在梳理制约畲族经济转型的历史传统和文化根源,以期实现畲族文化与经济的互动。     

人民币汇率与国际石油价格协整分析

自我国汇率制度改革实施以来,人民币汇率的走势受到国内外的广泛关注,而同一时期的另一热点问题是国际石油价格的剧烈波动.从理论角度分析,这两个经济变量并不是相互独立的,国际石油价格对人民币汇率的影响主要是通过国际收支渠道和国内经济渠道,国际石油价格变动将引起人民币汇率反方向变动;而人民币汇率对国际石油价格的影响主要是通过国际石油贸易途径,但影响并不显著.运用ECM模型对人民币汇率和国际石油价格数据进行实证分析,得到两者之间的一个长期均衡关系,而通过因果关系检验,证明人民币汇率和国际石油价格之间存在的是单向因果关系,国际石油价格变动将引起人民币汇率的同方向变动,与理论分析结论相反;而人民币汇率对国际石油价格的影响不显著,与理论分析结论一致.     

溢出—交叉视角下工作能量对双职工夫妻家庭关系能量的影响研究

为了揭示工作能量对家庭关系能量的影响及过程机制,本研究从夫妻二元体角度构建了一个溢出—交叉模型。研究运用结构方程模型对98对双职工夫妻的配对数据进行分析,结果表明：（1）工作能量与员工自身家庭关系能量正相关;（2）丈夫工作—家庭冲突完全中介丈夫工作能量对家庭关系能量的影响,而妻子工作—家庭冲突部分中介妻子工作能量对家庭关系能量的影响;（3）夫妻之间的家庭关系能量存在对称的直接交叉效应;（4）丈夫的工作能量水平能够直接影响妻子的家庭关系能量;而妻子的工作能量只能通过提升自身家庭关系能量的方式进而影响丈夫的家庭关系能量。本研究能够帮助双职工夫妻缓解工作—家庭冲突带来的压力,营造良好的家庭互动环境。     

How you can tell if the simulations in computational criminology are any good

Computational criminology applies computer simulations to study topics of interest for criminologists. Just as for all computer modelling in science, the validity of the simulations ultimately depends on whether they are able to reproduce empirical phenomena with sufficient accuracy. The only way in which this can be determined is by comparing model output to real observations. This paper provides an overview of how such model evaluations can be undertaken.

Modeling the Deviant Y in Criminology: An Examination of the Assumptions of Censored Normal Regression and Potential Alternatives

Many dependent variables of criminological interest have censored distributions. Investigations that use such variables increasingly have turned to the Tobit model, a censored regression technique that is specified based on a latent dependent variable. When used under suitable circumstances, this model provides appropriate estimates. This paper discusses key assumptions of the Tobit model. It then highlights the risk of violating these assumptions and reviews alternative flexible parametric and semiparametric modeling techniques, currently used sparingly in criminology, which researchers may find helpful when assumptions regarding the error terms are untenable. By using an empirical example focused on sentencing outcomes and comparing estimates across analytic methods, this study illustrates the potential utility of simultaneously estimating the Tobit model along with some alternatives.

开展实战模拟教学的思考

实战模拟教学,是指学生在实战模拟中完成相关教学任务,以提高自身分析及解决问题的综合能力的重要教学方式。在公安教育大改革背景下,此教学模式的实际问题亟待认真思考和解决,教学模块式的教管法亟待研究推广和拓展。

科学、客观地评价危机管理的优劣度,是当前政府管理面临的一个新课题,本文对危机防范策略建立相应的数学模型,通过计算每一个策略的合格度对其进行量化,比较其优劣。
