彩色背景客体上手印的显现方法

目的利用真空金属镀膜法和＂502＂胶熏显法之间的空间互补性原理,考察显现杂色背景客体表面潜手印过程中遇到的杂色背景干扰问题。方法对杂色背景客体表面的同一枚手印分别采用紫外照相、＂502＂胶熏显、真空镀膜方法处理,比较去除背景干扰能力。结果采用＂502＂胶熏显,真空金属镀膜后期增强处理,能够使指纹纹线清晰连贯,并能有效消除背景杂色干扰。结论该方法可有效消除背景杂色干扰,清晰显现有彩色背景的易拉罐、照片纸等客体上的指纹。     

真空镀膜中膜系选择对潜手印显现的影响

目的探究在真空镀膜中不同镀膜材料能否显现出潜手印并比较不同镀膜金属显现手印的效果。方法使用不同的镀膜金属显现多种类型客体表面的潜手印。结果存在可替换镀膜材料。结论可替换镀膜金属对潜手印显现的效果良好,纹线清晰连贯,背景反差大,并对特定客体上的手印显现极具优势。     

Can the RUVIS Reflected UV Imaging System Visualize Fingerprint Corrosion on Brass Cartridge Casings Postfiring?

Comparisons are made between the visualization of fingerprint corrosion ridge detail on fired brass cartridge casings, where fingerprint sweat was deposited prefiring, using both ultraviolet (UV) and visible (natural daylight) light sources. A reflected ultraviolet imaging system (RUVIS), normally used for visualizing latent fingerprint sweat deposits, is compared with optical interference and digital color mapping of visible light, the latter using apparatus constructed to easily enable selection of the optimum viewing angle. Results show that reflected UV, with a monochromatic UV source of 254 nm, was unable to visualize fingerprint ridge detail on any of 12 casings analyzed, whereas optical interference and digital color mapping using natural daylight yielded ridge detail on three casings. Reasons for the lack of success with RUVIS are discussed in terms of the variation in thickness of the thin film of metal oxide corrosion and absorption wavelengths for the corrosion products of brass.     

A review of recent advances in impurity profiling of illicit MDMA samples

Profiling illicit ecstasy tablets has the potential to become an invaluable tool in the crackdown on drug trafficking, but that potential has yet to be fully realized. The impurity profile of an ecstasy tablet can be used to determine the method employed to synthesize the actual controlled substance, which in most cases, is 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA). Tablets can then be linked to a common synthetic route, potentially to a common manufacturer, and possibly even to a common manufacturing batch, based on the impurities present. Current methods for profiling MDMA tablets typically involve extracting the organic impurities for analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The potential of profiling the trace metals present in tablets has begun to be investigated while more robust statistical and chemometric procedures are being applied to compare and link tablets. This article reviews the recent advances in MDMA impurity profiling from 2002 up to the end of 2006.     

Enhanced Visualization of Latent Fingermarks on Rough Aluminum Surfaces Using Sequential Au and Zn/ZnS/ZnO Depositions

Detection and visualization of fingermarks on rough and diffuse surfaces is a relatively challenging task. We succeeded in developing latent fingermarks on scratched and rough aluminum surfaces by sequential deposition of a thin layer of gold followed by one of zinc or zinc‐based compounds on the fingermarks. The best image enhancement was achieved with sequential Au and ZnS depositions. Using this combination, we could enhance the visualization of latent fingermarks aged over 65 days in normal conditions. The optical reflectance from the fingermarks with the deposited layers of metal/dielectric is analyzed as a stratified medium. Significant contrast in the reflectance from the regions of the ridges and the valleys of the fingermark would enhance the visualization. Our results show that the Au and ZnS bi‐layer combination can have a large reflection contrast and improved fingermark visualization at wavelengths corresponding to the green light for specific thickness of ZnS.     

石台县虎杖药材及其根际土壤中硒及重金属元素含量检测与相关性分析

目的 测定石台县虎杖药材及其根际土壤中Se和重金属Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu的含量,并对其相关性进行分析。方法 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术测定Se和重金属Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu的含量,并对其相关性进行分析。结果 石台县7个乡镇虎杖药材中Se、As、Cu、Cd、Pb、Hg的平均含量分别为0.59、0.32、7.42、0.12、1.38、0.005 mg/kg;根际土壤中Se、As、Cu、Cd、Pb、Hg的平均含量分别为2.34、65.77、44.65、0.95、111.61、0.22 mg/kg。结论 石台县虎杖药材及其根际土壤皆达富硒水平,且虎杖药材与其根际土壤中硒含量呈正相关;但虎杖药材与其根际土壤中As、Cu、Cd、Pb、Hg等重金属元素的含量不具相关性;石台县7个乡镇虎杖药材重金属含量均低于国家限量标准,具有较高的安全性。     

培土生金法治疗气虚型小儿反复呼吸道感染35例

目的 观察培土生金法治疗气虚型小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 选取70例气虚型反复呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。其中对照组患儿予常规西医药物治疗,观察组患儿加服培土生金中药,7 d为1个疗程,连服4个疗程并随访1年,观察并比较两组患儿治疗前后1年内呼吸道感染次数和每次症状持续时间,评价临床疗效。结果 观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿1年内呼吸道感染次数和每次症状持续时间均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),观察组下降程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 培土生金法可防治小儿气虚型反复呼吸道感染。     

国家侵权精神损害赔偿法律适用问题研究——兼评《国家赔偿法》第三十五条

2010年新《中华人民共和国国家赔偿法》第35条明确规定了精神损害赔偿制度,在我国国家赔偿制度史上具有里程碑意义,也是国家在尊重和保护人权方面的进一步发展。但是,国家侵权精神损害赔偿在法律适用上仍需在识别要件、适用范围、适用原则和数额计算等方面进一步明确。     

Servicing a heavy metal fandom posthumously: a sociosemiotic account of collective identity formation in Dio's memorial

This study is positioned in the burgeoning research field of collective memory and identity by offering a sociosemiotic account of the formation of fandom identity in the context of Ronnie James Dio's memorial. By drawing on the three major categories whereby collective memory is formed – that is artifacts, processes, places, as well as on the three key sociosemiotic metafunctions which are responsible for shaping a cultural event as sign system – the study scrutinizes the key semiotic resources that shape the experiential event of a memorial. This paper contributes to the extant literature on memory and identity by offering a nuanced, sociosemiotically informed reading of a heavy metal legend's memorial, while attending to the bespoke semiotic resources that comprise it.
