上海崇明土地储备结合长江隧桥工程投融资机制的研究

从土地储备与投融资机制设计角度,阐述长江隧桥工程在建设中建立土地储备与投融资机制相结合的意义、原则和可行性,设计土地储备与投融资运作机制方案的思路、优缺点和前提条件等,提出土地储备与投融资方案的流程设计,旨在探讨将上海土地储备机制与重大工程建设投融资机制相结合,从而使得政府在重大工程投资中带来的土地增值效应纳入工程建设投融资机制。     

运用价值工程理论探索骨灰处理多样化与殡葬园区园林景观生态建设相结合的路子

针对我国现有殡葬园区资源利用现状,根据价值工程理论,提出了充分利用现有殡葬服务设施实行骨灰处理多样化,并与殡葬园区园林景观生态建设相结合,节约殡葬资源、提高殡葬服务设施综合效益的科学方法。用环境科学理论对骨灰处理方式进行利弊分析,提出符合我国国情和环保要求的骨灰处理方式。     

调神益肾针法对更年期大鼠下丘脑阿片促黑素皮质素原mRNA表达的影响

目的：研究调神益肾针法对更年期雌性大鼠下丘脑阿片促黑素皮质素原mRNA表达的影响。方法：采用逆转录－聚合酶链反应技术。结果：更年期大鼠下丘脑阿片促黑素皮质素原mRNA表达明显降低；经针刺干预后，调神益肾组该基因的表达明显上调，补肾健脾组则无明显变化。结论：增强下丘脑阿片促黑素皮质素原mRNA的表达可能是调神益肾针法治疗更年期综合征的机制之一。

用系统论推动和保障司法独立

作者在指出刑事诉讼程序系统具有自我发展、演化、运作的自组织性的基础上 ,运用系统的自组织理论 ,分析了司法独立的必要性及保障机制 ,从系统论的角度提出了在我国实现司法独立的可能途径。     

Discovering Directions for Change in Higher Education Through the Experiences of Senior Women Faculty

The Women in Science and Engineering Leadership Institute (WISELI) at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, an NSF-funded ADVANCE Institutional Transformation project, employed the “discovery interviews” method to characterize the experiences of senior women faculty in science and engineering on campus. This method allowed WISELI to reach its aims of (1) gaining information from senior women that would inform the programs developed by WISELI, and (2) building relationships among the senior women and WISELI. The discovery interview process also had some unintended consequences, including creation of an expectation of advocacy that exceeded the original intent of the project. This method was well-matched to the needs of WISELI as a change agent at the UW-Madison, and has contributed a great deal to its Institutional Transformation efforts, primarily by changing WISELI’s perceptions of what leadership means to senior women faculty.     

The Concept, Connotations and Theoretical Frame of Urban Systems Engineering

Based on the concept of urban development, definition of urban systems engineering （USE） was put forward as a methodology for dealing with problems in the process of optimal evolution of urban whole, which is under the guidance of combination of urban thoughts and system approaches. Then the connotations of USE were elaborated, making the viewpoint of space time as a research clue, city and development as two research themes, urban system, urban logic and urban institution as three research dimensions, and stages, rules, strategies and regulation of development as four research problems. Finally by making Wuli-Shili-Renli systems methodology as stand, the theoretical frame of USE was built.     

Social(ist) engineering. Taming the devils of the Polish Bieszczady

This article explores the background of social engineering in the Bieszczady in the 1950s and 1960s, when a revolutionary political leadership ventured to impose a new socialist order in an area ravaged by war and ethnic cleansing. The article addresses two questions: first, what were the conditions that resulted in the failure of socialist engineering in the Bieszczady, and second, what were the consequences of this failure for relationships at the local level? One thesis put forward is that the relative weakness of the Polish state vis-à-vis the local setting left plenty of room for local residents to develop a dynamic social order of their own.

＂比较宪政工程＂作为整体的概念是由萨托利提出的,萨托利在方法上并没有使用规范性的演绎,而是强调通过实证性的归纳,找出制度设计的规律。比较宪政工程概念的基础是制度的工具理性,它具有整体性、规律性和现实性三个特征。基于政治制度的整体性和制度设计的规律性,比较宪政工程不仅需要对特定政治制度的设计进行研究,而且需要对政治制度之间的关联性进行研究,同时它的理论模型又会被制度的现实性发展不断修正。
