高校公共体育课安全伤害事故的防范与处理

高校公共体育课伤害事故的有效防范,应是高校公共体育课工作的重要组成部分,是体育教学改革和发展的基本要求。建立规范的高校公共体育课人身安全保障制度关系重大,制定和实施相应的高校体育意外事故处理程序和法律法规,是依法治校、依法执教的必然要求。     

关于汽车弯路事故的几种受力分析

汽车转弯时发生的交通事故,除了因抢行或者瞭望不佳而引发事故以外,绝大多数是在侧滑力的作用下导致车辆驶离本车道发生碰撞或者追尾、倾翻的,此类问题易引发重特大交通事故。为了说明车辆转弯侧滑事故的机理,文章对车辆常见的几种转弯现象进行了受力分析,以期为事故处理提供可以借鉴的分析资料。     

加强培训提高工会干部的安慰技巧

我国目前还处于工伤事故的易发期,工伤事故不仅造成人员伤亡,而且对目击者及其受害者家属心理造成巨大创伤。工会在参与事故处理时、常去慰问职工,这是一种心理帮助。如果能通过培训,提高安慰技巧,不仅在一定程度上起到了心理危机干预的作用,也可以弥补目前我国专业心理学工作人员有限的问题。更体现了我国以人为本的安全发展理念。     

Interpretation of automotive light bulb examination results: an intriguing case

During the examination of light bulbs from a vehicle involved in a road accident, the headlights did not reveal any evidence regarding whether they were energized or not. Additionally, a police officer turned the lights on after the accident to verify their functioning, thus damaging some of the evidence. By examining the vehicle, it was determined that the park lights could provide answers regarding the conditions of the headlights. After observations, it was concluded that the park lights and headlights were off at the time of the impact. This case report demonstrates how important it is to integrate the circumstances surrounding the case into the interpretation of the results. Nevertheless, it also demonstrates the necessity for examining both the vehicle and all light bulbs in order to reach the most pertinent and proper conclusion.     

Characterization of the triacylglycerol crystal formation in adipose tissue during a vehicle collision

The unusual appearance of crystalline fat structures was observed during the postmortem examination of a motor vehicle accident victim. The crystal structures were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and x-ray diffractometry. The structures were found to be made of triacylglycerols, a dominant lipid structure found in human adipose tissue, capable of forming various polymorphic structures. The morphology of the crystalline material was found using both techniques to be predominantly the beta' form of triacylglycerols. The accelerated growth of such triacylglycerol morphology has been observed as a result of shear stresses in other studies involving edible fats. As a result of the findings of this study, it is proposed that increased shear forces may be responsible for the formation of the unusual fat structure found in the victim. An understanding of the effect of forces on the structure of body fat in high-impact collisions can potentially assist in verifying a high-velocity impact.

The Belt and Road Initiative and its Implications for China-Europe Relations

The EU brought out a Global Strategy for foreign and security policy in June 2016, which indicates European efforts to reflect on and reshape its grand strategy. Meanwhile, China is also conducting an in-depth assessment of the international order under transition, and strives to rebalance its own national development and foreign policies. Beijing is pursuing a connectivity-oriented grand strategy. The peaceful rise of China depends on whether China and other economies can fully leverage each other’s development opportunities, and become stronger by taking advantage of increasing interconnectedness in the world. The One Belt, One Road (OBOR) initiative is a key element of such a grand strategy and will have far-reaching implications for China-Europe relations.     

Two Simple Formulas for Evaluating the Lower Bound of the Impact Velocity in Vehicle–pedestrian Accidents

Formulas for evaluating the lower bound of the impact velocity are valuable in vehicle–pedestrian accident reconstruction. The theory of classical mechanics and four hypotheses were employed to derive formulas; the research results and simulation/accident tests were employed to validate their feasibility. Then, two simple formulas were developed according to the distance between the rest positions of the vehicle and the pedestrian and the flight‐phase distance. The results showed that the evaluated results by the two proposed formulas are inferior to the existing results. The influence of a roadside step on the impact velocity, which decreased with an increase in the flight‐phase distance and a reduction in the road slope, was evaluated. Based on a real accident, the study concludes that the lower bound can be easily obtained with the proposed formulas, which can be used to determine the evaluated impact velocity during simulations.     

Some Thoughts on the Construction of the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road北大核心CSSCISSCI

As an integral component of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategic vision, the construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road will reflect the developing path of China＇ s maritime geo-economy with significant polit- ical and diplomatic implications. Although the construction of the new maritime silk road has its？ endogenous logic and justified considerations, it will encounter various challenges and difficulties. In order to achieve the strategic goal of setting up a community？ of common interest and？ destiny with the relative countries, the ＂Maritime Silk Road＂ program has to be advanced cautiously with the principles of wide consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits.
