中国汉族与日本群体DYFl55S1基因座的遗传多态性 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
目的探讨Y染色体DYF155S1基因座的遗传多态性及群体间差异。方法 应用MVR-PCR、荧光显谱及DNA序列分析技术,对来自中国群体(北方汉族,64例)和日本群体(43例)男性个体的DYF155S1基因座进行初步分析。结果107例样本共检出了5种重复序列类型,包括新的命名为6型的重复序列,它是在1型的基础上T22A置换所形成,仅存在于日本群体,可作为民族特征性遗传标记。2群体重复序列的排列方式以3134顺序为主,在中国和日本群体中各占73.44%和67.44%,是黄种人的特点。134顺序在中国群体中占第二位,为17.19%,6134排列占日本群体的16.28%。3’端的4型重复序列的平均数目在日本群体为8.8条,明显低于中国群体的12.5条。结论DYF155S1基因座具有非常高的遗传多态性和明显的群体差异。 相似文献

This paper examines race-based peremptory challenges. Such challenges occur during the voir dire jury selection process. The process allows both the defense and the prosecution to strike jurors who they believe will not
decide cases fairly. However, in the case of Batson v. Kentucky 476 U.S. 79 (1986), the Supreme Court ruled that race could not be used as a factor in eliminating prospective jurors. This
paper examines federal litigation for five years in which it was alleged that race was used as a factor in removing a juror.
An examination of the cases revealed that most of the cases involved sole male litigants who allege that there were multiple
race-based peremptory challenges used in their cases. Moreover, most of the cases that led to the allegations involved violent
offenses. Other case characteristics are noted, but of most significance was the finding that most appellants lost their cases.
As such, the courts felt that most of the challenges were, in fact, race neutral. The implications of this research are discussed.

目的建立一种简便的DNA提取方法,用于动物毛干的DNA抽提。方法利用PCR缓冲液及蛋白酶K在PCR仪上对毛发进行消化,以此DNA为模板,扩增mtDNA 12S rRNA基因的部分片段并进行序列测定,测序结果在GenBank上进行BLAST搜索,再利用DNAMAN软件进行同源性分析。结果利用这种新DNA抽提法能从无毛囊毛发中获得后续PCR扩增所需的线粒体DNA。结论该法在无毛囊毛发样本鉴定中具有较高的应用价值。 相似文献

An additional 20 novel mini-short tandem repeat (miniSTR) loci have been developed and characterized beyond the six previously developed by our laboratory for a total of 26 non-CODIS miniSTR markers. These new markers produce short PCR products in the target range of 50-150 base pairs (bp) by moving the primer sequences as close as possible-often directly next to the identified repeat region. These candidate loci were initially screened based on their small amplicon sizes and locations on chromosomes currently unoccupied by the 13 CODIS STR loci or at least 50 Mb away from them on the same chromosome. They were sequenced and evaluated across more than 600 samples, and their population statistics were determined. The heterozygosities of the new loci were compared with those of the 13 CODIS loci and all were found to be comparable. Only five of the new loci had lower values than the CODIS loci; however, all of these were much smaller in size. This data suggests that these 26 miniSTR loci will serve as useful complements to the CODIS loci to aid in the forensic analysis of degraded DNA, as well as missing persons work and parentage testing with limited next-of-kin reference samples. 相似文献

目的建立一种能够在同一反应条件下鉴定多个具体物种.又满足简单、快速、特异、灵敏、准确等实用要求的种属鉴定方法。方法从GenBank中获取人、鸡、鸭、鹅、猪、兔、鼠、绵羊、水牛、狗、山羊等11个物种的12SrRNA基因序列.设计一对针对上述11个物种的通用引物和分别针对人、鸡和鸭的特异引物,同时扩增各物种12SrRNA基因。以通用引物扩增片段为内部对照.以特异引物扩增片段用于人、鸡和鸭的种属鉴定,并分别对人、鸡、鸭单一检材以及人和鸡、人和鸭、鸡和鸭等二元混合DNA进行鉴定。结果通用引物扩增,各物种均有400bp左右的扩增片段:特异引物只对各自目标种属有扩增产物,片段大小:人163bp、鸡286bp、鸭374bp;测序结果与GenBank既有序列比对,Identities分值:人100%、鸡99%、鸭100%;通用引物扩增人、鸡和鸭检材的灵敏度为2.5Pg;特异引物扩增灵敏度人为2.5pg,鸡、鸭均为200Pg;混合DNA中任一种DNA的含量只要高于检测灵敏度即可被准确检出.不受另一种DNA量的干扰:盲测结果准确。结论本方法可以利用同一种PCR反应条件鉴定多个物种的种属。 相似文献

The call for court reform remains critical in the face of the growing complexity of burgeoning family law cases nationwide. Many states have restructured their court systems using the unified family court model, resolving legal, personal, emotional, and social disputes with the aim of improving the well‐being of families and children. Other states utilize the traditional approach, resulting in cases being handled in a fragmented, time‐consuming and expensive manner. In this article, Professor Barbara A. Babb presents the results of her nationwide survey regarding how each state handles family law matters. The survey is a follow‐up to her comprehensive 1998 survey and her 2002 survey update. The results of the recent analysis reveal that a total of thirty‐eight states now have either statewide family courts, family courts in selected areas of the state, or pilot or planned family courts, representing seventy‐five percent of states. The number of states without a specialized or separate system to handle family law matters has decreased from seventeen states in 1998 to thirteen in 2006. These changes are significant when one considers the complexities involved in court reform. The need for court reform remains an urgent one, as family law cases occupy a significant percentage of court dockets across the country. Families and children deserve a court system where justice is effective and efficient and where their legal, personal, emotional, and social needs are resolved in a therapeutic and holistic manner. 相似文献
