模糊方法在公安工作中操作性的基础及运用

模糊性是公安工作中实际存在的现象,而模糊方法在一定条件下也是科学的方法。用模糊方法来研究、分析公安实际工作中的模糊现象,从而认清模糊现象的实存性,把模糊引入精确,使各类模糊内容、方法更确切,以达到在实际工作中提高工作效率的目的。     

行政国家视阈下行政运行机制的重塑

“行政国家”这一术语彰显了行政权扩张的现实，政府承担了越来越多的公共职责。这种现象的出现是经济社会发展到一定的阶段的必然产物，但也对传统的行政权的定位以及行政管理体制，尤其是行政运行机制带来了严峻的挑战。行政运行机制必须进行重塑才能回归政府本来的角色，避免因行政权扩张而对其他国家职能的腐蚀，以及违反民主宪政体制和侵犯公民权利。     

‘Austria First’ revisited: a diachronic cross-sectional analysis of the gender and body politics of the extreme right

ABSTRACT

In this paper, Rheindorf and Wodak provide a discourse-historical analysis of extreme-right cultural politics in Austria, ranging from the blatant racism in the speeches of Vienna’s former Deputy Mayor Johann Gudenus (now MP in the Austrian parliament) to the construction of an idealized national body in the election campaigns of the Freiheitliche Partei Österreichs (FPÖ), its programmatic agenda in handbooks and pamphlets, and the performances of far-right pop singer Andreas Gabalier. Rheindorf and Wodak argue that such cultural politics use a wide spectrum of discursive strategies both inside and outside established party politics and that the accompanying production of an ideal extreme-right subject is informed by nativist ideology. The cross-sectional analysis demonstrates that the cultural politics of the Austrian extreme right ranges from appropriated national symbols to coded National Socialist iconography. These politics pervasively construct a gendered and racialized national body, policed by a ‘strict father’ and nurtured by a ‘self-sacrificing mother’, vis-à-vis an apocalyptic threat scenario identified with migration, intellectual and political elites, cosmopolitanism and progressive gender politics.     

增强生态思想政治教育实效性的途径

当前我国的生态思想政治教育严重滞后于社会发展的需要,存在着教育效果弱化,实效性不强的问题。我们必须采取有力措施,增强生态思想政治教育的有效性,为环境友好型社会的构建提供强大的精神动力和观念支持。     

“西藏问题”国际化及“文化藏独”危害性探析

＂西藏问题＂国际化既与国际格局变化有关,又与全球化放大宗教对国际关系影响有关。西方国家吹捧达赖和达赖借助西方表达＂政治诉求＂二者相互倚重,各取所需,各有所图。达赖能够博取西方社会一定的同情和支持,与其运用＂高超＂宣传技巧分不开。达赖明知＂急独＂不成、＂和谈＂无望,故采取了类似＂台独＂的策略——渐进式＂文化藏独＂,其现实危害不容小觑。     

陪审制的分权机制与证据法的发展

针对我国人民陪审员制目前面临的“陪而不审”、“审而不议”之晋遍困境,本文探讨了西方国家陪审制产生和发展的过程,认识到“分权是陪审制成长的基本条件”;详细探讨了我国“陪而不审”、“审而不议”现象的主要形态,指出没有实行分权是造成这种困窘局面的根源;讨论了正在兴起的河南人民陪审圆制度的进步意义与局限性;主张我国应当建立以分权为首要特征的人民陪审员制度,为此需要立法机关制定有关陪审团如何与法官分享裁判权的制度,其中最关键的是制定证据法和陪审团法。     

Co‐parenting in a Highly Conflicted Separation/Divorce: Learning about Parents and their Experiences of Parenting Coordination,Legal, and Mental Health Interventions

Sixty high‐conflict separated/divorced co‐parents completed surveys investigating characteristics and dynamics (narcissism, empathy, conflict) that were examined in relation to co‐parenting style and parents' experiences of parenting coordination, legal, and mental health interventions. Study findings for this sample did not support common notions found in the literatures on parenting coordination and high‐conflict divorce that suggest these parents are often narcissistic or low in empathy. Findings pertaining to all high‐conflict participant experiences revealed the presence of common elements across aspects of practitioners and interventions with which they were both satisfied and dissatisfied.     

农村家庭代际关系的变化:文化与结构结合的路径

关于家庭代际关系的研究有两种不同的路径:文化的路径将观念的变化作为家庭代际关系变化的首要因素;结构的路径则将诸多关于家庭代际关系的思想作为一种衍生物,将结构安排的变化作为家庭代际关系变化的首要因素。本文通过对辽宁省F村征地与搬迁后的家庭代际关系进行考察,在个案研究中检验了上述两种研究路径的解释力。本文认为,结构因素的改变在农村家庭代际关系的改变中是首要因素,但是结构因素通过文化因素发挥作用。     

Finding the Right Support: One Size Doesn't Fit All

Support for families in the context of separation and divorce has evolved significantly over the last 30 years in the UK. There is growing acceptance that “one size doesn't fit all”—families need different support at different times, and often a combination of services. Relationships Scotland, a network of 21 Member Services, is able to customize and integrate support to meet the needs of each particular family at any stage of relationship difficulty. This article describes the impact of tailored support for one family, as an example of the potential benefit of community‐based, integrated, and flexible support provision.
