行动党参加1964年马来西亚大选及其影响

1964年3月1日是新马关系史上的一个重要日期,是新马由磨合转向全面冲突的分水岭。当日,杜进才宣布,行动党要成为一个全国性的政党,参加马来亚大选。虽然杜进才解释说行动党仅是象征性地参加联邦选举,然而这很明显违背了李光耀向东姑作出的郑重承诺：不参加马来亚的选举。行动党宣布参加选举导致其与联盟的关系迅速恶化,并引发了新马潜藏已久的矛盾,也使新马朝向分离迈出了重要一步。     

国有企业权力监督体系研究

近年来,学术界对国有企业权力监督体系的研究日益增多。从研究的内容上来看,大多数学者是从实践的角度对国有企业权力监督体系进行了探讨,而很少有从理论和实践相结合的角度来论述的。文章采取理论和实践相结合的方式,从权力监督和制约的历史渊源、国有企业权力监督的困境、解决国有企业权力监督困境的路径选择等方面对国有企业权力监督体系进行了初步的阐述。

整体分离痕迹在交通肇事逃逸案件现场经常会出现，在盗窃、杀人、强奸、爆炸等刑事案件现场也可能会出现。通过相关典型案例的评析，重新认识了整体分离痕迹概念中整体物质和新界面的涵义，从而对概念进行了新的诠释。对于难度较大的采用分解方式分离的整体物质，归纳出鉴定时可选取的分离特征。这对于增强整体分离痕迹在法庭上的可采性，提高这种科学证据的价值，使其在案件侦破过程中发挥更大的作用很有裨益。     

血液中氯胺酮枯草杆菌蛋白酶水解提取方法

采用枯草杆菌蛋白酶作为血液中氯胺酮的酶水解剂,通过优化实验条件,紫外可见分光光度法定量分析比较获取最佳分离提取条件,提取率达97%。定量分析表明,当其浓度控制在0μg/mL~20μg/mL时,吸光度与浓度的关系符合Lamber-beer定律,相关系数96%。

Role and place of the parliament of Kazakhstan in the system of checks and balances

This article examines the system of checks and balances in post-Soviet Kazakhstan in general and the role of the Parliament of Kazakhstan in that system in particular. As opposed to the scientific mainstream in Kazakhstan which explains established system of checks and balances as a result of formal constitutional reforms, this article undertakes broader analytical framework and examines the system of checks and balances in Kazakhstan taking into account a correlation of formal and informal practices. The goal of the article is to show that in post-Soviet Kazakhstan the separation of powers is established without proper checks and balances. The inference drawn from the article is that the separation of powers in Kazakhstan is blocked by the strong constitutional and informal powers of the President, which allows him to control and interfere in affairs of all branches of power.     

中国《民法典》颁行后的民商关系思考

《民法典》以"民商合一"为编纂体例,但已颁布的《民法典》并未充分确认商事关系的特殊性,难以满足社会的商法制度需求.历史上,古罗马、德国、法国、美国的立法经验表明民商合一的理想与商业发展的现实需求之间存在难以逾越的鸿沟.现实中,在主体制度上,《民法典》未能实现民商主体制度区分的现实需求,造成概念的不清晰和法律适用的混乱....     

Legitimacy Crisis? Behavioral Approach and Inhibition When Power Differences are Left Unexplained

Possessing social power leads to approach-related affect and behavior, whereas lacking power leads to inhibition (Keltner, Gruenfeld, & Anderson, Psychol Rev 110:265–284, 2003). However, such effects should be moderated by whether an explanation is given for these power differences. Participants were assigned to a low-power or high-power role and then interacted with a confederate in the opposite role. Participants were told these role assignments were made for legitimate (expertise) or illegitimate (nepotism) reasons, or were given no explanation. High-power participants showed more approach-related affect and behavior and reported less dissonance than low-power participants, but many of these effects were moderated by the presence versus absence of an explanation. When no explanation for power differences was provided, high-power participants exhibited more approach-related behavior than low-power participants but also felt more guilt and unease. Implications for system justification theory and the literature on social power are discussed.
