270例尸体瞳孔的统计分析

本文报告270例尸体瞳孔形态、直径大小,并就其与死因、年龄、性别、死亡时的环境亮度以及死后经过时间的关系,进行了分析和讨论。有机磷中毒死的瞳孔平均直径最小(3.59mm);青壮年尸体瞳孔的平均直径较小儿、老年人略大;男性尸体瞳孔略大于女性。死于黑暗环境的尸体瞳孔较死于明亮环境的尸体瞳孔略大。生前因虹膜病变使瞳孔呈不规则形,死后瞳孔持续呈不规则形。作者认为,尸体瞳孔的形态、直径大小与死因(如有机磷中毒)有关,并受死者生前眼的健康状况、年龄及死亡时的环境亮度等因素的影响。在死后经过时间的瞳孔直径变化上,统计值无逐渐缩小或散大的规律性变化。

民事诉讼法修改的若干问题

我国现行《民事诉讼法》制定时间较早,未能全面反映一些先进的诉讼理念,并且存在着条文简单、粗糙,操作性不强的缺陷,因此有必要对其进行全面修订。本文提出了民事诉讼法修订的指导思想、立法框架,并对若干重大的程序问题进行了归纳和提示。     

Unfinished business: Aboriginal reconciliation and restorative justice in Australia

In this paper we report on general findings and observations in Australia and from two days of the Deliberative Poll on Reconciliation in Canberra. With hundreds of representative Australians participating, and plenary sessions broadcast nationally, it appeared that Australia was progressing on its long journey toward aboriginal reconciliation. In this paper, we apply a theoretical analysis from criminology--restorative justice--to examine the means by and the extent to which the national community conference was a restorative event. Of particular interest to this analysis are the unintended restorative outcomes, the voices heard, the dialogues on apologies, regrets and the past, future possibilities, and responsibility. Some preliminary thoughts on the future of reconciliation will be offered and a few skeptical comments made.     

互联网时代乡村振兴战略的路径选择——基于梅家坞村的调查研究

新一代信息技术和网络技术,正重塑乡村社会文化经济生态链。互联网带来的信息高速流通、思维变革,对此前在信息获取处于弱势地位的乡村带来系列影响。文章运用文献研究、问卷调查及半结构式访谈方法,通过对西湖区梅家坞村的个案解读与剖析,呈现梅家坞村社会经济和产业协作状况,论述互联网在农民生产、消费、交易和娱乐方式等方面引发的变革,并发现当前梅家坞村存在产业协作低、生产周期性漫长、文化缺失等问题,再由经济、社会、文化三个维度,探讨乡村新经济范式下梅家坞村如何构建经济-社会-文化共同体,如何以产业化带动乡村治理现代化。互联网时代梅家坞的社会经济发展,对其他地区乡村振兴也具有一定借鉴意义。

Image analysis of gunshot residue on entry wounds: II – A statistical estimation of firing range

A statistical investigation of the relationship between firing range and the amount and distribution of gunshot residue (GSR), used automated image analysis (IA) to quantify GSR deposit resulting from firings into pig skin, from distances ranging between contact and 45 cm. Overall, for a Ruger .22 semi-automatic rifle using CCI solid point, high velocity ammunition, the total area of GSR deposit on the skin sections decreased in a non-linear fashion with firing range. More specifically there were significant differences in the amount of GSR deposited from shots fired at contact compared with shots fired from distances between 2.5 and 45 cm; and between shots fired from a distance of 20 cm or less, with shots fired at a distance of 30 cm or more. In addition, GSR particles were heavily concentrated in the wound tract only for contact and close range shots at 2.5 cm, while the particle distribution was more uniform between the wound tract and the skin surfaces for shots fired from distances greater than 2.5 cm. Consequently, for future scientific investigations of gunshot fatalities, once standards have been established for the weapon and ammunition type in question, image analysis quantification of GSR deposited in and around the gunshot wound may be capable of providing a reliable, statistical basis for estimating firing range.     

试述社会主文法治建设的瓶颈问题及解决对策

今年“两会”上，吴邦国委员长宣布中国特色社会主义法律体系已经形成，标志着我国民主法制、依法治国基本方略的实施进入了一个新的阶段。法制基础薄弱的中国用了短短三十年就建立了一套较完备的法律制度，可谓可喜可贺。但是，我们也应该看到，我国社会主义法治建设过程中存在的法律意识淡薄、职业素养不高、法制规模较小和法律质量不佳等亟需解决的问题，已经严重影响了我国法治建设的进程，应该提上法治建设攻坚阶段的日程了。

欧洲一体化是在经济一体化基础上渐次开展的政治一体化,外交防务一体化,而刑事一体化则是政治一体化框架下的一项重要内容。以时间为发展脉络,归纳、描述欧洲刑事一体化的提出、发展、创新及逐步完善,并借以评价欧盟刑事一体化为国际刑事合作和区域间刑事合作所提供的范例作用。     

(Ms)taking Context for Content: Framing the Fourth World Conference on Women

This article analyzes journalistic framing of the 1995 Fourth UN World Conference on Women in two mainstream American newspapers, The New York Times and The Los Angeles Times . The research identified recurrent themes used by the two newspapers to frame the event before, during, and after it took place. Content analysis of all conference-related stories in both papers showed that journalists focused on incidents and problems related to logistics rather than on the issues the conference was convened to consider. When substantive issues were mentioned, they were accompanied by little or no background analysis. Further, journalists often framed the conference by its geographical and ideological contexts, emphasizing the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China. Stories tended to marginalize and stereotype certain institutions and political groups, and journalists were unlikely to cover the event by seeking a diversity of voices from among its participants. Results also suggest that the repeated association of themes with particular individuals and groups is an important contribution to the construction and ultimate salience of news frames.
