彩色背景客体上手印的显现方法

目的利用真空金属镀膜法和＂502＂胶熏显法之间的空间互补性原理,考察显现杂色背景客体表面潜手印过程中遇到的杂色背景干扰问题。方法对杂色背景客体表面的同一枚手印分别采用紫外照相、＂502＂胶熏显、真空镀膜方法处理,比较去除背景干扰能力。结果采用＂502＂胶熏显,真空金属镀膜后期增强处理,能够使指纹纹线清晰连贯,并能有效消除背景杂色干扰。结论该方法可有效消除背景杂色干扰,清晰显现有彩色背景的易拉罐、照片纸等客体上的指纹。     

真空镀膜中膜系选择对潜手印显现的影响

目的探究在真空镀膜中不同镀膜材料能否显现出潜手印并比较不同镀膜金属显现手印的效果。方法使用不同的镀膜金属显现多种类型客体表面的潜手印。结果存在可替换镀膜材料。结论可替换镀膜金属对潜手印显现的效果良好,纹线清晰连贯,背景反差大,并对特定客体上的手印显现极具优势。     

Determination of Time since Death using Vitreous Humor Tryptophan

Determination of time since death (TSD) plays very important role in forensic examination as it narrows down field of suspects and aids in deceased identification. This study utilizes the fluorescence property of vitreous humor (VH) tryptophan to determine TSD using o‐phthalaldehyde (OPA). The detection limit of these fluorometric studies was found to be 8 ppb indicating sensitivity and high accuracy in TSD determination. The study was performed on selected 76 cadaver with known TSD ranging from 3 to 90 h. Excellent correlation between VH tryptophan and TSD was obtained with a coefficient of correlation R² = 0.9590. Results showed statistically significant increase in vitreous tryptophan with TSD up to 90 h, and the proposed method was efficaciously applied for prediction of TSD as no systematic error exist. The regression equation obtained from the study is [Trp] = 2.21 + 2.98 * TSD.

试论行政法律原则在检验检疫行政处罚中的适用

法律原则是法的精髓,它以其特有的恒久性、抽象性和普遍适用性等特点对成文法的滞后性等弊端予以弥补与调整。但其在检验检疫行政处罚等具体执法工作中的适用只能在成文法规则缺失、法条含义模糊、适用法律规则显失公正、法律规则冲突无明确解决方法等时机出现时才能充当其替补角色,而且具体运用时还应遵循相关的限制条件。     

证券即时行情信息权属之探析

我国现有理论多以含义不清的“新型知识产权”指代证券即时行情信息权利,并试图从“数据库”或“知识产权”等角度对证券即时行情信息的权属进行论证。但现有的研究成果并未触及证券即时行情信息的权利本源,因此无法就商业实践中已经发生的信息权属争议起到“定分止争”的作用。应根据基本信息与衍生信息的不同类别而分别以“公共产品”和“准公共产品”的方式确定证券即时行情信息的权属并划分权利界限。     

Enhanced Visualization of Latent Fingermarks on Rough Aluminum Surfaces Using Sequential Au and Zn/ZnS/ZnO Depositions

Detection and visualization of fingermarks on rough and diffuse surfaces is a relatively challenging task. We succeeded in developing latent fingermarks on scratched and rough aluminum surfaces by sequential deposition of a thin layer of gold followed by one of zinc or zinc‐based compounds on the fingermarks. The best image enhancement was achieved with sequential Au and ZnS depositions. Using this combination, we could enhance the visualization of latent fingermarks aged over 65 days in normal conditions. The optical reflectance from the fingermarks with the deposited layers of metal/dielectric is analyzed as a stratified medium. Significant contrast in the reflectance from the regions of the ridges and the valleys of the fingermark would enhance the visualization. Our results show that the Au and ZnS bi‐layer combination can have a large reflection contrast and improved fingermark visualization at wavelengths corresponding to the green light for specific thickness of ZnS.

Issue cross-pressures and time of voting decision

Undecided voters are often regarded by political parties and candidates as the group that determines the outcome of an election. This paper discusses the concept and measurement of issue cross-pressures and explores to what extent they influence the time of voting decision in different political systems. Using survey data from national election studies in the Netherlands (1994–2012), Germany (1994–2013) and the United Kingdom (1992–2010), this study finds that issue cross-pressures do influence the time of voting decision regardless of voters' personal consideration set size, demographic background and political attribute. The effect of issue cross-pressures in the Netherlands is most pronounced. In the United Kingdom it is more moderate, while it is least prevalent in Germany. This partially demonstrates that party systems may constrain the role of issue cross-pressures.     

Transcellular and extracellular impedances of the intact abdomen in putrefying rat cadavers

Total (Zt) and extracellular (Ze) abdominal impedances of putrefying rat cadavers, stored at 18.0±0.7°C, were measured at 50 kHz and at 1 kHz, respectively, during the first 7 days of death. Transcellular impedance was calculated from the measured values of Zt and Ze. Total impedance and Ze increased during the first day, and then decreased with increasing postmortem interval, while Zi remained unchanged during the first 3 days before increasing more than 4-fold between 3 and 7 days postmortem. These changes are consistent with net gain of electrolyte by the extracellular fluids and with degeneration of cell membranes which occur postmortem. It is concluded that, during putrefaction, Ze is a potentially more useful index of postmortem interval than Zt or Zi, and that measurement of total abdominal impedance at 50 kHz, rather than at 10 kHz, markedly improves the precision and accuracy of impedance measurement.
