高校青年马克思主义者培养激励机制研究

高校是培养青年马克思主义者的摇篮和主要阵地,需要构建高校实施青年马克思主义者培养的激励机制,把大学生青年马克思主义者培养工作做实、做细、做长。在探析了高校青年马克思主义者培养激励机制的内涵和意义的基础上,着重对青年马克思主义者培养激励机制提出了合理的构建,即信息交流机制、原则双轨运行机制、激励效益评估机制和评估信息反馈机制的动态运行系统模式,激励青年学生群体的思想政治素质、政策理论水平、创新能力、实践能力和组织协调能力的提高,培养出合格的青年马克思主义者。     

The blurred vision of Lady Justice for minors with mental disorders: Records of the juvenile court in Belgium

Purpose

This study examined (1) the information present in juvenile court records in Belgium (Flanders) and (2) whether there are differences in information between records that mention a mental disorder and those that do not.

Method

The file study sample included 107 court records, and we used a Pearson's chi-square test and a t-test to analyze the information within those records.

Results

Information in juvenile court records varied considerably. This variability was evident when we compared juvenile court records with and without mention of a mental disorder. Significantly more information about school-related problems, the functioning of the minor, and the occurrence of domestic violence was included in records that mentioned a mental disorder compared with records that did not.

Conclusion

The content of the juvenile court records varied, particularly with regard to the mental health status of the minor in question. We suggest guidelines to standardize the information contained in juvenile court records.     

Learning to laugh: satire and political thought in the Latvian ‘National Age’

ABSTRACT

Satiric publications are often recognized as an important part of the political communication of the nineteenth century. Their role, however, in the national ‘awakenings’ in central eastern Europe has been rarely addressed. This paper argues that satirical publications provide useful material for the research of the political ideology of early Latvian nationalism. The development of the ‘ethnic Other’ in the figure of the Bizmanis or ‘Plaitman,’ the invention of the ‘dumb minority,’ the Malenians, as well as the representation of imperial and provincial forces in animal fables illustrate the development of the political thinking of the emerging national movement.     

社会组织在支持未成年残疾人参与权利实现中的功能分析

本文试图通过对一名聋哑未成年人的生活史和生活环境的考察,分析非正式和正式社会组织在实现未成年残疾人参与权中的功能。文章发现,聋哑未成年人在社会参与方面的困难,不完全是由于他自身的听语障碍,也由于主流社会没有为残疾人提供有效参与的条件和环境。聋哑人的非正式组织在聋哑未成年人参与权的实现方面,发挥着重要的作用,其主要功能包括交流工具的学习、同类人员的聚集、交流和互助、以及利益表达等。     

论青年文化建设中民族精神的弘扬和培育

青年文化属于社会亚文化范畴,它与社会主导文化总是处在偏离与整合的双向互动过程中.由此决定了青年文化建设过程中必须以中国特色社会主义先进文化为主导,把大力弘扬和培育伟大的中华民族精神作为一项极其重要而紧迫的任务.     

城市青年择偶方式:未婚到已婚的变化及相关因素分析

研究表明,未婚青年择偶方式与已婚青年择偶方式存在明显差别。原来的同学是未婚青年择偶中最主要的结识方式,但这种同学关系最终能走进婚姻的不到其比例的一半。同时,尽管自己结识是青年择偶方式的主流,但由他人介绍结识的方式在已婚青年择偶中已占到40%,具有十分重要的地位。对已婚青年调查结果的分析还表明,青年的结婚年龄、文化程度、职业以及城乡背景等因素,都与青年择偶方式有一定关系。     

论民族音乐在校园文化中的展现

热爱民族音乐,振兴民族音乐,弘扬民族音乐是我们音乐教育工作者的责任。民乐绝不可以通俗化,民乐是民乐,通俗是通俗,振兴民族音乐必须做到创新与继承相结合、普及与提高相结合、扶持与保证相结合利用地方特色资源,满足学生学习音乐的欲望。学校有计划、有组织、有步骤地开展少数民族音乐特色的课堂教学,能够吸引学生学习音乐的兴趣。     

浅论未成年人轻罪记录有条件消灭制度

考虑到未成年人犯罪与成年人犯罪的差异，为使未成年人能够摆脱前罪阴影，我国急需制定未成年人轻罪记录有条件消灭制度。     

Children and Young People who have Sexually Harmful Behaviours: From Fixed to Transformative Risk Assessment

Risk, risk assessment and risk management have become central to contemporary policies and practices in criminal justice, with consequences for those who apply and receive such approaches. It has been argued that risk has been the key organising principle of contemporary correctional practice and offender management, and that actuarial risk in particular has taken on a hegemonic dominance that supersedes other models of governance, such as welfare and disciplinary forms of regulation. This article focuses on the construction and deployment of two assessment frameworks for young people with sexually harmful behaviour to illustrate the epistemological differences between a clinical/actuarial guided approach and that of constructing safety. It identifies current theorising about risk/technologies as being within a neo-liberal political and governance agenda and the opportunities for moving from a fixed to a transformative risk subject.

Intimate Partner Violence Among Adolescent and Young Adult Mothers

The associations between intimate partner violence (IPV) and mental health among adolescent and young adult mothers were compared. The sample was drawn from the Fragile Families and Child Wellbeing Study and participants were 672 mothers between the ages of 14 and 21. IPV was significantly positively associated with both depression and anxiety among young adult mothers. However, these associations were not found among adolescent mothers. In addition, IPV and marital status were significantly related among young adult mothers, but not adolescent mothers. Results suggest that IPV may have different consequences during different parts of the life course, or that mental health symptoms may be reported only later in life.
