俄罗斯的韩国学研究

俄罗斯的韩国学研究经历帝俄、苏联和冷战后时期的发展演变,形成了当前较为完备的科研体系。当前俄罗斯的韩国学研究机构主要有：俄罗斯科学院东方学研究所、远东研究所、莫斯科大学亚非学院、莫斯科国际关系学院国际关系系和圣彼得堡大学东方系等。俄罗斯韩国学研究与外交政策的关系有如下特点：学术科研与外交战略趋向密切相关;苏联时期的韩国学研究受到意识形态和政治体制的影响较强;俄罗斯独立后,学术界观点对政府外交决策的影响力增强;俄罗斯现有的韩国学科研机构得到韩国的大力支持,这有可能影响俄罗斯对朝鲜半岛的政策。     

构建人文社会科学学术期刊质量评价体系研究

人文社会科学学术期刊的质量在一定程度上可以反映出一个国家的人文社会科学研究水平。当前,我国人文社会科学学术期刊种类众多,但其评价主体、评价客体、评价标准以及评价方式均不统一,同一期刊在不同评价体系中排名不一致,造成读者对期刊的选择缺乏依据,人才评价机构和科研管理部门在进行科研成果评价时也无所适从。由此,统一评价主体,规范评价客体,科学筛选评价指标并赋予合理的权重,采取可操作的评价方式对人文社会科学学术期刊进行评价,具有现实的意义。     

The beginning of university entrepreneurship in Japan: TLOs and bioventures lead the way

Following reforms between 1998 and 2004, Japan’s technology transfer system closely resembles the U.S. Bayh-Dole system. Numbers of TLO patents and licenses and numbers of startups are respectable compared to U.S. numbers shortly after enactment of Bayh-Dole. However, capabilities of TLOs vary, average royalties are low, and business prospects for most startups seem limited. In contrast, joint research with companies is increasing rapidly. Most joint research inventions are jointly owned giving the companies an automatic de facto, non-transferable, royalty-free and license. Data from one university show a large proportion of engineering and materials/chemistry inventions are attributed to joint research with large companies, thus limiting opportunities for startup formation and licensing to other small companies. (In biomedicine, pre-emption of discoveries by joint research is less.) Pre-emption of university discoveries (often publicly funded) under joint research agreements recreates the pre-reform system, where corporate donations also enabled pre-emption of discoveries. Like the old system, the new system is advantageous to established companies. Strengthening the formal system (including programs to assist startups) may redress this balance and give Japan the benefits of both types of technology transfer systems.

Academic interventions for academic procrastination: A review of the literature

ABSTRACT

Procrastination is a widespread phenomenon in academic settings. It has been studied from many different theoretical angles, and a variety of causes and consequences have been suggested. Recent studies support the notion that academic procrastination can be seen from a situational perspective and as a failure in learning self-regulation. It suggests that interventions should address situational as well as deficits in self-regulation to help students overcome their procrastinating tendencies. The present review examined the recent literature on causes and consequences of academic procrastination and the limited number of studies of academic interventions for academic procrastination. Findings of this review strengthen the need to further study the topic of academic interventions for academic procrastination and to develop effective interventions. At the end of this review, several suggestions for the development of academic interventions are outlined.

公安学历教育发展与建设的再思考

随着我国社会主义法制建设的日益完备,对公安机关的执法质量提出了更高的要求。然而,我国目前的公安教育体制却极大地制约了建设与社会主义法治社会相适应的高素质警察队伍的步伐。我国目前国情决定了公安院校仍需坚持学历教育与在职民警培训共存并重发展的"双轨制"模式。然而面对当前公安学历教育中出现的问题,如教师队伍不完整、课程设置不合理等,如何加强完善公安学历教育的发展成为亟需解决的问题。本文在客观分析各种制衡因素的基础上总结出,公安院校应从领导认识、教师队伍建设、人才培养等多方面探索改革路径,不断深化内涵,加快创新步伐,为公安教育工作的全面发展提供支持与保障。     

谈在向公安职业教育过渡中的几个转变

公安学历教育与职业教育是公安教育的两种不同教育模式,公安教育的职业性和行业性特征决定了公安教育的职业化发展方向,研究和探讨公安职业教育的特点和发展趋势,掌握在向职业教育转变过程中教育理念和教育思想的转变是搞好公安职业教育的重要内容。     

高校学报编辑需要加强对研究生作者的培养

目前,研究生作者已经成为高校学报重要的作者源,高校学报也已成为研究生作者发表论文的重要阵地。文章结合所在期刊研究生投稿的现状,分析了其中存在的主要问题,并就改善研究生稿件质量提出了对策。     

中国美学研究的当代走向

当代学术界有关中国美学的研究既有一定的成绩,又存在一定的误区。中国美学资源的发掘、中国美学话语的重建、中国美学经验的阐释,三种思路各有得失。只有以当代中国的艺术与审美经验为理据,解决当代中国的美学问题,中国美学才能完成其现代建构,真正做到既是中国的,又是世界的。
