中国梦的实现路径分析

实现中国梦的关键是需要处理好“行政和自治”之间的关系.总结近现代以来中国的历史经验,中国梦的实现关键在于中国共产党的科学领导.中国共产党能够不断推动中国梦的实现进程,取得成绩的原因是其对以民为本的官僚政策治理型同心圆式的权力结构进行了有效的改革,一定程度上破解了近现代以来中国所面临的“行政与自治”关系平衡问题.破解当前中国所面临的一系列社会问题,进一步推动中国梦的实现,仍然需要处理好“行政和自治”之间的关系,从破解行政压倒自治、自治行政化和形式化问题着手.     

涉检网络舆情状况及处置机制研究

随着互联网的迅速普及,人人都是麦克风、人人都是记者、人人都是新闻传播者的自媒体时代已经到来.作为行使法律监督职能的检察机关,无可争议地成为网络舆情关注相对集中的部位.如何研判与应对涉检网络舆情,并建立涉检网络舆情处置机制,也就成为了新形势考量各级检察机关领导人政治智慧和司法能力的重要标准.     

Technology,Reason and Globalisation?—O Brother!

The Coen Brothers' movie O Brother Where Art Thou is a ragbag of intertexts and gags that also pays very serious attention to questions of community and culture, class and race. In tracing the path of the protagonists through De-pression-era Mississippi, it takes its audiences through the experience of social transformation, from superstition and local concerns to a supposedly brave new (global and technological) world. Although the film is set in a distant time and place, it is informed by a very contemporary issue—the politics of technology, and its relation to the forces of globalisation. It is also a film that exemplifies what Certeau describes as the "cleavage which organizes modernity", a cleavage designated by the terms "science" (which is predicated on a law of rationality, and an imperative to explain, control and order) and "culture". We analyse the work of the film by drawing on the writings of Manuel Castells, Arjun Appadurai and Armand Mattelart to trace its explication of the questions of progress and communication in a world increasingly dominated by neo-liberal values.     

以提升文化自觉来抵制西方文化殖民主义

结束了东西方冷战之后,文化殖民主义成为当代殖民主义的重要体现。中国要抵制西方的文化殖民主义,必须提高自身文化自觉的力量,做到对内强化民族意识,重构社会主义核心价值观的话语体系;对外强化文化安全战略,有效地抵制西方的文化霸权。     

论未成年人附条件不起诉之完善——以比较法为视野

在诉讼法学理论以及司法实务经验总结的基础上,2012年刑事诉讼法在未成年人刑事案件诉讼程序中规定了附条件不起诉制度。这是起诉便宜主义的重要体现。针对立法上的不足之处,我国未成年人附条件不起诉制度的完善可以从与域外立法及实践尤其是澳门的"缓诉"与台湾地区的"缓起诉"制度中受到若干启发。     

论纯洁性建设视野下民主革命时期党的作风问题

理论与实际相结合是党的思想建设最重要的作风,坚持马克思主义中国化成为党优良思想作风的核心问题。思想作风不正,路线方针政策就会发生错误,革命必然遭受损失,党的纯洁性也就受到影响。密切联系人民群众是党的工作实践表现出的优良作风,领导中国革命的实践中,坚持群众路线成为党维护纯洁性的重要内容。加强和改进党的作风建设,核心问题是保持党同人民群众的血肉联系。发扬艰苦奋斗精神是干部和党员保持优良作风的要求,生活作风虽然是个人问题,但它对党的影响则不可小窥,生活作风对党的纯洁性维护具有重要意义。民主革命时期党开展作风建设留下的思想财富值得认真汲取,在新的历史条件下推进党的建设,必须高度重视党的作风纯洁问题。

苏南在基层服务型党组织建设的区域化实践模式探索中,从党建理念、组织形式、活动方式和工作机制上形成了创新优势,并在拓展空间布局、整合党建资源、消除薄弱环节、促进融合提高、共建活动载体、发挥党员作用、完善运行机制、实现整体提升等方面取得了实践成效。但在探索中仍存在制约因素和深层次问题,需进一步优化发展路径。     

国资分类管理 破解监管难题

对国有资产作出科学分类,是实现党的十七大、十八大提出的完善各类国有资产管理体制的必要前提。其中,在一般分类的基础上如何择其可用、达到利于实践的效果,更值得关注和追问。科学地运用分类管理,旨在防止经营性国有资产监管的碎片化,推进国有资产监管新体制的全覆盖;推进国有经济平等参与市场竞争,提升产业集中度;进一步深入研究解决国资委管什么、如何管的问题。     

Korean elites: Social networks and power

During the period of rapid industrialisation, Korean business elites sought to establish a ruling alliance of state officials, politicians, business owners, and professional managers that formed a social coalition to influence the state and society as a whole, reinforced through extensive social and political networks with various ruling groups. The elite community has generated a high degree of self-recruitment and social closure through school, marriage and kinship networks. In this way, the leading sector of the Korean business elite has formed complex, often contingent, relations with the state elite, and acts as an integral part of the upper class in society.     

István Széchenyi,the casino movement,and Hungarian nationalism, 1827–1848

The establishment of the Nemzeti Casino (National Casino) in Pest helped establish civil society in nineteenth-century Hungary. Count István Széchenyi, hoping to modernize Hungary on the English model, established the casino in 1827 as a public forum for the Hungarian nobility. By transcending caste divisions between nobles and bourgeois elites, Széchenyi's casino served as an unofficial parliament and stock exchange, and generally helped cultivate Hungarian patriotism. The Pest Casino inspired a nation-wide trend for casinos, which in turn formed a civil society in opposition to Habsburg absolutism. Yet when the casino movement spread to Hungary's minority nationalities, Jews, Slovaks, Romanians, and particularly Croats, the casino also contributed to national divisions in Hungary's ethnically diverse population that affected the course of the 1848 Revolution.
