品牌延伸心理模型构建是当今国际上品牌理论研究的重要内容,也是前沿性课题之一.20世纪80年代后期至90年代品牌延伸心理模型主要有情感态度模型、属性联想模型,进入21世纪以来,运用认知心理学观点与研究方法,从消费者情感与认知相互影响过程分析,构建品牌延伸理论模型,对制定切实可行的品牌营销策略具有重要的现实意义.

With Feeling: How Emotions Shape Negotiation

Recognition of the role played by emotions in negotiation is growing. This article synthesizes current research around four broad themes: moves and exchanges, information processing, social interaction, and context. The authors' review reveals that much of the research on this topic has focused on two key emotions, anger and happiness. More recently, negotiators have turned to other emotions such as guilt and disappointment, demonstrating that not all negative emotions have the same consequences, or activate the same regions of the brain. Focusing on social interaction, the authors note that negotiators may influence each others' emotions: whether negotiators converge to anger or happiness has different consequences for agreement. Researchers have broadened their examination of emotion by considering how external factors such as power, the number of negotiators, culture, and gender influence the impact of emotional expression. The authors also consider the function and impact of expressing authentic emotions, or choosing to use emotions strategically to gain an advantage — an issue that raises important ethical questions for negotiators. The article concludes with some practical implications of the research.     

“本源”：一个艺术的标记——论海德格尔的“艺术真理”如何崩溃

海德格尔在《艺术作品的本源》中提出了艺术是保存真理的一种方式，在艺术作品中不断追寻本源的过程就是真理呈现的过程。德里达认为这种本源和真理只是一种出于形而上观念造作出来的假象，必须对之进行解构，以破除本源和真理的迷信。对这两种观念应该保持一定距离，真理与本源、本真存在等都是同一等级的概念，它们形成一个完整的自论证概念系统，这一系统的完善外貌是假象，但系统中的概念却具有标记的作用，“本源”就是这样的标记。将标记保持为标记，而非如海德格尔那样上升为本源，是一种适当的概念运用。达成这一观念，海德格尔式的“艺术真理”自然就失去了效力。     

从《红楼梦》看中国艺术之“情本体”

本文试图以实践美学的情本体理论分析以《红楼梦》为代表的中国艺术的“情本体”精神。《红楼梦》明确地把“情”为人生的本体,并使之具有了形而上的品格,成为一种既植根于现世、又具有超越性的精神。“情”在《红楼梦》里不仅是一种狭义的男女之间两心相悦之情爱,而且是一种广义上热爱人生、热爱生命、热爱世界的“爱”,更是一种超越现实世界的“悟”,一种形而上之“体”,一种既入世又出世之“玄”,也是人生存于世的“本体”。这种本体之“情”,在中国传统美学中源远流长,传承悠久。它与儒家的社会本体论、道家的自然本体论互为补充,同时也互相批评,构成中国传统人生本体论的立体交叉网络。情本体美学的理论表述可以明李贽的“童心说”和汤显祖的“唯情说”为代表,屈原的忠君爱国精神为其人格象征,《红楼梦》则是其作品的代表。

理性、情感与社会规范——村民投票行为的三维解释

村民的投票行为是理性、情感与社会规范共同支配和控制的结果。村民是否参与投票,最终是根据成本收益的比较分析做出的决策;没有情感的推动,村民不会去参与投票;基于农村宗族、社会关系、道德等因素形成的社会规范也影响着村民的投票行为。因此,从理性、情感和社会规范三方面客观分析村民的投票行为并做出相应的制度规范,将有利于农村基层民主政治建设的有效运行。     

Emotional Experiences and Motivating Factors Associated with Fingerprint Analysis

Abstract: In this study, we investigated the emotional and motivational factors involved in fingerprint analysis in day‐to‐day routine case work and in significant and harrowing criminal investigations. Thematic analysis was performed on interviews with 13 experienced fingerprint examiners from a variety of law enforcement agencies. The data revealed factors relating to job satisfaction and the use of skill. Individual satisfaction related to catching criminals was observed; this was most notable in solving high profile, serious, or long‐running cases. There were positive emotional effects associated with matching fingerprints and apparent fear of making errors. Finally, we found evidence for a need of cognitive closure in fingerprint examiner decision‐making.

通过对我国警察职业倦怠的成因进行解构与分析可以看出,我国警察职业倦怠主要是由警察执法认知水平和管理水平与当今社会发展不协调造成的,应针对我国警察的工作实际采取相应的措施缓解警察职业倦怠的状况。     

侦查讯问中的情绪调节

在侦查讯问的激烈对抗中,侦查人员和犯罪嫌疑人都会出现剧烈的情绪变化。因此,有必要从心理学和侦查学相结合的角度去探讨侦查人员和犯罪嫌疑人的情绪反应,并在此基础上分析这些情绪产生的原因,提出有针对性的情绪调节策略。此举对于查明犯罪事实,达到预期目标具有重要的意义和价值。
