道德信仰研究综述

道德信仰被理解为对道德目标的信服与崇拜，它是对道德生活的超越性把握。道德信仰赋予道德以精神本体，同时又是人的精神生命形式。善恶因果链的断裂、两种明的冲突、市场经济的负面效应，以及道德体系自身的缺失等导致了道德信仰危机。对道德信仰危机既要有忧患意识，又要持乐观态度。重塑道德信仰的基本途径是建立与市场经济相适应的道德体系和道德法制化。道德信仰研究的存疑颇多，如，道德信仰能否科学把握，其理性与非理性如何统一？对道德信仰危机的否定性评价的标准是否具有自明的真理性？道德法制化与道德的自由精神有无冲突？等等，这些问题都有待深入研究。     

论法律的情感生命力——兼析宗教信仰

法律的生命力来自于公众对法律的真诚信仰。法律应当反映公众普遍的情感、观念意识;法律信仰与宗教信仰有一定的相似性,从中人们能够获得某种启示。     

明清之际民间宗教信仰对基督教在华传播的影响

明清之际基督教与中国民间宗教信仰的接触是基督教在华传播史上的重要内容。本文分析了中国民间宗教信仰与基督教的差异以及明清之际民间宗教信仰对基督教的同化、对抗与排斥,认为民间宗教信仰对基督教当时在华的传播产生了重大的影响,在二者的接触中始终处于主导地位,决定着基督教在华传播的命运。     

信仰与人的历史性存在

人是历史性的存在,但同时又有着超越既定历史性的信仰。信仰与人的历史性存在是辩证统一的关系。传统理性主义以信仰来否定人的历史性存在,相反,现代西方哲学以人的历史性存在来否定信仰,各执一端,最终都陷入悖论。马克思主义哲学以实践为基础,真正实现了信仰与人的历史性存在的辩证统一,揭示了人类在制约和超越、必然与自由之间的张力和空间中的生存境遇及历史过程。

佤族民间信仰中的生态智慧与实践

作为一个进入现代社会不足百年的民族,佤族的民间信仰中蕴含着独特的生态智慧,并通过具体的实践行为实现了人与自然关系的调适,直至今日仍继续对维护本民族自然生态产生实际效用。文章认为深挖佤族民间信仰及其具体生态实践行为中蕴含的生态智慧,可为当今民族地区生态文明建设提供一定借鉴。     

The Recovery and Persistence of Salivary DNA on Human Skin

Abstract: Salivary DNA is encountered in many crimes, such as sexual assaults and murders. In this study, saliva from three male donors was deposited on the skin of three female recipients. The amount of male salivary DNA remaining on the female skin was measured over a 96‐h period using the Quantifiler? Y Human Male DNA Quantification Kit. In eight of the nine experiments, a full male DNA profile matching the donor was obtained even after 96 h. In addition, the study showed that the concentration of salivary DNA varied from donor to donor and from day to day. The efficiency of two recovery methods, wet and dry swabbing and minitaping, was compared. The results indicate the tapelift method gave higher DNA recovery. This study also examined the secondary transfer of salivary DNA from skin to fabrics. Cotton and polyester give higher DNA transfer than leather.     

The expression of cultural and religious practice： A constitutional test

Various conventions and national constitutions are differently worded and the interpretation of national constitutions, in particular, reflects different approaches to the concepts of equality and non-discrimination. Different approaches adopted in the different national jurisdictions arise not only from different textual provisions and from different historical circumstances, but also from different jurisprudential and philosophical understanding of equality. The jurisprudence of courts makes clear that the proper reach of the equality right must be determined by reference to the society＇s history and the underlying values of the Constitution. It has been observed that a major constitutional object is the creation of a non-racial and non-sexist egalitarian society underpinned by human dignity, the rule of law, a democratic ethos and human rights. From there emerges a concept of equality that goes beyond mere formal equality and mere non-discrimination which requires identical treatment, whatever the starting point or impact. The question is, how does the state, in limiting religious freedom, conform to the standards of an open and democratic society based on human dignity, equality and freedom？ The hope is that the conclusion of this paper will then be able to be extended to more controversial cases, in particular, involving limits on the right to freedom of expression, culture and belief.     

浙南畲族社会变迁中的文化适应——以景宁敕木山区畲族村落社区汤夫人信仰为田野案例

以浙江景宁畲族自治县敕木山区惠明寺等“六保”畲族村落社区汤夫人信仰为田野案例,从文化适应与族群互动的视角,着重阐释了“六保”畲民是如何通过对汉文化采借和再编码的方式建构起族群内部的汤夫人信仰体系的,以及该信仰体系的社区功能意义。从而为深入解读浙南畲族文化特质及其社会经济文化变迂规律,提供一种分析的新路径。
