GC/MS测定尿液中氯胺酮含量不确定度评定

目的评定气相色谱—质谱法（GC/MS）测定尿液中氯胺酮含量的不确定度。方法依据不确定度评定的指导性文件,从测定程序分析了不确定度的来源,量化不确定度分量,计算检测结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果尿液检材中测定结果平均值为0.257μg/mL的扩展不确定度为0.016μg/mL。结论尿液中氯胺酮含量的不确定度主要来源于标准品纯度和标准曲线。     

喷墨打印机走纸步进量作为机种特征的实验研究

目的确定一个有助于识别喷墨打印机种的墨迹特征。方法对Epson、HP、Canon和Lexmark四大品牌的65种喷墨打印机的实验输出样本墨迹中重复出现的瑕疵进行分析。这些瑕疵包括：横向漏白条纹、重叠条纹和纵向对接错位等。结果相邻两个瑕疵之间的距离与打印机固有的走纸步进量直接相关。观测得出的走纸步进量既稳定又反映特定机种。结论将走纸步进量作为一个喷墨打印机种特征来利用具有较强的有效性和可行性。     

大学生诚信影响因素的解析结构模型研究

基于层次分析法,从自身因素、家庭环境、学校环境和社会环境四个一级指标,构建大学生诚信的影响因素指标体系,充分考虑各因素之间存在的错综复杂的影响关系,借助解析结构模型（ISM）,建立大学生诚信影响因素的层次递阶结构,找出大学生诚信的最根本影响因素是家庭经济条件、社会环境、网络与媒体导向、学校监督力度和校内利益分配,并根据影响因素的层次结构,从家庭、学校、社会三个方面提出了加强大学生诚信教育的对策。     

论意思表示错误——以与重大误解制度比较的视角

意思表示错误制度,在平衡意思自治、保护信赖利益、维护交易安全方面发挥着重大作用。国外民法对意思表示错误的研究比较深入,但我国《民法通则》并没有采用错误这一概念,而是以重大误解取而代之,且规定粗陋。本文从与重大误解制度比较的视角,以历史发展路径、法理基础、结构效力差异、立法完善构想等四个部分论意思表示错误,以求为我国意思表示制度的构建提出建设性意见。     

宪法本质探析

要研究宪法,必须从宪法的实质入手,还其以本来面目。经济是社会发展的基础,人类的经济活动产生了利益,利益则体现为自然资源及社会资源,并最终抽象为权利和权力。宪法从古代到现代的演进,说明从国家这个共同体出现后,就必然出现一个调配国家利益与公民利益分配的规则或观念。国家内的利益主体的变迁导致利益分配的规则也随之变更,这便是宪法的运动模式。在宪法关系中,国家作为一方利益主体的地位是恒定的,宪法的实质也就是在确立国家这个共同体的同时,调配国家利益与公民利益及其他利益主体间利益分配的规则。     

The Effect of Vertebral Numerical Variation on Anatomical Stature Estimates

Abstract: Most humans possess 24 presacral vertebrae composed of seven cervicals, 12 thoracics, and five lumbars. However, variation from this standard pattern exists. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of congenital vertebral numerical variation on anatomical stature estimates and to recommend appropriate procedures when such variation occurs. Our sample consists of 41 individuals with unusual vertebral count patterns and known cadaveric statures from the Smithsonian’s Terry Collection. Raxter et al. published a revised Fully anatomical technique in 2006 and we used this to estimate living stature. Based on our results, we recommend using the standard anatomical technique to reconstruct stature, regardless of vertebral pattern. However, when an individual possesses six sacral segments together with a normal number of presacral vertebrae, we recommend the addition of a slight correction factor of 1.3 cm or 0.8% of estimated stature.

东北地区农业系统资源利用方式及其效益的历史变迁

历史上东北地区水草丰沛,森林茂密,沼泽遍地。生息繁衍于此的东北先民,或渔猎,或游牧,或农耕。明清以来,尤其是清中期实行招垦政策以来,东北地区的荒田、草地、山林、沼泽,均得到了大面积的农业开发,造成农田系统对草地系统、森林系统、沼泽系统不断包抄与逐渐挤压,深刻影响了东北地区的作物布局与耕地制度。受此影响,东北地区种植业系统功能日益强化,而畜牧业系统、林业系统以及渔猎系统功能呈日渐式微趋势,外来移民的大量涌入以及放垦政策的大力推行难辞其咎。     

A revised list of independent states since the congress of Vienna

We examine the criteria for membership in the international system as applied in the widely employed system membership list maintained by the Correlates of War Project. Some problems with existing classifications are illustrated and some analytical and empirical consequences of these problems are detailed. Using updated criteria and information, we develop a revised and updated list of the composition of the international system of nation state actors in world politics from the Congress of Vienna to the present.     

Ideological Congruence: Illusion or Imperfection?

Paul Warwick ( 2016 ) argues that much of the research on ideological congruence leaves the erroneous impression that a close match of median left‐right voter opinions and government ideological positions usually emerges from elections. I propose further clarifications. I offer a “natural metric” based on the average distances from the median voter of the most distant and the closest parties competing in all these countries’ elections. I suggest that by these standards average ideological congruence in the Western liberal democracies in the last 20 years has been fairly successful, but not as successful as it could be.
