立足我国现实国情,详尽分析我国自然人流动的动因,并从我国服务贸易的进出口两方面分别论述我国对自然人流动的GATS承诺及我国服务提供者进入外国市场的现状,最后,提出完善我国自然人流动的若干法律建议:建立支持和鼓励自然人流动的法律机制;积极参与国际服务贸易规则的制定和自然人流动的谈判;调整服务人员的输出结构并拓宽流动渠道;建立灵活高效的服务人员输出管理体制;严格自然人流动方面的法律规则;大力开展人才培训以提高服务人员的竞争力。

APEC制度化发展趋势的经济因素分析

近些年来,APEC(亚太经济合作组织)由非机制化逐步走向制度化的发展新趋势日益明显,其深层次的经济因素在于:一是APEC在贸易投资自由化与经济技术合作进程中矛盾的存在及其解决需要形成一种以“硬约束”为特征的制度化运作机制;二是为避免有关的“搭便车”行为并进而有效地监控成员和非成员的自由化行为也要求产生一种规范化的制度约束;三是集体行动的效率与监督成本的降低也迫切要求强化制度约束;四是区域经济一体化的制度安排是否有效也是APEC能否实现其一体化目标的重要前提。     

论证券犯罪产生的几个制度性因素

为了预防和减少证券市场的犯罪行为,从制度角度探寻证券犯罪产生的社会因素是十分必要的。在我国证券市场中,政府身兼多种角色、政策缺乏稳定性、行政主导型的证券供给机制等制度性因素,时常成为证券犯罪产生的客观条件,对此必须高度重视。     

Adolescent Impulsivity: Findings From a Community Sample

Impulsivity is central to several psychopathological states in adolescence. However, there is little consensus concerning the definition of impulsivity and its core dimensions. In response to this lack of consensus, Whiteside and Lynam (2001, Pers. Individ. Differ. 30, 669–689) have developed the UPPS Impulsive Behavior Scale, which is able to distinguish 4 dimensions of impulsivity in adults: Urgency, lack of Premeditation, lack of Perseverance, and Sensation seeking. The question arises of whether these 4 dimensions also exist in adolescents and also of whether gender differences can be observed. A sample of teenagers (314 girls and 314 boys) completed a French version of the scale (Van der Linden et al., Eur. J. Psychol. Assess., 2005). Based on exploratory and confirmatory analyses, the 4-factor model is replicated in girls, boys, and the whole sample. Concerning gender differences, girls have a higher score for Urgency and boys a higher score for Sensation seeking. Overall, this study suggests that the UPPS is a promising tool for studying impulsivity in adolescence. 上海职工队伍状况评价研究

五年一次的职工队伍状况调查是全面了解职工队伍总体状况、变化特点和发展趋势的重要举措。2017年6月,上海启动第八次上海职工队伍状况调查,利用此次调查获得的数据,通过构建评价体系,采用无量纲化方法对上海职工工作生活情况进行打分,利用多元回归分析测度不同特征性因素的影响程度。从整个评价分析结果来看,各模块的得分存在较大的差距,不同群体间的差异同样非常明显。性别、婚姻状况、户籍作为求职过程中简历筛选的主要因素,对于职工队伍状况评价的影响相对较小;年龄、文化程度、工作岗位等三个因素的影响则更为明显,代际差异、学历鸿沟、岗位壁垒尤为显著。     

铁路内部不安定因素的特点、处置原则和方法研究

当前，随着铁路改革发展不断深化，影响铁路稳定的新问题、新情况逐渐增多，铁路内部矛盾出现新变化，呈现出主体多元、类型多样、矛盾复杂、行为过激等新的特点。在矛盾纠纷排查调处过程中，必须准确把握“慎用警力、调解优先、标本兼治、教育前置”等原则，改进工作方法，加大矛盾排查、矛盾化解、宣传查处、责任追究、奖惩考核等工作的力度，维护铁路内部稳定。     

老年人生活满意度影响因素实证分析——以江苏省泰州市为例

老年人生活满意度是老年人对自身生活状态的主观评价,是反映养老质量的直接指标。为了解老年人养老状况和生活满意度,并找出老年人生活满意度的影响因素,在借鉴了相关研究成果的基础上,该文对江苏省泰州市老年人养老状况进行了调查,对可能影响老年人生活满意度的若干因素进行了卡方检验和回归分析,找出了影响老年人生活满意度的因素,对于改进养老模式、改善养老状况具有一定意义。     

Patience as the rational foundation of sociotropic voting

Economic voting is one of the most important mechanisms on explaining voting behavior and on establishing the democratic accountability. However, people tend to use perceived national economic condition on evaluating the incumbent, which is known as sociotropic voting, instead of their pocketbook. Previous studies suggest both altruism and self-interested future expectation may help explain this seemingly irrational behavior, but empirical works have not yet found convincing evidence to prove or disprove the self-interested motivation. This article suggests that patience makes people discount less on the potential future influence of the current national economic change; if self-interest drives sociotropic voting, patient voters would be more sociotropic. Consistent with the hypothesis, individual-level data from 2014 Comparative Congressional Election Survey shows that patient voters rely more on the perceived national economic change to evaluate the incumbent and make vote choice. Limited evidence of the linkage between impatience and pocketbook voting among non-partisans, and on the country-level is also provided.
