云南省禁吸戒毒工作新途径——浅谈对吸毒人员收戒方式由“外循环”向“内循环”转变的重要性和可行性

所谓对吸毒人员收戒由“外循环”向“内循环”转变 ,就是由强制戒毒所将吸毒人员的收戒和劳动康复时间从 3至 6个月延长至 1年 ;扩大收戒吸毒人员的容量 ,一次性将本地吸毒人员全部收戒 ,做到社会面上无吸毒人员 ;实现把戒毒人员的生理脱瘾、心理矫正、劳动康复、自食其力作为禁吸禁毒工作这一系统工程的关键点来实施 ,以提高戒断巩固质量的新举措。     

从“模块教学”到“口径教学”——谈高职类艺术设计教育的战略调整

高职艺术设计教育实施“模块教育”与“口径教学” ,实质上是以教学理念的创新为基础来推动教学手段的改革 ,也就是突出艺术设计教育的时效性 ,并获得其在空间上的可持续发展。实施这一战略调整的现实背景是市场对人才要求的多样化、综合化 ,所要达到的目的是使艺术人才的最终价值体现在产品艺术价值、商品价值的创造上。     

The Reliability of Pattern Classification in Bloodstain Pattern Analysis—PART 2: Bloodstain Patterns on Fabric Surfaces,

This study was designed to produce the first baseline measure of the reliability of bloodstain pattern classifications on fabric surfaces. Experienced bloodstain pattern analysts classified bloodstain patterns on pairs of trousers that represented three fabric substrates. Patterns also varied in type (impact, cast‐off, expiration, satellite stains from dripped blood, and transfer) and extent. In addition, case summaries that accompanied each pattern contained contextual cues that either supported the correct answer (i.e., positive bias), were misleading toward an incorrect answer (i.e., negative bias), or contained no directional information (i.e., neutral). Overall, 23% percent of the resulting classifications were erroneous. The majority (51%) of errors resulted from analysts misclassifying satellite stains from dripped blood. Relative to the neutral information, the positive‐bias information increased correct classifications and decreased erroneous classifications, and the negative‐bias information decreased correct classifications and increased erroneous classifications. The implications of these findings for BPA are discussed.     

A Molecular Method to Detect Wound Cells in Bloodstains Resultant of Sharp Force Injuries for Crime Scene Reconstruction

Previous research by the authors on an animal model showed that bloodstains can contain additional information about their somatic origin in the form of wound cells. Bloodstains produced by a gunshot wound to the head were distinguished from bloodstains produced by a gunshot wound to the chest by testing the stains for a brain microRNA marker. In this study, the effectiveness of the technique was examined on blood drops shed externally from a stab wound to the liver of rat carcasses. Specifically, investigations were conducted on the liver microRNA marker, rno‐mir‐122‐3p, with the QIAGEN miScript System, and PCR analysis. Between the two stabbing methods used, 67% of the scalpel blades and 57% of the blood drops tested positive for rno‐mir‐122‐3p; however, other samples tested negative giving inconclusive results as to the wound‐of‐origin. The amount of the liver cells in the bloodstains appeared to be related to the extent of trauma.

在稻作文化的框架下,从考古学、历史学、民俗学、语言学等方面具体翔实地论证了越族与臼本倭人的紧密联系。本文使用的“鸡血石”、“蟠螭纹谷纹璧”以及越语与日语关键词的语音对应等证据都是笔者的新发现,据此而提出的许多观点也是前人从未提出过的。结论是：公元前222年,越国“子爵”从杭州湾逃往日本九州岛南部,在那里建立了自己的方国,而且他的四世孙经过“东征”,最后终于在日本本州岛的奈良盆地开创了一个新王朝。     

Contrasting simulated and empirical experiments in crime prevention

This paper argues that simulated experiments of crime prevention interventions are an important class of research methods that compare favorably with empirical experiments. It draws on Popper’s demarcation between science and non-science (Conjectures and refutations: the growth of scientific knowledge. Routledge, London, 1992) and Epstein’s principle of generative explanation (Generative social science: studies in agent-based computational modeling. Princeton University Press, Princeton, NJ, 2006) to show how simulated experiments can falsify theory. The paper compares simulated and empirical experiments and shows that simulations have strengths that empirical methods lack, but they also have important relative weaknesses. We identify three threats to internal validity and two forms of external validity peculiar to simulated experiments. The paper also looks at the problem of validating simulations with crime data and suggests that simulations need to mimic the error production processes involved in the creation of empirical data. It concludes by listing ways simulations can be used to improve empirical experiments and discussing the differing operating assumption of empirical and simulation experimentalists.

话语主位推进与司法判决推理

司法判决书是裁判过程的书面表达。法官作出裁判的过程,实质上就是以认定的案件事实和相关的法律规范为前提,运用演绎形式推理合乎逻辑地推演出判决结论的司法判决推理过程。主位推进理论研究连贯语篇中决定句子内容成份排列和句子之间配列、进而决定整个语篇语义内容发展方向的各个小句的主位、述位之间的联系和变化。依据横向话语流时间维度和纵向话语主位结构成分逻辑关系维度构建的话语主位推进分析框架,运用定性研究方法,探讨一篇优秀民事判决书的“本院认为……”部分如何实现演绎形式推理和法律命题内容实质推理双重共振的司法判决推理过程。     

The strategies and proposals for ecological port construction in China

The rapid development of ports has caused serious environmental pollution in China. With the promotion of conservation culture recently, a brand-new developing pattern of port is brought forward, namely ecological port. The definition and conceptual model of ecological port were discussed in the beginning of this paper. Based on the analysis and comparison of experiences in environmental protection and construction of the advanced ecological ports in U.S.A., Japan, Australia, and U.K., the issues facing with ecological port development were discussed and corresponding countermeasures were suggested. The suggestions were mainly concerned with eco-port plan, environmental protection policies, index system development, port function and industry structure transformation, and development patterns for ecological port in China.     

Research on detection techniques for pattern modifications of playing cards used in illegal gambling operations

We investigated pattern-modified marked cards used in fraudulent gambling cases in Korea. These cards are printed with modifications to some of the repeated marks on the back, revealing the hand on the front and enabling fraudsters to deceive their victims. We proposed a method for identifying the modified part by first enhancing the card's color difference using an image processing technique and then calculating the similarity between the repeated basic patterns with a Siamese network. This method is fast and convenient, as it can determine the deformation with only 1 or 2 cards and can be implemented in mobile applications, allowing law enforcement officers to investigate quickly. The proposed method serves as a useful tool to aid document examiners in making judgments, as it does not require expensive equipment and effectively visualizes the alterations.
