优势为本的理论价值在青少年成长小组工作中的运用策略初探

基于当前国内社会工作领域存在的学术与实践取向的分离,以及当前青少年工作模式的不合理性,提出将优势视角运用于青少年社会工作实践领域的设想,并结合社会工作成长小组内涵、特征,探索出一条更加适合青少年社会工作实践的工作模式。     

Technology-Mediated Exposure to Police–Citizen Encounters: A Quasi-Experimental Assessment of Consequences for Citizen Perceptions

Anecdotal evidence suggests that recent video-recorded police–citizen encounters have undermined police legitimacy and fueled civil unrest across the United States. Drawing from the process-based model of policing, social cognitive theory, and past research on media effects, we assess the influence of viewing cell phone videos of police–citizen encounters on perceptions of law enforcement. Using quasi-experimental methods and video footage of an actual police–citizen encounter captured on cell phones, the effects of viewing these videos are assessed using a series of repeated measure ANOVAs. Results indicate that viewing cell phone videos of police–citizen encounters significantly impacts perceptions of law enforcement, though little evidence of differing effects based on point-of-view, number of video exposures, or ordering of video exposures was found. The process-based model of policing should consider further incorporating the contributions of technology to provide a more holistic account of the factors influencing perceptions of police.

村民自治是中国农村民主政治建设的伟大实践,对农村的经济生活和政治生活产生了重大而又深远的影响。本文扫描了村民自治条件下农村干群关系的状况、特征和态势,挖掘透视了村民自治条件下农村干群关系紧张、扭曲的深层根源,并对如何矫正农村的干群关系提出了对策思路和政策建议。     

言说的疆域——浅谈大陆学者所撰台湾文学史的理论视野

历史叙事实则体现了写作主体的精神动态,通过历史叙事呈现,我们可以洞察主体意识形态走向.鉴于台湾文学史的特性以及两岸相隔的现实,大陆的台湾文学史写作更突出了距离对视中包含的种种政治文化想像,通过考察历史叙事提供的言说疆域版图,一方面可以探掘这一想像空间的多面维度,另一方面也可以完善学科的发展建设.本文选择刘登翰、杨匡汉、黎湘萍以及朱立立等所撰写的几本台湾文学史著作为样本,试析大陆学者台湾文学史理论视野的位移及其背后意识形态的变动.     

乡间"画廊"中的人性之光--论李广田20世纪30年代乡土散文的思想倾向

李广田在20世纪30年代的乡土散文创作以忆旧视角、乡土题材和人性主题形成了自己鲜明的思想倾向.他继承"五四"人的文学"传统,从超越政治、关注人生的独特的文学功利观出发,在对都市文明失望的同时,通过乡间的"画廊",展示出灿烂的人性之光,表现出了弘扬健康人性、以文学的道德力量重塑民族性格的热望.     

青年文化建设的内涵和视域

当代中国青年文化是现代与传统的对话与互融,是青年文化内涵的重构与创新,是青年时代精神、价值观念的重构。内容上既要坚持教育性又要体现传统与时尚相结合。     

Improving psychosocial well-being of child laborers and young people who are engaged in low-income economic activities in Istanbul,Turkey

Child laborers are typically subjected to multiple and chronic traumatic experiences. With no parents or caregivers to act as a buffer zone against stressors, they grow up in chaotic and unpredictable work environments. Child laborers are more at risk of developing a range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral problems. The authors established an 8-month psychosocial support program for child laborers and young people attending a vocational training center one day a week. The authors found that anxiety and depression moderately correlated with negative self-concept, somatization, and hostility. Toward the end of the 8-month program, participants reported improved psychological and emotional well-being. The provision of a safe and mediated psychosocial program enhanced the emotional and mental well-being of vulnerable children and young people.     

Not unlearning to care – positive moral development as a cornerstone of nonkilling

ABSTRACT

In this theoretical paper, selected areas of moral development as well as some of the respective theories and models are used to characterise positive, healthy moral development. Such moral development is seen as one prerequisite of nonkilling. From a lifespan perspective, core concepts such as moral motivation and moral agency are combined into an understanding of moral development, as based on the making meaning of experience in the context of social interaction and co-construction. The aim of (socio)moral development is seen in moral maturity, that is, the genuine understanding of the way our own actions or nonactions affect the welfare of others, including the motivation, the sense of personal responsibility, and the will to act in such ways as not to harm or to protect or re-establish others’ welfare. Reaching this aim can be seen as the outcome of healthy moral development.     

人权法学视野下的私有财产权问题——兼与对其法制保障的初探

财产权是人类谋求生存与发展的基本权利,也是维系人类自由与尊严的根基。从人权法学角度来看,财产权同时又具有人权意义上的价值。因此,财产权制度在注重实现财产的经济功能的同时,也要关注社会的自由、平等与正义价值。人类社会发展至今,私有财产是其不可或缺的重要组成部分,人类参与社会生活的始终都伴随着其对财产权利的发展,因而,要注重加强对私有财产权的保障力度。
