党校重视对学员学风的培养与教育--回忆在党校学习的时候

论英语教学的系统性

英语知识的传播和获得是一项系统工程。在英语教学中引入系统科学机制 ,把英语教学纳入系统的教学轨道 ,使英语教学中的实体教学系统与教学环境系统相互依存、相互制约 ,是构成英语教学系统良性运行的基础。     

Effects of Partner Violence and Physical Child Abuse on Child Behavior: A Study of Abused and Comparison Children

This study tests a model of the effects on child behavioral outcome of the child's exposure to partner violence and child abuse, in children who have experienced the two forms of victimization either separately or together. Recognizing that family contextual factors play an important role in influencing child outcome, an ecological model is proposed that designates family stress as the principal exogenous factor, with effects on child outcome mediated through caretaker distress, partner violence, and child abuse. The sample consists of 100 confirmed cases of physically abused New York City schoolchildren, ages 9 to 12 years, and their families, and 100 nonmaltreated classmates, matched for gender, age, and, as closely as possible, for race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status, and their families. Child behavioral outcome is assessed by classmates for antisocial, prosocial, and withdrawn behavior and by parents and teachers for externalizing and internalizing problem behavior. Results are generally consistent with the hypothesis that partner violence and caretaker distress, both associated with family stress, increase the risk for child abuse and thereby raise the child's risk for poor outcome. Implications of differences among raters for the model's applicability, and implications of the results for clinical intervention, are discussed.     

“相对合理主义”及其局限性

司法改革的相对合理主义理论主要由三部分组成 :司法改革的长远目标 ,也就是司法合理化的基本标准和改革的方向 ;中国的现实条件对司法合理化的作用 ;在中国的现实条件下 ,可行、有效的司法改革与司法操作的路径与方法。第一部分是讲这一理论的前提 ,第二部分是讲这一理论在方法论上的基础 ,第三部分是讲相对合理主义本身所包含的内容以及它在实践中的运用方式 (这实际是两个问题 )。     

论中国特色社会工作理论框架的构建

在社会工作专业化发展的进程中，长期存在着理论研究相对滞后的倾向。这种倾向对我国恢复和重建中的专业工作及其教育产生了严重的影响。要适应我国社会结构转型的需要，促进专业化社会工作及其教育的健康发展，中国社会工作学界必须立足中国，善于创新，构建起有中国特色的社会工作专业理论体系，实现社会工作理论与方法的本土化。     

当代世界的主要共产党对社会主义理论的探索

目前，资本主义世界的各国共产党不仅在冷战后坚持了下来，而且在当代社会主义理论探索上获得了较大的成就；对苏东剧变的性质和原因有了进一步的认识；对当代资本主义的新变化有了进一步的认识；对当代社会主义的许多问题有了新的认识；对党的性质，奋斗目标，指导思想，组织原则，革命道路和对外政策等问题都有许多新的认识。     

Hart,Raz and the Concept of a Legal System

An underpinning assumption of modern legal positivism isthat the question of how legal standards differ fromnormative standards in other spheres of human thoughtis resolved via the concept of a legal system and thenotion of internal logic, through use of contextualdefinition. This approach is seen to lead to anuntenable form of structuralism altogether atodds with the positivist's intentions. An alternativestrategy is offered which allows the positivists toretain their deepest insights, though at a price.     

Child Abuse Potential: A Comparison of Subtypes of Maritally Violent Men and Nonviolent Men

Researchers have demonstrated an overlap between husband-to-wife violence and child abuse, but we know little about which maritally violent men are at greatest risk for engaging in child abuse. This study examined child abuse potential across 4 subtypes of maritally violent men (i.e., family only, low level antisocial, borderline/dysphoric, and generally violent/antisocial; Holtzworth-Munroe et al., and 2 comparison groups of nonviolent men (i.e., maritally distressed or not), using the Child Abuse Potential Inventory (CAP; J. S. Milner [1986])). The results revealed that the borderline/dysphoric batterer subtype had significantly higher child abuse potential scores than all of the other violent subtypes and the nonviolent comparison groups. Theoretical and clinical implications are briefly discussed.     

AN EXPLORATORY STUDY OF SUPERVISED ACCESS AND CUSTODY EXCHANGE SERVICES

The detrimental effect of parental conflict in protracted child custody and visitation disputes is well established in the literature. However, little is known about the impact of parental conflict on children when visitation takes place in a protected setting. Part of a larger study that examined the broader issues related to parental and child involvement in a supervised access and custody exchange service, this article specifically explores the influence of parental participation on child well-being. This exploratory effort reveals that children's level of adjustment remained stable over 6 months of participation while visitation returned to court-ordered levels and interparental contact was precluded by staff intervention.
