多媒体教学手段在警务实战训练中的运用

目前,多媒体教学手段因其独特的优势在警务实战教学与训练中得到了广泛应用。然而其运用方法、技巧以及应用过程中存在的问题,理论界尚未做深入探讨。在警务战术教学与训练中,不能强求针对所有的教学内容和教学环节都要运用多媒体技术。同时,也不能要求多媒体教学以一个固定的模式展开。我们应该根据教学内容的性质和需要灵活地运用多媒体技术。不过,从多媒体教学实际情况来看,仍有系列问题需引起我们的重视。     

Child Sexual Abuse Perpetrated by Women: Case Series and Review of the Literature

The literature on child sexual abuse (CSA) perpetrated by female sexual offenders (FSOs) is exiguous, and many studies have focused on judicial databases. The present retrospective study, instead, analyzed clinical and judicial data of a group of both victims and alleged FSOs, to additionally include women who have not been convicted by the criminal justice system, but who hold strong clinical suspicions of being perpetrators of CSA. The medical records and the Court files of 11 children and their eight suspected FSOs have been collected and critically reviewed in light of the literature to date. This approach allowed for a deeper understanding of the relationship between child and FSO. The authors hypothesize that the victims’ severe psychopathological outcomes were a result of a failure to develop appropriate attachments with their prospective caregivers, which could have been damaged by the pathological relationship with FSOs, who were the victims’ caregivers.     

对《中华人民共和国义务教育法》第11条的修改建议

我国义务教育法第11条关于儿童入学年龄的规定,脱离了我国的实际,造成了该条规定在现实生活中的认识不统一及实际上不能执行。为了避免理解不统一带来的法律遵守执行存在的问题,建议对义务教育法第11条的规定进行修改。

江总书记提出的”依法治国”和“以德治国”的并举思想，是“法治”与“德治”辩证法的科学总结；是发展市场经济，建设有中国特色社会主义的客观要求；它不是简单的施政策略，而是新时期治理国家的伟大方略，所以具有十分重大的理论意义和实践意义。     

服刑人员性权利保障问题初探

随着依法治国和司法改革步伐的不断推进,我国服刑人员人权保障虽取得了长足进步,但仍有许多尚需改进和完善的地方。其中,性权利作为服刑人员所享有的一种自然权利,却因受社会意识观念和国家法律体制等因素的制约,造成其本应合法享有的性权利成为被剥夺自由权的"殉葬品"。通过对服刑人员性权利现状实证调查,制约服刑人员性权利保障的因素有文化、政治、经济和法制等因素,把基本人权这一理念贯彻到解决服刑人员性权利问题的行为中去,积极出台相关法律法规,不失为一较好的思路。     

英国警察临战战术的特点及其启示

面对不断恶化的社会治安形势，英国警方在加强自身装备建设的同时，十分注重临战战术的研究、培训及应用，以有效发挥警察临战效能，其经验和做法具有鲜明的特点，非常值得我们思考与借鉴。     

Positive Resolution of Childhood Sexual Abuse Experiences: The Role of Coping,Benefit-Finding and Meaning-Making

Resolution of the trauma of childhood sexual abuse (CSA), and the current adjustment of 60 adult female CSA survivors were explored through qualitative and quantitative analyses of their coping strategies, perceived benefits, and meaning-making attempts. While the majority of the women (87%) perceived at least some benefit resulting from coping with the CSA experience, many (29%) found it impossible to make any meaning of their trauma. Specific benefits that were associated with various aspects of positive adjustment (marital satisfaction, better physical health, less isolation) included improved relationships with others, religious or spiritual growth, and improved parenting skills. Some perceived benefits were actually associated with a negative outcome. Increased knowledge of sexual abuse was associated with more isolation and lower marital satisfaction. When positive meaning could be derived from the coping process, the women reported less isolation. Avoidant coping was strongly associated with more depressive symptoms and poorer resolution of abuse issues. Results highlight the importance of considering coping strategies and cognitive restructuring efforts in designing therapeutic interventions with this population. IS THE APPROXIMATION RULE IN THE CHILD'S BEST INTERESTS?

In an effort to develop clear and uniform standards for the allocation of custodial responsibility, the American Law Institute has proposed a number of reforms. For example, under the approximation rule, the proportion of time parents spent with their children performing direct caregiving functions prior to the divorce would be reflected in the proportion of custodial time allotted to each parent after divorce. Much of the rationale used to justify the approximation rule is explicitly or implicitly based on attachment theory ( Bowlby, 1969, 1973, 1980 ). This article discusses the assumptions and implications of the approximation rule from the standpoint of attachment theory.     

Co-Occurrence of Interparental Violence and Child Physical Abuse and It’s Effect on the Adolescents’ Behavior

This study analyzed the impact of the co-occurrence of parental and interparental violence on the behavior of adolescents. Results reveal that the co-occurrence of interparental violence and child physical abuse has a significantly greater negative impact on behavior than does exposure to interparental violence only. Moreover, participants, who are both abused and exposed to interparental violence, exhibit internalized and externalized symptoms falling within the clinical range more frequently. Exposure exclusively to interparental violence also has definite impact; for example, teens who are only exposed to interparental violence exhibit internalized and externalized symptoms more frequently than do those who have been neither subject to physical abuse from a parent nor exposed to interparental violence. Implications of the findings are discussed.
