农村亲子关系的问题及其调适——以代沟理论为视角

亲予关系联系的是年龄、心理、思想观念、行为方式、成长环境、教育背景、生活环境、生活阅历都非常不相同的两代人，它是家庭人际关系的核心内容之一。亲子关系不同于夫妻关系，其研究有独特的视角。在代沟理论下考察农村亲子关系的现状及存在的问题，寻找调适途径，以积极的交流和沟通方式以及尊重和宽容的心态改变家庭教养方式，促进亲代的继续社会化，是消除代际对立、建立和谐亲子关系的有效方法。     

Parenting Stress,Parenting Behavior,and Children’s Adjustment in Families Experiencing Intimate Partner Violence

Children exposed to intimate partner violence are known to experience a number of negative outcomes, including behavioral and emotional problems; however, possible mechanisms accounting for this relationship are unclear. There is considerable evidence that parenting stress has a direct effect on child adjustment problems and on parenting behaviors; parenting behaviors, in turn, have been repeatedly shown to be related to child outcomes. The hypothesis that parenting mediates the relationship between parenting stress and child behavioral and emotional problems according to Abidin’s (Journal of Clinical Child Psychology, 21:407–412, 1992) model was tested in a sample of 190 battered women and their 4-to12-year-old children. No support for mediation was found for either mother- or child-reported outcomes. Parenting stress had a strong direct effect on child behavioral and emotional problems. These findings have implications for the viability of Abidin’s model, as well as for interventions with battered women that address parenting stress. The authors would like to thank the women, children, and staff at the shelters for battered women who participated in this study.

法理学视角下的刑事证人作证制度立法问题研究

刑事证人作证制度立法存在问题是影响证人出庭作证的最主要原因。从法理学视角来看,这些问题表现为违背法制的统一性,法律的调整机制远未建立,立法技术欠缺科学性等,因此必须在刑事诉讼法再修订时予以完善,使证人愿意出庭作证。     

No Looming Baby Boom in China

正YANG Wenzhuang,director of the primary level family planning guidance department of the National Health and Family Planning Commission(NHFPC),has announced that the whole country is preparing to implement the new birth policy of allowing two children for families in which either parent is an only child.The policy is expected to come into force in some provinces in the fi rst quarter of2014.Vice Minster of the NHFPC Wang Pei’an commented that the policy adjustment would not lead to a sharp increase of yearly births;by 2020,the population will be below 1.43 billion,peaking at less than 1.5 billion,far behind the country’s long-term projection.
