习近平总书记在2016年"两会"期间,在上海代表团发表重要讲话,强调要想办法调动一线工人、制造业工人、农民工的积极性,这也是社会主义的本质要求。工人阶级是主人翁,主人翁的地位要体现出来。在全面建成小康社会决胜阶段,要积极探索和建立落实职工主人翁地位,进一步实现职工群众当家作主,充分调动和发挥其积极性、创造性的有效机制、措施和办法,在全面建成小康社会实践中,攻坚克难,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

分组互动式教学法的运用

教育方法的选择总是随着教育环境的变化而变化的。基于网络的普及、以"学"为中心的建构主义学习观的完善、"教"与"学"沟通方式的多样化等学习情景,通过近五年的教学探索,我们总结出了分组互动式教学法,在实际教学中取得了良好的教学效果。     

屌丝及其社会阶层固化的原因分析

作为一个流行语,"屌丝"体现了特定青年群体的真实存在状态,该群体的典型特征是"矬穷丑",其在物质积累、社会地位、爱情婚姻及向上流动等方面都遭遇了较大阻力,属于较为低下的社会阶层。"逆袭"是屌丝突破阶层固化限制、实现身份翻转、进入社会上升通道的过程。社会转型的时代背景、不公平的教育资源分配、屌丝群体自身的价值观念与生活方式等因素的交互作用,共同合力于这一过程,造成屌丝逆袭的困境。     

The worker cooperative movement in South Korea: from radical autonomy to state-sanctioned accommodation

This article traces the historical evolution of worker cooperatives in South Korea from the years of Japanese colonialism to the current era. It argues that the evolution of the worker cooperative movement from radical agitation to state-sanctioned accommodation has been structured by the nature of state response to cooperative activity. Vigorously resisted by an authoritarian state from the colonial era until the late 1990s, the Korean worker cooperative movement before the 1997 economic crisis was ideologically radical, waging a class-based struggle to overcome poverty, resist the authoritarian state, and transform Korea’s economic foundations in socialist directions. Since democratization in 1987, and the Asian economic crisis in 1997, worker cooperative movements have gradually shifted their once transformational and politicized labor ontology to a deradicalized and more economically focused job-conscious ontology, partly as a result of the state-directed growth of civil society. The worker cooperative movement became less contentious as the state emerged as a collaborator of social economy initiatives. The gains won by radical worker cooperatives in opening space for pluralistic civil society in Korea in the 1980s and 1990s ultimately resulted in the depoliticization and re-incorporation of worker cooperative activists into a moderately reformed political economic system.     

Gradient constraint in voting: The effect of intra-generational social class and income mobility on turnout

As the connection between an individual’s socioeconomic status and electoral participation originates from the socialization process in childhood and adolescence, inequalities in voting are often argued to be relatively stable throughout the life cycle. However, social mobility during adulthood may mitigate the effects of family background. Using individual-level register-based data, this study examines the extent to which changes in adults’ social class and income between 2000 and 2011 influenced voting propensity in the 2012 Finnish municipal elections. The results show that turnout among socially mobile voters settles between the stable members of their socioeconomic group of origin and destination. Our findings imply that intra-generational social and economic mobility can constrain the socioeconomic gradient in turnout.

以历史文献为基础,运用历史和逻辑相统一的方法,分析党的工作重心由乡村转到城市进程中,全心全意依靠工人阶级思想形成的历史条件和发展脉络;阐述了贯彻落实全心全意依靠工人阶级思想所遇到的糊涂观念与障碍,以及这些观念产生并得到克服的原委;论述了全心全意依靠工人阶级思想的基本内涵和在实践中所取得的成效。     

“God bless our American institutions”: The labor history of John R. Commons

Workers of all stripes and colors comprise a large and often forgotten segment of cinema history. This essay historicizes several key films and genres associated with early cinema, with an emphasis on pre-Great War French and American cinemas. Simultaneously, this essay formulates several critical responses to labor practices as globally understood and thus anchors this recovery of cinematized working classes, still an ongoing but marginal project in film studies today. Taken together, cinema can refract real-life occupational complexities, class dynamics, and workplace alienation – manifestations that are crucial to, primarily, view class as a social concept and to help us to think through the tensions workers faced under monopoly capitalism. Against this backdrop we must see film's ability to both trivialize class archetypes and capture the complexities as a type of tribute, as the latter becomes a central focus in this essay.
