让评论飞——浅析弹幕视频的传播新特点

"为了满足受众对信息交流的需求,网络视频传播的功能也越来越丰富,近年来一种新型的视频交流方式——弹幕也开始迈上主流社交平台。弹幕视频具有信息反馈的即时性与瞬时性、信息表达的多样性和内容的碎片化的特征,其对传统的传播模式带来的创新,主要体现在反馈渠道和受众对内容的二次创作中,并且弹幕视频的传播也为受众构建了一个新的公共话语空间。弹幕作为新型的视频传播形式,一路高歌猛进,但在其发展过程中也频频爆出版权纠纷事件,如何提高受众的观感体验,是未来小众视频网站亟需解决的难题。     

The Role of Verbal and Nonverbal Behavior in Televised Political Debates

This paper presents a study of televised political debates based on an integrated model that simultaneously examines verbal and nonverbal communication and their interconnections. An integrative approach yields better explanatory power than a separate analysis of each of these modalities. This model was used to analyze televised debates from Israeli election campaigns and identify consistent discrepancy and nondiscrepancy patterns of behavior of winners and losers. The model also sheds light on gender differences and similarities in a novel perspective of discrepant and nondiscrepant communication styles. A set of propositions on the kinds of behaviors that might be beneficial or detrimental for contenders in a televised debate is provided.     

A discourse–design approach to multimodality: the visual communication of neoliberal management discourse

This paper takes a discourse–design approach to communication, providing a framework as to how this should be done. Design here is how individuals and institutions realize their interests in the world. We show how it is fruitful to link design more closely to the way discourse has been used in critical studies which draws attention to the motivated use of design, for thinking about design in terms of socio-political context. Due to their affordances, semiotic modes such as photography, graphics, layout, colour, numbers and writing will be deployed and co-articulated. The aim, using a discourse–design approach, is to show how we can best identify the very different affordances of such modes and how they rely on the principled design of a discourse. We illustrate this using examples from management documents at a university which draw on these different affordances in different ways to communicate the same discourse. Through this analysis we see how a neoliberal discourse based on a general design principle of coordination enters everyday practices and become very difficult to challenge.     

医务人员的“医患沟通”能力是和谐医患关系中的重要保障

本文分析了医务人员在医患关系中所处的地位,认为构建和谐医患关系的主要力量是医务人员;同时在如何构建和谐医患关系方面,又探讨了“医患沟通”对医患关系改变的重要作用;进而阐述了“医患沟通”的内涵特征,同时指出提高医患沟通能力的注意要点。通过本文的探讨,可以认为提高医务人员医患沟通能力是构建和谐医患关系的重要保障!     

技术侦查中的通讯截取:制度选择与程序规制——以英国法为分析对象

英国作为典型的英美法系国家却在通讯截收制度上丢弃了欧美普遍实行的司法令状主义,在秉承传统侦查秘密观念下实行"行政令状"制度。该制度在受到欧洲人权法院败诉后逐渐构建了相对完备的通讯截收监督制度体系。我国技术侦查的内控模式与英国的行政令状制度极为相似,尽管2012年修改的《刑事诉讼法》将其法定化,但因未合理、清晰地指明侦查机关行使决定权的程序及适用的种类而不具有完全的"法律样态"。在我国现有的司法体制下,完善技术侦查制度不仅需要吸收英国法的教训,还要借鉴有益经验进一步构建技术侦查"必要性和最后性"的动态监督制度、获取证据材料作为定案根据的辩护制度以及向人大报告制度,在制度约束和程序控制上体现规制的严格性。     

The European public sphere and the debate about humanitarian military interventions

Studies on the democratic control and legitimacy of Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) have thus far mostly focused on formal institutions. However, a comprehensive analysis requires including the ‘sociocultural infrastructure’ in which such formal institutions are embedded. Students of democracy have argued that the public sphere is a crucial dimension, if not a precondition for all mechanisms of democratic control in general. This paper investigates whether and in which ways Europeans participated in transnational European communication on humanitarian military interventions (1990–2005/2006). The paper analyzes a full sample of 108,677 newspaper articles published in leading newspapers of six EU member states, and the US as a comparative case. It demonstrates that the ‘national’ arenas of political communication are intertwined and allow ordinary citizens to make up their minds about common European issues in the highly controversial and normatively sensitive realm of humanitarian military interventions.     

The impact of judge–defendant communication on mental health court outcomes

Previous research has shown that mental health courts have been successful in reducing the rates of recidivism among mentally ill offenders. However, none of these studies, to date, have examined exactly what aspects of the courts reduce these rates of recidivism and what makes them successful. The current study utilized a sample of 291 mentally ill criminal offenders participating in a mental health court to examine whether those participants who were addressed by and communicated with the judge had a reduction in recidivism rates and the severity of new charges in comparison to those who did not. The hypotheses regarding greater judge–defendant communication and recidivism were not supported. This suggests that communication in and of itself is not sufficient to reduce recidivism. Future research of a qualitative nature is essential to identify if the frequency, tone, and valence of the communication results in improved outcomes. In addition, these results may indicate a necessity for more stringent training and guidelines for the maintenance of Mental Health Courts. Results of the current study suggested differences between genders, such that females were spoken to by the judge more frequently than were men.     

农村大学生代际沟通的阻碍探析

由于社会急剧变迁等原因,大学生与其亲代之间的代际沟通遭遇诸多阻碍,这主要体现在五个方面：（1）亲子共同话题的缺乏导致沟通趋于表面化;（2）亲子间的多重差异导致＂前喻＂与＂后喻＂均难以实现;（3）大学生的两重精神重压导致沟通难以进行;（4）父母沟通方式的失当导致亲子隔阂日益加深;（5）大学生的留守经历导致心理疏离感持续存在。研究农村大学生代际沟通的阻碍因素,能够为解决代际冲突提供借鉴,从而增进亲子感情,促进家庭和谐,维护社会稳定。     

吴茱萸碱对大鼠肝癌细胞缝隙连接细胞通讯功能及连接蛋白表达的影响

目的探讨吴莱萸碱抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法用终浓度为0．1，0．2，0．3μmol／L的吴茱萸碱作用于CBRH7919细胞，同时设不加吴茱萸碱的空白对照组。采用划痕标记染料示踪技术检测各组细胞缝隙连接细胞通讯（gap junctional intercellular communication，GJIC）功能；异硫氰酸荧光素间接免疫荧光法检测连接蛋白（connexin，Cx）26、Cx32表达的变化。结果与空白对照组相比，吴莱萸碱各浓度组CBRH7919细胞Cx26、Cx32表达显著增加，GJIC功能增强，并呈一定的剂量效应依赖关系。结论吴茱萸碱上调CBRH7919细胞Cx26和Cx32的表达及促进CBRH7919细胞的GJIC功能，可能是其抗肿瘤的机制之一。
