《圣经》与西方文学存在着根深蒂固的关系。《圣经》不仅是基督教教义,还是西方文学创作最重要的源泉。《圣经》成为西方文学创作母题的原因在于本身具有很强的文化价值和艺术魅力。     

“文学性”反思与作为“不同的世界”的文学

当代中国语境中的文学理论建设的原创性努力,不可避免地以一系列文学理论基本概念、范畴、命题的反思为起点。“文学性”正是这样的基本概念之一。这不仅仅因为“文学性”是把握现代文学理论的核心线索,更在于“文学性”构成了近年来困扰文学研究界的一系列问题的汇聚之点,如文化研究的兴起对文学研究的挑战、文学批评的理论立场的模糊不清与时尚滑移等等。     

当代中国社会思潮与中国特色社会主义

改革开放30多年来,伴随着中国特色社会主义实践的不断推进,我国的各种社会思潮也是异彩纷呈、相互激荡。这些社会思潮不仅相互关联,同时也深刻影响着中国特色社会主义的理论和实践。实践证明,正确处理中国特色社会主义与当代中国社会思潮的关系,积极寻求二者的良性互动,是使中国特色社会主义道路越走越宽广的内在和必然要求。     

Mediation Research: A Current Review

In this article, we review the mediation literature from the past decade, utilizing a cybernetic mediation paradigm to organize the material. In this paradigm, we note that the type of conflict, country, culture, and mediation institutions affect the mediation process. Within this process, the mediator and disputants interact with each other, attempting to reach their own goals. This interaction produces outcomes for the disputants, the mediators, and other parties. The literature — organized using this paradigm — indicates that mediation is frequently practiced in many venues; the literature also provides an exhaustive list of mediation goals, describes many mediation strategies, and reports manifold mediation outcomes. Unfortunately, the number of studies examining the relative effectiveness of specific strategies (e.g., pressing, relational, and analytic) seems insufficient. Few studies have used control groups or reported observations of mediator and disputants' behavior in actual mediations.     

乡村治理变迁与新乡贤的当代表达

随着我国乡村社会由现代的逐步转型,乡村社会形态在变迁过程中呈现出农业社会、工业社会、现代社会相互叠加的异像,乡村的经济、社会、秩序、道德都进入破碎-重构的通道面临重重困境,作为国家治理重要环节的乡村治理面临重重困境。乡贤文化依附强烈的地缘、血缘、亲缘关系而生而长,内涵着特定场域内的风俗、人情、道德、礼法、情感、习惯及信仰,是我国千百年来乡村治理经验与智慧的宝贵结晶。当代新乡贤因其在治理传统、身份特性、能力资源、行为标尺、品德垂范等方面的“有用性”和“可用性”,为解构乡村治理困境提供了新的思路。     

Body- and movement-based interventions with male offenders – a narrative review

Therapeutic and psychosocial accompaniment of offenders is increasingly being understood as a communal responsibility. Apart from recognised treatment batteries, an increasing amount of body- and movement-based interventions is carried out within the prison environment. Extensive literature searches were performed for this review. From a total of 2908, 23 publications were included. An increase in research interest in body- and movement-based interventions during the past 5 years was observed. Such interventions are being flexibly applied in detention contexts across western countries, transnationally. Effects of emotional nature as well as competence are being described. Body- and movement-based interventions may contribute substantially in the supervision within the prison regime and can be applied in different modalities as well as low- and high-threshold treatments. Scientific development in this field still is rudimentary and thus further research is necessary in order to provide more evidence for modification processes and efficacy from validated studies.     

中国当代美学与文论的原创研究笔谈(专题研究)

虽然原创研究应该是以创造当代中国原理、概念、范畴为目标,但就原创是一个古代和中国现代文论很少涉及的话题以及将原创的努力作为一个积累而逐步深化的过程而言,以下八位学者从不同的视角为理论原创问题的研究贡献了彼此独立而又相关联的思考：袁济喜、姚文放分别就原创的中国传统文化资源做了挖掘;刘顺利、韩德民通过姚永朴、宗白华对中国现代文论和美学的资源做了新的阐发;张锡坤则致力于中西方文论的打通;张伟 则致力于美学原创的综合方法的思考;何平就原创如何应对当下的文学批评问题发表了看法;张震则就文学性问题初步展开了个人化的理解与建构。     

Visions of Tsafendas: Literary Biography and the Limits of “Research”

Abstract

Research seminar, research cluster, research output. The word is almost a fetish within the contemporary academy—but what does “research” actually mean in a discipline like literature? And what happens when a research project overspills its bounds, or pushes up against disciplinary limits and protocols? In this piece, I explore such questions via the figure of Demetrios Tsafendas, the "mad Greek" who assassinated apartheid Prime Minister Hendrik Verwoerd in 1966, supposedly acting on instructions from a tapeworm inside him. It is one of the strangest facts in South African history; it is also, of course, a kind of fiction, and one that has been refracted into a range of literary and artistic works. Reading across both official and “creative” archives, I address a range of methodological problems that I encountered in attempting an academic treatment of Tsafendas and his (as the presiding apartheid judge put it) “useless life”.     

Sibling incest: A literature review and a clinical study

Abstract

Few previous studies have explored the characteristics and dynamics of adolescent sibling incest. The objectives of this paper were twofold: first, to conduct a literature review that accounts for earlier research in the area, and secondly, to conduct a clinical study to explore differences regarding the characteristics of a group of adolescent sibling incest offenders (n=21) compared to a group of adolescent non-sibling offenders (n=24). Comparisons were made regarding variables such as family dysfunction, the offenders' prior victimization and offending behaviour. The data were derived from intake assessment files and semi-structured interviews with 45 adolescents who had sexually offended. The sibling incest offender group had grown up more often in dysfunctional families. Moreover, the results indicated that the offending behaviour in the sibling incest group was more severe. The study gives some empirical support for the possibility that sibling incest can be one sign, among others, of maltreatment during childhood.
