China Has the World’s Fastest Growth in Living Standards简

正ONE of the strangest claims about China that sometimes appear in the media is that it has a slow growth of consumption and living standards.In reality China has the fastest growth of consumption of any country in the world–whether this is measured only by household consumption or includes government consumption in areas vital for quality of life,such as education and health.Furthermore,indicators show that compared to other countries,China’s quality of life is better than would be expected from its present stage of economic development.First the facts regarding these issues are established and then they will be analyzed.     

有关存款保险制度若干问题的法律研究

存款保险制度是当今国际金融监管的通行做法,对于保护小额存款人的利益、维护金融秩序的稳定有着积极的作用。从存款保险的基本理论和制度比较两方面入手,指出一个科学合理的存款保险制度设计有助于上述功能的实现,并对构成其主要内容的各个要素进行阐述;随后对有关国家和国际组织关于存款保险制度的立法和实践作比较性评介;最后结合我国国情提出我国建立存款保险制度的立法构想。     

论仲裁协议的完善

有效的仲裁协议是仲裁制度的基础,仲裁协议是当事人自愿达成的、期待快速解决争议、降低诉讼成本的意思表示。但我国《仲裁法》自1995年颁布之时,就受到了多方面的制约,有些方面已成为制约仲裁制度完善发展的法律障碍。《仲裁法》的修改应本着尊重当事人自治的原则,取消对仲裁协议内容僵化的要求,确立临时仲裁的法律地位,尊重仲裁管辖。     

(Re)Productive Discourses: Media Coverage of Children Born of War in Colombia

Children born as a result of wartime sexual violence have not gained a place in the stories covered by the Colombian media. Based on an extensive content analysis (using the software MAXQDA 12) of newspaper articles published between 1990 and 2015, ethnographic content analysis, and drawing upon feminist critical discourse analysis, this paper explores how information about these children is presented as part of storylines that use the explanatory framework of sexual violence as a weapon of war. In those storylines, children emerge not as independent subjects but as part of social representations of female victims of wartime sexual violence and male perpetrators.     

Checking the Fact-Checkers in 2008: Predicting Political Ad Scrutiny and Assessing Consistency

Which types of political ads are most likely to draw criticism from fact-checkers? Are fact-checkers consistent in their evaluations of political ads? Examining general election television ads from the 2008 U.S. presidential race, and based upon the evaluations of FactCheck.org, PolitiFact.com, and the Washington Post's Fact Checker, this study demonstrates it was the attack ads from candidates that were most likely to draw scrutiny from the fact-checkers. Most importantly, a high level of agreement between the fact-checkers indicates their success at selecting political claims that can be consistently evaluated. While political advertisers are increasingly using evidence to support their claims, what may be more critical in drawing evaluations from fact-checkers is the verifiability of a claim. The implications of consistent fact-checking on the public, political actors, journalism and democracy are discussed. With the revelation that fact-checking can be consistently practiced, localized efforts at fact-checking need encouragement, particularly as political TV ads increasingly drown out other potential sources of information for the public and increasingly are used in downballot races, local initiatives, referendums and judicial races.

对 CNKI 数据库中2000年至2015年女大学生就业研究领域的1440篇文章进行计量分析的结果表明,新世纪以来对我国女大学生研究领域关注度日益增强,2012年研究热度有所降低;高产作者主要分布在华东、华北、华中地区,且作者更倾向于独自发表文章;高产研究机构主要分布在江苏、湖北、山东、新疆、北京等地区;该领域的合作广度、深度都较低;来源期刊具有明显的女性研究、就业及教育研究的特征;研究热点主要集中在性别歧视、就业困境、对策、就业指导、就业现状、就业心理、就业能力上。     

A marriage made in heaven: the functioning of patriarchy and nostalgia in Boer soek ’n vrou

This article explores the functioning of patriarchy and nostalgia in a South African reality television series, Boer soek ’n vrou. A hermeneutical analysis is used to unpack visual and verbal narratives that depict romantic relationships and an idealised future. Concepts such as nostalgic appropriation, benevolent patriarchy and the courtship narrative are explored to illustrate the latent patriarchal agenda which is conveyed to the audience. Interactions between the two genders not only naturalise but also reaffirm gender stereotypes. Throughout the series, female contestants are relegated to the sphere of domesticity whereas male farmers are shown as active social agents. Footage that sentimentalises the farmers’ feelings is also used to regenerate Afrikaner masculinity, arguably as a direct result of the perceived loss of male authority. This ‘renegotiated’ image of a white, heterosexual man is indistinguishable from the historical, patriarchal portrayal of men. In the series, patriarchy and nostalgia collaborate to create a cultural product that can be commercially marketed. The colonial gaze is employed to depict farms as picturesque spaces where benevolent patriarchal power relations are enforced. selective erasure, however, distorts reality and exploitative power relations remain hidden from the audience.     

法学本科专业实践教学模式的重构

法学本科教育应确立职业教育的教育目标,并要围绕职业教育目标充实法学本科教育内容,重视学生法律职业技能、法律职业思维的训练,培养学生良好法律职业道德和法治理想。实践教学是完成法学教育内容,达成法学教育目标不可或缺的教学方式,由于受传统法学教育观念的影响,实践教学未得到应有的重视,因而存在着诸多问题,因此建立与理论教学平行独立的实践教学体系、丰富实践教学内容、改革实践教学方式势在必行。     

新闻内容的历史构成及其特征分析

不同历史时代、历史时期、历史阶段的社会变化内容和形式,总会清晰地或者模糊地留存在新闻的记忆当中。历史的轨迹就是新闻的轨迹。新闻图景与时代主体具有一致性,与一定的社会制度具有相适性,与一定社会拥有的新词媒介的数量、质量是高度相关的,与新闻媒介生态是直接相关的。
