乡村社会道德重建：一个居于“乡风文明”的现实思考

改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济的推进,推动了农村经济社会发展,同时,也给乡村社会思想道德观念带来了极大的冲击和震荡。重建乡村社会道德观念,夯实新农村建设的思想基础,体现了社会主义新农村建设的本质要求。因此,必须从实际出发,重建与乡风文明相适应的现代农民职业观念、义利兼顾的道德价值,物质精神并重的伦理道德观;采取各种措施,多管齐下,努力完善乡村社会道德重建的实现机制。

经济犯罪侦查信息工作是经侦工作的重要基础,是新形势下同经济犯罪作斗争的有力工具。科学地搜集、存贮、管理和利用经侦信息,对于提高经侦工作的质量与效率,有效地打击经济犯罪活动,维护社会主义市场经济秩序具有十分重要的意义。     

Morphological Assessment of Ancestry using Cranial Macromorphoscopics,

Ancestry estimation is essential for biological profile estimation in forensic anthropology. Hefner (2009) and Osteoware (Smithsonian Institution, 2011) presented 16 macromorphoscopic traits that can be scored for standardized data collection and can also be used within a statistical framework to estimate ancestry. The primary purpose of this research was to examine the utility of these traits for assessing ancestry. Tests of observer agreement and the range of variation in trait expression were evaluated. A sample of 208 American whites and blacks from the Hamann–Todd Collection were scored, and several classification methods were utilized in accordance with Hefner (2009). Correct classifications for the pooled sex analyses ranged from 73.3% to 86.6% and from 46.7% to 64.3% when the sexes were analyzed independently. Interobserver agreement was variable and was found to be lower than that presented in Hefner (2009). Trait expression was variable in both groups and was generally consistent with Hefner's findings.

川东革命老区妇女群体为苏区的巩固和发展、工农红军的长征行动作出了巨大的贡献和牺牲。针对川东革命老区妇女当下生活状况,从个人基本情况、对革命老区传统的认识和认知、婚姻家庭、劳动、业余生活、女性意识状况6个方面的实地考察和问卷调查的结果表明,长期生活在川东革命老区的女性群体的当下生活正处于传统和现代生活并存并缓慢过渡的状态、多级交错状态、现代生活边缘化状态。     

Structure elucidation of dyes that are formed in the colorimetric detection of the improvised explosive urea nitrate

Urea nitrate (uronium nitrate, UN) is a powerful, improvised explosive that can be easily made from urea and nitric acid. It is considered the most frequently used, illegal explosive in the Israeli arena, which is responsible for the loss of more than a hundred lives in terrorist incidents. Urea nitrate is a colorless, crystalline substance that looks very much like sugar. A sensitive color test for UN was developed recently. It is based on the formation of a red dye in the reaction between p-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde and UN under neutral conditions. A similar reaction with p-dimethylaminobezaldehyde produces a yellow dye. The two dyes have been synthesized, and their structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Both dyes are protonated Schiff bases, prevailing in the crystal in a quinoid form. They are identical to the compounds, which are obtained in the colorimetric detection of urea with the same reagents, under strong acidic conditions, whose structures have been postulated in the literature, but never fully proved experimentally.

The Juvenile Justice Reform Act of 2018: Updating the Federal Approach to Youth Involved,and At‐Risk of Becoming Involved,in the Juvenile Justice System

On December 21, 2018, the Juvenile Justice Reform Act was signed into law, marking the first update in 16 years to the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, as amended. The reforms reflect much of the knowledge that has been gained through research and science over the past decade and strengthen the Act’s core protections for youth in the juvenile justice system. The changes also expand the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention’s role in research, and technical assistance, and provide for additional oversight for related programs.
