高效液相色谱法测定人血液、尿液中的2,4-D丁酯 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的建立检测血液、尿液中2,4-D丁酯的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法采用正己烷为样品萃取溶剂,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-Aq柱,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(水)=60∶40。结果 2,4-D丁酯在血液和尿液中的线性范围分别为0.10~10.00μg/mL(r≥0.999 8)和0.08~8.00μg/mL(r≥0.999 5),检测限分别为0.002 0μg/mL和0.001 8μg/mL,准确度为94.5%~104.5%,日内、日间精密度≤4.5%。结论本研究建立的血液、尿液中2,4-D丁酯的提取和HPLC检测方法,可应用于2,4-D丁酯中毒的快速检验和中毒死亡的法医学鉴定。 相似文献

诈骗罪中的处分行为是没有记载的构成要件要素,是区分盗窃罪和诈骗罪的关键。处分行为,是指被害人基于认识错误而“自愿”地交付财物或处分财产性利益的行为。诈骗罪的成立需要有处分意思,但是,作为处分行为的主观要件,被骗者应当认识到何种程度,即处分意思究竟包括哪些内容便有待探讨。处分意思的内容要求财产处分者对所处分的财产性质、种类、数量、价值有完全的认识,还是只要认识到财产的外形的转移即可,抑或只要具有某种中间形态的认识内容即可?其实,只要被骗者认识到自己的行为是把某种财产转移给对方占有,而根据自己的“自由”意思作出这种决定,就应当认为已经具备了处分意思的内容。 相似文献

Text is still the most prevalent Internet media type. Examples of this include popular social networking applications such as Twitter, Craigslist, Facebook, etc. Other web applications such as e-mail, blog, chat rooms, etc. are also mostly text based. A question we address in this paper that deals with text based Internet forensics is the following: given a short text document, can we identify if the author is a man or a woman? This question is motivated by recent events where people faked their gender on the Internet. Note that this is different from the authorship attribution problem.In this paper we investigate author gender identification for short length, multi-genre, content-free text, such as the ones found in many Internet applications. Fundamental questions we ask are: do men and women inherently use different classes of language styles? If this is true, what are good linguistic features that indicate gender? Based on research in human psychology, we propose 545 psycho-linguistic and gender-preferential cues along with stylometric features to build the feature space for this identification problem. Note that identifying the correct set of features that indicate gender is an open research problem. Three machine learning algorithms (support vector machine, Bayesian logistic regression and AdaBoost decision tree) are then designed for gender identification based on the proposed features. Extensive experiments on large text corpora (Reuters Corpus Volume 1 newsgroup data and Enron e-mail data) indicate an accuracy up to 85.1% in identifying the gender. 警衔晋升培训工作是公安教育中的重要组成内容,为了深入研究督晋督警衔晋升人员信息化应用的现状,本文采用自制调查问卷,针对女50岁以上、男55岁以上,来自辽宁省14个市的两期督晋督培训班的354名学员计算机信息化应用情况进行问卷调查。通过分析可以看出,随着全省公安系统信息化的建设和发展,公安民警在思想上已经越来越重视学习计算杌的相关知识,但由于年龄、硬件条件等客观原因,参加督晋督培训的学员在计算机信息化应用方面也存在一些问题。因此,有效地了解参训学员的计算机知识的掌握情况是做好信息化应用培训工作的重要前提。 相似文献

Ideology underpins recent transformations of British universities; it forms an unquestioned backdrop to policy‐making. The ideology at issue is a market‐based neo‐liberalism—accompanied by a doctrinaire private‐sector managerialism. Universities employing this ideology envision it as common sense. The ideology is thus not proselytised, but rather structures the vernacular of university speech. In reality it is a highly politicised ideology masquerading as a managerial reality. Its effect on universities has been profoundly destructive. The dignified public good of higher education has now become a huckstering marketised mechanism. What is so perplexing is the quiescence of universities. The ideology is so hegemonic that it appears exempt from criticism. University administrators are now quite unapologetic ideological functionaries and we need to relearn how to criticise those who manage us. Ultimately no ideology lasts, this present one will be supplanted, the question is what level of damage to civil and intellectual life will it inflict? 相似文献

The Coalition government's first Comprehensive Spending Review will cut 40% from university budgets by 2014. This will result in an increasingly tension‐prone political economy of UK higher education. As it is, the sector already sits uncomfortably astride the two distinct welfare models currently in existence in Britain. As the fees agenda has taken hold, university degrees have been increasingly susceptible to being rebranded as a strategic investment in the future, thus acting as an exemplar for the move towards an asset‐based system of welfare. Despite this, even in the post‐Browne world students will still not be charged the full market price of delivering degree programmes. Higher education institutions therefore continue to be redistributive mechanisms providing long‐term welfare‐enhancing transfer payments to their overwhelmingly middle‐class student base. The budget cuts and the associated changes to student finance will bring into stark relief the contradictions of serving two welfare masters at once. 相似文献

The desire to base policy at least in part upon scientific information is a clear trend in Australian governance. The growing literature on how to facilitate this intent highlights a few important principles complemented by examples from the application of social sciences. An example from a very large research project based on physical sciences responding to a national crisis is presented in the context of how it approached delivery to policy‐makers. The Murray‐Darling Basin Sustainable Yields Assessment, widely considered an outstanding success in both scientific terms and for its impact, is reviewed with respect to how the scientific challenge of assessing the future security of water resources in Australia's most important and politically contentious catchment translated into the policy domain. Successive Australian Defence Ministers have been frustrated and occasionally embarrassed by the quality of advice and information provided to them by the Defence organisation. Decades of reviews and reorganisations have failed to find solutions to the special difficulties that Defence faces in providing accurate, timely information and advice to ministers across the broad spectrum of their responsibilities. This article argues that there are multiple explanations for the concerns that are frequently expressed about its policy advisory capacity – most of which are inherent to Defence organisations around the world. While the Defence culture of secrecy is partly responsible, other factors such as the scale of Defence's operations, the multiple cultures that exist within it (military, civilian, and intelligence) that make coherence harder than in more homogenous departments, the long‐time horizons of defence planning as well as the high costs of procurement, must also be considered. The erosion of trust between the organisation and minister has been exacerbated by the intense scrutiny of the media that overburdens ministers and adds another layer of complexity to their role. As history shows, there are push and pull factors that continue to embroil ministers in the minutiae of defence difficulties, while the complexity and scale of operations will undoubtedly continue to impact on the timeliness of advice. 相似文献
