乌头中剧毒生物碱的提取分离（Ⅱ）

目的从短距牛扁中提取分离含C14 茴香酰基剧毒二萜生物碱。方法采用 95 %乙醇提取 ,酸性水溶液溶解醇提物 ,脱脂并碱化后经硅胶柱层析及制备薄层分离 ,以UV、HPLC MS、13CNMR方法确证结构。结果利用该方法可对短距牛扁中黄草乌碱丙、粗茎乌碱甲、滇乌碱进行有效提取。结论本研究提示对乌头属植物中毒案件进行检验时仅以乌头碱类生物碱 (C14 苯甲酰基 )作为监测成分是不够的 ,还应注意检材中是否含有滇乌碱型生物碱成分。

EARNEST A. HOOTON AND THE BIOLOGICAL TRADITION IN AMERICAN CRIMINOLOGY*

Biological explanations shaped criminology at its inception, and today they are reemerging with fresh vigor and increased potential. But many criminologists do not understand how biological theories developed, what they contributed to criminology generally and where they went astray. This paper focuses on the work of Earnest A. Hooton, whose criminological studies, published in 1939, met with decidedly mixed reviews but were nonetheless discussed for decades in criminological textbooks. Information about a now half‐forgotten and misunderstood figure like Hooton, in addition to being useful in and of itself, contributes to the history of criminology as a discipline—a project essential to the field's ultimate maturity. It helps build a history of criminological knowledge.     

心脏钠通道SCN5A基因突变与致心律失常性疾病

致心律失常性疾病患者死后尸检时心脏没有发现病理学异常的证据,过去都将其归为原因不明的猝死,近年研究显示,很多致心律失常性疾病与心脏钠通道基因(SCN5A)突变相关。本文对钠通道SCN5A基因的基本结构、SCN5A基因突变与几种相关的致心律失常性疾病的相关性等进行了综述,旨在为原因不明猝死的研究提供新思路。     

跨国并购与完善公司治理结构

跨国并购有利于改善外商直接投资的质量,完善公司治理结构。随着资本市场的逐步开放,我国传统的公司治理结构下所暴露出来的代理风险和国有资产流失问题日渐突出,治理观念和外部环境均难以满足跨国并购所需要的基本条件。因此研究有助于实现完善公司治理结构与吸引跨国并购双赢的政策措施,对降低企业并购成本,实现国际资本融合有着十分重要的现实意义。     

Withdrawal of Parental Responsibility: Lost Authority and a Lost Opportunity

This comment examines Re D (Withdrawal of Parental Responsibility), the first reported Court of Appeal decision on withdrawal of parental responsibility pursuant to section 4(2A) of the Children Act 1989. It demonstrates that the Court overlooked earlier Court of Appeal authority, resulting in tension in the Court's guidance. The comment criticises the Court of Appeal's characterisation of parental responsibility as entirely child‐centred and its uncritical acceptance that the child's welfare is the paramount consideration in applications for withdrawal of parental responsibility. It argues that such an approach may not adequately respect the parent's interests in retaining parental responsibility, especially in the context of an order which is more draconian in effect than a care order. The impact upon applications for removal of parental responsibility of the new presumption of parental involvement, which was implemented shortly after the decision in Re D, is also considered.     

刍议《中华人民共和国禁毒法》第六十五条

<中华人民共和国禁毒法>的通过,在我国的禁毒史上具有里程碑的意义,伴随该法的实施,必将给我国的禁毒工作带来巨大的影响.但是该法第65条中存在一些概念的内涵和外延模糊不清且无相关的立法解释或司法解释予以阐明,如"娱乐场所"、"从业人员",这种模糊的情形极易造成该法被有差别的执行.此外在65条第2款中对于娱乐场所经营管理人员主观上"明知"的界定也无统一的认定标准,加之该法65条第2款中关于"聚众"吸食、注射毒品的规定,含有篡改刑法第354条之嫌,上述问题亟待阐明.
