家庭教育失误对未成年人习惯养成的影响及对策

良好习惯是未成年人健康人格形成的重要基础,家庭教育对未成年人良好习惯的养成有着重要的影响。家庭教育失误,不仅影响着未成年人养成良好的习惯,而且对未成年人形成健康的人生观、价值观、思维方式以及道德品行等也会有许多不利影响。因此,在未成年人良好习惯的养成过程中,家长应该在言行上做好表率,培养和谐的亲子关系,尊重孩子的主体地位,并正确运用惩戒手段。     

企业海外发展的法律保护与法律适用问题

企业"走出去"必然引发海外权益的法律保护问题以及随之而来的法律适用问题。本文从国际私法角度,分别就我国企业海外发展的机遇与风险、权益法律保护涉及的国内与国际法律制度、争议解决的非诉讼方式和国际民商事诉讼程序等方面进行了分析论述。     

Understanding differences in crime reporting practices: a comparative approach

Despite a large body of literature detailing crime reporting practices, scant research examines the correlates of the crime reporting decision in developing nations with newer democracies, newer economies, or developing economies. Using a sample of 23 nations from the 2000 International Crime Victimization Survey (ICVS), this study tests the generalizability of correlates of robbery and assault reports to the police in a non-US sample to determine whether there are national differences in reporting practices. Based on this analysis emphasizing the developing world and countries in transition, an expanded model, integrating incident, demographic, police-related, and national variables, is developed that will enhance our understanding of differences in reporting practices in developing and developed nations. Results identified both similarities and differences in crime reporting practices between developed and developing nations. Although the findings reinforce the importance of incident and demographic characteristics on reporting crime to the police, they also suggest that national variables, reflecting economic and social context, should not be excluded from studies examining reporting practices.     

论罪犯心理矫治的模式选择

我国监狱的罪犯心理矫治工作在实践中主要有四种模式 :发展模式 ,注重健康导向、平等关系 ,着眼发展与潜力开发 ;医疗模式 ,注重病理导向、医患关系 ,着眼疾病治疗 ,重视技术运用 ;改造模式 ,注重思想导向、教导关系 ,着眼监狱安全 ,重视探测不良思想 ;全员训导模式 ,注重心理决定导向、训导关系 ,着眼全员参与 ,重视传统经验和日常训练。前两种属于狭义的心理矫治模式 ,专业性强 ;后两种属于广义的心理矫治模式 ,值得提倡和鼓励 ,但需要进一步规范化 ,并且要与专业性的心理矫治工作区别开来。     

当前俄罗斯银行体系发展战略评析

面对金融全球化和金融自由化的浪潮,转轨国家不断调整其金融开放政策,特别是制定开放条件下的金融发展战略成为转轨国家最为重要的过渡安排.俄罗斯银行体系发展总体呈现趋好态势,然而直到目前,一系列内外因素依然抑制俄罗斯银行部门的发展.尤其值得关注的是,俄罗斯银行体系稳定发展面临两个无法回避的问题的挑战:银行信贷扩张问题和银行的资本化比率提高问题,这也是俄罗斯制定银行发展战略必须考虑的问题.总的来看,2005-2008年,俄罗斯银行部门发展的主要目标是提高银行体系的稳定性和银行部门运行的效率;提高银行部门在经济中的作用也是国家制定银行战略的最重要的任务之一.     

The application of new public management doctrines in the developing world: An exploratory study of the autonomy and control of executive agencies in Tanzania

This article examines the agencification of public service in Tanzania. This is discussed with reference to the New Public Management (NPM)‐inspired reforms of which the creation of executive agencies is one of its core features. The article attempts to understand the extent to which executive agencies in Tanzania display characteristic features of an ideal‐agency model as propagated by the NPM reform doctrines. Key features of the ideal‐agency model have been described as structural disaggregation, autonomy and contractualisation. It questions views held by many NPM‐minded reformers, such as the EU and World Bank that this model is universally applicable and can be emulated in different parts of the world. The article's assumption is that the NPM‐agency model is based on a weak empirical foundation and its universal applicability is questionable. To illustrate our arguments we confront the NPM‐agency model with the empirical data drawn from the agencification of public services in Tanzania. Findings indicate that agencies in Tanzania display hybrid characteristics in terms of their autonomy and control. Our conclusion is that the universality of NPM‐agency model is illusive. 我们今天所称的第三世界发展问题,在马克思恩格斯看来,乃是西方全球化不可避免的后果,第三世界获得发展的一个根本性前提则是民族独立的完全实现和国家主权得到充分的尊重.马克思主义创始人关于第三世界发展问题的科学思想在当今仍然具有重要的现实指导意义.     

Corporate Social Responsibility,Public Service Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Public Sector

This article examines the mediating role of public service motivation (PSM) on the relationship between employees’ perceptions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). A sample of employees working in public sector banks in Egypt completed a structured questionnaire comprising of questions regarding CSR perceptions and PSM. Immediate supervisors rated the OCB of employees who responded to the survey. Results reported in the paper found the following: a) Employee perceptions of both internal and external CSR had a positive influence on the development of employee desire to serve the public; b) PSM partially mediated the relationship between internal CSR perceptions and employee OCB; c) PSM fully mediated the relationship between external CSR perceptions and OCB. This study extends current knowledge of the theoretical foundations surrounding CSR at the individual-level of analysis and offers practical implications by stressing the importance of employee desire to serve the public.
